Best Electric Furnace Installation in Chicago IL
I am very satisfied with the service I received from 24/7 Service Team. Jesse was very responsive and I didn't have to call, I was able to schedule it all through Yelp. I scheduled late Friday afternoon and had service scheduled for first thing Monday morning.
Jose and his team did an amazing job installing the faucet and were respectful and informative. They wore covers on their shoes and worked fast and accurately.
I will definitely use 24/7 Service Team again in the future and recommend anyone in the area do so as well.

They fixed an issue with a rocking toilet and identified an issue before it became worse. I appreciate Gabriel's candidness and helpfulness.

I had just closed on my house on 03/26/20 Wednesday, and then discovered a little puddle of water in my basement by the floor drain and furnace today, 03/28/20 Sat. I have not even moved in my house yet so I was freaking out. The home warranty company I purchased, American Shield Home Warranty, were horrible! When I called them to send a plumber, they said they would send one asap and have them call me. Well, I kept calling them, and gave up after waiting for three hours since no one would follow up on my service request.
So, I decided to do a google search for plumbers and found Mr. Burris' company. I decided to call them. Mr. Burris called me in less than an hour and asked what the problem was. When I told him the problem, he said that he was coming right away.
Not only did Mr. Burris diagnose the problem right away, he fixed it. The water turned out not to be anything major. Mr. Burris was honest and he did not try to advantage of me since I was a new homeowner. He went above and beyond his duty. He educated me on my heating, cooling, and plumbing system and that is priceless.
Thank God for Mr. Burris. I highly recommend him

Our main water shut off valve snapped when i was turning it off during a Saturday. We called Excellent plumbing and talked directly to Gino-He asked for pictures and a description of the job and came out within hours to fix a major issue. He was very pleasant, hardworking, honest and upfront about the pricing and the work.
I would highly recommend Excellent Plumbing and Gino for any needs as he is trustworthy, reliable and fair with business and long term relationships.

Yet again, an awesome job! We needed a serious condenser cleaning, due to major buildup and dust from electrical work being done nearby (thanks HOA), and I think the before and after speaks for itself. I seriously trust these guys with all of our HVAC needs, they are so prompt and professional, and I recommend them to everyone in the area. Thanks again :)

This was the first time we used Armbrust Plumbing and we were very impressed. Tom, our service technician, was polite and very knowledgeable when inspecting our waste lines in a house we recently purchased. He answered our many questions and offered great advice and guidance for our future plumbing renovations. We would recommend Armbrust Plumbing without reservation, to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and fairly priced plumber.

So happy that we found CJ Plumbing. They answered my call (!), came that afternoon (!), scheduled the work for the next morning (!), and showed up and did an fantastic job! All done, problem solved (rodding of sewer line) in less than 24 hours. Amazing. We will call on them again when we need a plumber. Thank you!

I did not decide to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to specifically said that he could not guarantee that someone would be able to come out at all yesterday. So if you were planning on coming in the afternoon he did not sound too hopeful about it. And yes I was expecting you earlier because that's when the appointment I made 2 days prior was set for. And if you have to bump someone for other emergencies then common courtesy tells you that you should at least call them and let them know. Let's just call it a clean break and the best of luck to you and your company.

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

I don't usually post reviews but given the technical
Incompetence of this company and the unnecessary headache this cost me I felt compelled to warn others.
I wasn't getting enough hot water in my house so I called these guys to take a look. They did an inspection and told me nothing was wrong. In fact they pointed out an error on my part in how I was using the shower faucet. This cost me about $300 - a tad expensive but it was my fault so I didn't complain. Everything was working great again!
They then recommended I have someone clean/service my tankless water heater as it needs to be done annually. During that process they inexplicably disconnected the small (second) water heater I had downstairs. They said I didn't need it. I trusted they were the experts so agreed.
From that moment forward it was a disaster - the showers upstairs would run cold after two minutes. This issue didn't happen until AFTER they serviced the upstairs tank and disconnected the second tank. I called them back out. At the same time my furnace broke so I asked them to take a look at the furnace while they were here.
Tony said he figured out the issue the cold and hot water pipes were mixing. I asked if it could be anything to do with the previous gentleman messing with the other water tank and disconnecting something. He quickly shot me down that this wasn't related. He said we would need to rip up the ceilings and walls of my house to find the location of the mix and it would cost between $20k and $40k. My home isn't even a year older btw.
The furnace he said we needed to order all these parts that were broken. Again the furnace isn't even a year old.
In the end I did what I should have done all along. I called another HVAC specialist and another plumber.
The 1st company told me immediately that it was a super easy fix for the heat. A spider crawled into the furnace and was disrupting the flame pattern. It took literally 10 mins to fix and cost $89. I asked him about the super expensive parts that Tony told me needed to be replaced. He just shook his head and laughed. He assured me NOTHING needed to be replaced - it's a brand new furnace.
Next the other plumbers came out. My instincts were right - during the servicing I had been sold the week before they had indeed opened a valve causing cold water from the kitchen to mix with the rest of the house. Turns out I didn't need $40k worth of work - just five minutes and $129 for someone to fix what this company caused!!
This has been an absolutely disastrous encounter. The people at the company were pleasant but completely and utterly incompetent. I am not posting this review to be nasty but simply to warn other unsuspecting customers to give these guys a miss.
Edit to respond:
** You charged me over $500 in total for the first two trips. It would be crazy to charge me the 3rd time considering you created the issue.
Secondly, as stated another company fixed the problem in 10 minutes and confirmed that it is was because of what you did. That hardly seems like bad plumbing to me.
Finally, the fact that you respond in a hostile way to your customers on a public forum doesn't reflect well on you. Just thank people for their feedback and try to do better. Feedback is a gift!!! **

Our Technician Dave was prompt and courteous. Explained everything in detail. We have used King for several years from Orland Park, to Palos Heights and now here in Diamond. I was happy to hear they service our area.

Four Seasons, For All the Wrong Reasons should be their mantra. I purchased a home in Naperville about 3 years ago and was complaining the house was cold a lot. We finally got someone in to look at the system and he made a derogatory remark about 4 Seasons when he saw their sticker on my ductwork. I found out that the furnace filter I bought from Costco, a 3M Filtrite I was using was restricting air flow and the tech suggested a cheaper and lower MERV rated one. I had one laying around and used that one. A second tech came a couple of days later to give a second opinion on my Aprilaire humidifier which was not shutting off with the furnace. Both discovered that a second 24 volt transformer was installed which made no sense and was potentially damaging the furnace and humidifier. It only requires 24 volts. This was done on the Lennox furnace that was installed by 4 Seasons about 7 years ago. Then I find out after talking to the 2nd tech that the filter rack they installed was not the correct size for the furnace either. It should have accommodated a 20 x 25 x 1 but they installed a 16 x 25 x 1. I found this out myself in the installation instructions! How could they do that? So I'm not getting the heat that the furnace could be putting out. So I would not use this company under any circumstances. Too much advertising which we all pay for and cutting corners seems to be what they did here. This business is ripe for unscrupulous companies to prey on unsuspecting homeowners who know nothing about heating and AC. I was able to replace the flame sensor and ignitor myself in less than 10 minutes for the price of the parts from a supply house. It was an easy repair for any homeowner to do if needed. YouTube has some good videos that show you how to do it and takes the mystery out of it. Obviously, I would and did use a reputable HVAC business for the new humidifier install. In fact, it has to be done by a pro to get the Aprilaire warranty. Learn about your furnace and then when they bush you and try to up sell, then say no thanks and find someone else.

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes
