We are so grateful and relieved to finally find a terrific and honest plumber to help us out. After using several other plumbing companies which were costly and ineffective. I called All Out Plumbing referred by one of my customers. The owner came out the 1st time and we were impressed how he cleared a problematic clog we have had at the Kitchen and laundry room line. His plumbing tec Brandon has come back for additional service calls and we are so happy he is also very honest, profersonal, & courteous ! No need to call anyone but the BEST!

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. Eli mentioned that he comes from 3 generations of water technicians and how fast and efficient they worked proves his credentials. Moreover, they were courteous, kind, and affordable, making a desperate situation easier to handle. I highly recommend ER Water Services for anyone needing fast reliable 24hr services. Thanks so much!

Main line plugged, whole house on quarantine and they came out and fixed it next day. Easy no judgment and pricing was great! Will definitely use again since my kids love flushing anything but toilet paper.

Corey was fantastic. He let us know when he was coming. He got here and went right to work cleaning all the filters for all of our HVAC systems and even noticing issues that I wasn't aware of which he completely remedied.
I highly recommend Corey and #1 electric for their conscientious and thorough work.

They were repeatedly HOSTILE AND THREATENING over misunderstandings. They forgot to turn our gas back on before leaving. (Which was why nothing was lighting, which they were aware of.)
Stay far away.

I called in a non-working furnace on Wednesday 2/28 to my home warranty. Called Ashcraft the next day. Told that the woman who knew how to pull warranty requests was out for the day.
RED FLAG #1. There only one person who knows how to do that?
Technician came over. He immediately told me that home warranty was always a problem and rarely said yes.
RED FLAG #2. Why was he so anti-home warranty?
He looked at the unit. Moved the thermostat back & forth. Furnace never clicked on. He said gas solenoid was bad. I never claimed to be an HVAC tech so good. Furnace bad. He told me on Fri noon that he couldn't turn it into HWA until Mon. It wasn't turned in until Wed.
RED FLAG #3. Why did it take so long? He already said the furnace was no longer made but he was going to look up parts? And it took him until Wednesday afternoon to do that? And I had to call them three times?
They call me to tell me that HWA (Home Warranty of America) has refused the bid. I got mad at HWA and called them. Only to be told that Ashcraft had turned in a bid that included 20 hours of labor. Ashcraft's Ronnie (the supervisor I spoke with) told me the price they quoted was 2200 (give or take a bit.).
RED FLAG #4 The tech REFUSED to give me his quote via voice mail or email. As in didn't want to be able to be proven a liar.
So HWA sent out another company (whom I will be also reviewing glowingly.) That tech LIT THE PILOT LIGHT. That's right, he lit the pilot light. The supposedly bad gas solenoid pushed gas right through and the heater came on. I am now sitting in a warm home after 10 days of being cold. 10 days.
So I called Ronnie at Ashcraft who told me he was there with the tech. I could hear the tech in the background saying, It's a magic chef. I didn't want to work on it. I told Ronnie that he never even tried to light the pilot light. His tech responded It's a Magic Chef. So basically, the Ashcraft tech did not do his job AND tried to rip off my home warranty company.
Ashcraft refused to refund my $75 service fee.
Avoid!

Abdul saved my life during this heat wave. I had paid another person, a handyman, to service my air conditioning before, and over 5 years, the handyman had destroyed it. I only found out about it when the handyman was taking a wire brush on a drill to try to get the scale off the grille, which should not even have been there. I haven't even been able to use the air conditioning unit, a MasterCool, since then, for at least a couple of years. I was able to open windows at night and use fans when the highs were mid-90s and the lows in the 60s, but not during weather like this heat wave. I was very upset with the handyman because when I purchased a MasterCool, I thought I was all set and then I had no use of it at all.
Abdul came out and evaluated the damage to the MasterCool last Friday, and did not charge for the visit. His policy is to offer free estimates. He sent me a quote and allowed me to start the job with only a deposit. He purchased the needed supplies and then he came out on a Sunday in the late afternoon to get the repair work done and spare me any more discomfort before the weather on Monday which reached a high of 104 degrees.
Abdul replaced the motor and the mounts and the pump and he cleaned up scale and rust. A MasterCool has a rust-free reservoir. I don't even know how the handyman managed to do the damage he did. Abdul did not charge for the visit being on a Sunday, and he charged a fair price for the extra cleanup involved, according to his quote. When he was done, I had cool air, a quiet cooler, and the great performance of a MasterCool, which I had never had since I purchased it, because the same handyman had set it up the first time. Now, with Abdul, I found the right person to get the job done, because he took care of the MasterCool like an expert and cleaned up all of the damage. Abdul truly cares about helping people and he will do right by you. I will definitely use his services again.
The one negative review makes no sense to me because it was the opposite of my experience with Abdul, because he was so kind with me. Also, a customer approves an itemized quote with a price before any work gets done. Abdul would not have charged without a signed quote.
Abdul went above and beyond to make sure I was OK, with no extra charge for weekend repair, and even worked with me so I could manage to pay to get the job done. He got my MasterCool in great shape for the first time since I purchased it. Thank you Abdul!

We had a major leak (1 gallon per minute) under our kitchen slab, but we didn't know exactly where it was. American Leak Detectors came and said the leak was under the island, so that had to be removed before the plumber could start jackhammering the concrete. 3 days later and 9 feet from where they said the leak was (guaranteed within 3 feet, my foot!), the plumber finally found it. Before it was found they had to come back out to recheck and got some closer to the actual leak but offered no return of their fee (The your-money-back-or-we'll-come-back-again trade-off. Sweet deal they have!). Buyer beware! They might be okay for wall leaks, but I would use someone else for under-slab leaks. Their misidentification caused major damage to my kitchen that will cost thousands to restore.

ABQ Leak Locators came to my home to detect a leak I knew was somewhere between the street and the main shut off valve in the house. They started by looking for the leak in my spare bedroom, emptying out half the room, moving furniture and pulling up the carpet. They wanted to cut part of the carpet out around the closet, ruining the carpet. After hesitation from me on that they said they could just drill the carpet with a hole so small I wouldn't even notice. Why not offer that up originally instead of ruining the carpet cutting it? They pumped gas through the water line and figured that the leak was outside. Why not start outside before pulling up all my carpet? They told me I would have to pay a professional carpet service to come put the carpet back down! I should have been told this before they pulled it up un necessarily!! Now on top of my $520 bill from ABQ Leak Locator I have to pay for a carpet service. When I asked the owner if they could do anything to help he just snapped at me and told me all other services (ex. electricians) will leave a mess as well and it is my responsibility. I have never had any other service tear up my house and then leave without being capable of putting it back together!!! Horrible and unprofessional, I would not recommend.

These guys are awesome. I called and they had someone at my house within a couple hours. He knew just where to look for a hidden leak in the wall and had it fixed in about an hour. He also found a small drip while searching for the leak and fixed that for me. Thank you!
