Best Pipe Repair in Boston MA

We just had a great experience with Big Blue!  We had a very complicated gas oven and range installation.  Our piping would not go into the unit and we could not tell where the piping ended without ripping up our floor.  The team came up with a great, affordable solution.  They were so patient and helpful and explained everything to us across the way.  Would absolutely recommend their work.  We are loyal customers for all plumbing needs moving forward!

Swift and professional service. Angel has a full set of plumbing tools and he quickly changed the kitchen faucet and several valves for us. The quality of his work is superb. Angel is also pleasant to work with and he kindly connected us to a drain/flow service when we needed it. We will be more than happy to use Angel's service again when the time comes as well as recommend him to our friends.

I can't say enough about these guys. I had a broken garbage disposal and running toilet. After getting stiffed by another plumber closer to my house, I called Consolidated on a Friday afternoon. They immediately sent someone over and it was fixed within the hour. Incredibly responsive and professional. Love these guys.

Our tenants called us over the weekend reporting a leaking water heater.  Contractor Home Depot put us in contact with wouldn't install for many days so we reached out to AMC Mechanical and they were able replace the water heater the very next morning! Andrew and his team was responsive and timely, great communication and really did a great job. Would absolutely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Toilet flooded middle of the day and Christopher was extremely quick to respond and show up for the job. He was very responsive and showed a genuine care for his customers.

I'm not sure if all these reviews are authentic. We had a completely different experience with Frank. He kept complaining about his health and charged us $95 to tighten some screws and give an estimate.

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Recommend Casper Plumbing & Heating.  Pat and Frank performed maintenance for me on a tankless water heater, and took care of a few other plumbing related to dos around the house (loose facets).  Professional, good communicators, and efficient in their execution of the work to be done.

I have used T-Flow in the past because they have excellent service and seem reasonable, so called them again when the gas company told me I had a small leak in a gas pipe and it needed to be replaced. When the snow storm made them unable to come on Monday, I got a phone call on Sunday to let me know. When Henry & his partner were on their way and knew they'd be late because of traffic they called to let me know. So great customer communication! When they arrived, they replaced the gas pipe pretty quickly, explained where they were each step of the way, and reviewed the bill with me at the end. I feel completely confident that the gas leak pipe was replaced correctly and Henry's partner took time to double check that the stove was working properly too. Another great experience using T-Flow! I had a blockage in my main drain found them online, called their office They got back within 20 mins and dispatched Steve D out. I can't thank him enough, he was able to pull 2 grocery bags of debris out of my main to unclog it!!! Steve was great, polite and patient. Overall great guy great service I'll call them again

Fairly standard job, changed out an old gas tank water heater for a new one. The main guy came over, took a look, gave me a no nonsense quote and said his guys could do it that day. Even threw in taking a look at my shower's plumbing because I mentioned the temp there was much lower than at the sink. The technician that came was great about showing me what he was doing with the shower so I could tweak it a bit more later if I needed to. Overall friendly experience and the price seemed competitive based on what I found. Been a few months now and no issues with the heater.

Very satisfied with Z Plumberz. They are professional, response quickly (plumbers show up within hours), and communicate effectively. Everyone I have spoken to (the sales coordinator, the manager, and the plumbers) are all very thorough with the process. The rate is also pretty standard by Boston standard. I would highly recommend this company.

I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job.  We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed.  Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of.  We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general.  Clearly knowledgeable.  The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters.  We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work.  The work was done beautifully.  Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there.  A dream team.  

Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy.  Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.

These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Pescatore is claiming to be out of business and refuse warranty repair for a $15k system they installed 6 months ago.

Mike did all of our plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and all of the work to install a new heating system.  I would highly recommend him.

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I could give a negative star. Very very dishonest! Came and tried to prolong work hour by unnecessary job. The main guy is a big talker, and wastes your time by his life story and investment strategies, and you have to pay for the time he talks! A 30 minutes work eventually took them more than 3 hours to finish. They lied about a machine's price and charged very high price for bringing it to the house. Will never ever use them again. Take my advice, stay away from them!
