Best Pipe Installation in Boston MA
These guys are the best! They are always very responsive when I call and can typically schedule me for the following day (turnaround time has even been faster in an emergency!). The service of the plumber they send has always been excellent (Kumar has always been the one handling my jobs). The only complaint I have, if you can even call it that, is that they are sometimes TOO prompt! I realize that sounds funny, but today I had a window of 12-2 and I got a call a little before 11 that Kumar was already at my house. Fortunately I work near my house so I was able to get home quickly but it might not be so easy for some people. Kumar did offer to come back during my scheduled window if I needed him to, but seems like there may be an opportunity for Big Blue to optimize their scheduling.

Angel was very responsive and came out quickly to address our issue. Once he arrived, he explained the issue and took action to address the problem. We would recommend him to others.

Absolutely, hands down the best plumber and one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Jodie, office manager, is on top of everything. Every phone call is returned promptly. I manage a large museum-lots of plumbing-and Consolidated Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with. And I've been working with them for years. Never a disappointment. Can't say enough nice things about this company.

I'm super impressed w Andrew! Smart, honest, arrived exactly on time and fixed all of my little plumbing problems. My house is going through the beginnings of a move and renovation, and he was super patient w the craziness and clutter, and remedied a problem that two other plumbers couldn't solve, in minutes. He was friendly and pleasant to boot! I'd definitely use him again. Thank you!!!!!

My neighbor recommended me Frank, because of very good work with reasonable price. Along these years I asked Frank to replace my water heater, garbage disposal, along with several everyday plumbing stuff. He has been responsive and a life saver. I just sold my house and I will definitely recommend Frank to the new owner.

Fast service, quick and clear communication. Super helpful with a clogged kitchen sink. Highly recommend!

Around 5pm on a Friday evening I saw some water on the basement floor and then saw that the basement utility sink was draining slowly then poured some water in the kitchen sink and saw it come back up through the drain in the utility sink. (The water on the floor turns out to have come from waste water coming up the washer drain.)
I called a local plumber I'd used before and they just put in a call to Wayne's Drains who got here a little after 7pm. (They called a couple of times along the way letting me know they were running a bit late but actually no one ever said they'd be here before 7pm.)
The two techs who arrived were both good guys, explained what they were doing, etc. (I've owned one house or another for years but had never had a main drain problem before.) They routed from one clean-out first but got stuck in a house trap and had to switch to another further down the line. They hit the clog right away (looked like some root infiltration) and got it cleared away. I paid $300 for the visit--upcharged for the night call, which I'd expected. Given the alternative, I was happy to pay it :-)

I called yesterday to ask about a plumbing job to connect an outdoor spigot to a water pipe in the basement. I spoke to Renato on the phone and he was clear and helpful and upfront about the price estimate for the work.
He sent over 2 technicians that day and they were able to get it done within 1 hour. It was definitely quick and efficient which we appreciated.
We will use them again for plumbing work!

Highly recommend Z PlumberZ for their excellent and professional customer service and quality workmanship. From the prompt communication with the owner, Leo, to the polite and knowledgeable plumber (Roberto Gonzalez) to the very reasonable pricing and warranty on parts & labor, this company and plumber has me as a customer for life! So pleased to have found a company that I can trust and count on. Already have them lined up for some additional work.

Welter is the Man!
I have an aging Buderus GB142 condensing boiler that has been having those old age boiler things happening. I had been using a local service with a monthly support agreement but recent experiences with under trained techs led me to search for someone more familiar with my boiler.
After having been quoted $4,900 to repair my boiler for error codes and inaccurate pressure readings from Company A, I contacted Welter and he came in and assessed a few problems. The issues were addressed efficiently, parts were replaced, connections were repaired the boiler was deemed ready for service and the total bill amounted to less than 20% of Company A.
Long story short, Welter is an experienced plumber, heating pro, with a positive attitude and excellent troubleshooting skills. Highly Recommend Welter for any heating / hot water issues.

Decided to get proactive with our 20 year old American Standard furnace. Selected Main Stream Mechanical to do the install and couldn't be happier. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Very well run company with great communication. Couldn't be happier.

T-Flow Plumbing is the only plumber to call! They have saved me literally thousands $ to date. My first call to T-Flow was over a year ago at about 4:45am after I got a call from my tenant on the 3rd floor that their water heater was leaking and it was going explode. Mind you this water heater was on the 3rd floor- should it have leaked it would've done thousands of dollars of damage. I was desperate and I needed someone there fast to stop the problem before it could potentially become a major disaster. I found Matt at T-Flow on a google search- it said 24 hour emergency Boston plumber. As luck would have it he answered the phone even at that crazy hour!!! He got someone there in 30 minutes and stopped the problem before it was too late. He then permanently solved the problem by bringing the water heater to the basement level so if the water heater were to ever go in the future (as they tend to do) there would be no serious damage. I had asked another plumber to do it years before to prevent this situation but the task was so big he really didn't want to do it and just band aided the situation. Matt has a large enough crew to take on any task and got this done in just hours the very next day! I couldn't believe it! I was impressed for life!
Since then Matt and his T-Flow crew have done several projects, large and small, for me. Anything from fixing a running toilet to revamping 40-year old plumbing in our new large house that my family has just moved into.
T-Flow also offers a special annual contract where you can sign up with them to come out and check your plumbing and make sure everything is running properly (like a tune up for your house plumbing) and should you have any problems that year they come out and give you a discount on all subsequent projects. Pretty awesome. My family did it.
This company is honest, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable and swiftly responsive. I own a few properties and have dealt with tradesmen of all types over the past 10 years and these kind of guys are EXTREMELY hard to come by. Don't waste your time calling any one else. T-Flow is the only plumber I will ever call now.

Response time was fantastic, and it was very easy to set up our appointment to get a new sink installed and a leaky toilet fixed. Jim arrived not just on time, but a little bit early, and he worked diligently until the job was complete. Friendly service, too. Everything looks great, and we are very pleased with how it all turned out. Would definitely recommend Pescatore Mechanical Contractors to others!

Mike Richard has done outstanding work at our home over the past 8 years. He works so efficiently he actually jogs to his truck and back to get any needed supplies. Mike is always timely and communicates about any issues that he finds, offering various solutions. Most recently, he put me in touch with other contractors that have also done superb work.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
On a Saturday, we experienced problems with our water heater, and we called the company to fix the issue. Plumber JOSEPH HERSEY arrived. He was very unhappy and complained that he had to work on a Saturday and kept throwing the F word and S word in every sentence that came out of his mouth.
Upon looking at the water heater, he said only one piece was broken and that he could fix it. After another 10 minutes, he said that he could no longer fix the heater and that we needed to buy a new water heater. When we asked him how much it would cost, he said he didn't know. Then he got out and came back with the new heater. We asked again how much the heater would cost, and again, he said he didn't know. After installation, he asked us to pay a whooping $2000!!! When we asked him why it would cost this much, he said, $2000 includes extra labor cost because he's working on a Saturday.
When we asked him more questions, he got angry. JOSEPH HERSEY POUNDED OUR KITCHEN TABLES LOUDLY AND KEPT SWEARING USING THE F AND S WORDS. HE THREATENED US TO PAY HIM. We then called Crescent management and asked them to give us a breakdown of the cost. The manager sounded very annoyed and didn't want to give us any information. She was rude on the phone and was yelling at us and again threatened us to pay!
We called Home Depot and asked about the water heater and the installation price. They quoted us $800 heater plus labor. Joseph also mentioned it's an ignition problem. In retrospect, we think it's very likely that we didn't need to replace the water heater. Joseph and Crescent Plumbing took advantage of our situation and just wanted to us to pay for extra.
So please, stay away from this company! Crescent Plumbing will send rude plumbers who will threaten you and cheat money out of you!!!
