I have used Big Blue Plumbing twice now.  I have been completely satisfied with everything about the company.  It's easy to schedule appointments online.  The times I chose online weren't available and the office called me right away to schedule another time.  The two plumbers who have fixed my plumbing were both great. Today Kumar was on time, polite, knowledgable - I couldn't ask for more.

I recommend Big Blue wholeheartedly!

We are VERY HAPPY with Greg's service!!   He did an excellent job in installing a new water heater for us.  Greg's is very professional, responsive, knows what he's doing, listens to our concerns, takes the time to explain and answer our questions, his estimate is right on, his price is very reasonable.....   Out of the three plumbing companies we had contacted, his quality of work, customer service and pricing are the best.  After the job, he took the time to walk us through everything he did and cleaned up everything.   Plus, he's a dog lover too!!   My husband and I are just happy that Grey's here...... Yeah, we finally get hot water!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dynamic was excellent. I had a leaking, broken garbage disposal.  They were able to come out within the hour and immediately installed a new one.  From the time I called to the time I had a new working disposal was only 2 hours!  Fantastic.  And since I was a new customer, they discounted the job. Will definitely call Dynamic again.

I called Consolidated with an urgent problem.  Something had broke in the basement and everything was flooded.  I shut down the water main, and called, hoping someone would come that same day.  Within a couple of hours, Mike showed up, diagnosed the problem as a split washing machine hose, replaced it, installed a couple of shutoff valves to help me in the future, and was on his way within an hour.

To say that I was pleased would be an understatement.  This is the kind of plumbing service I've always hoped I'd find.  I'm so happy I finally have!

I'm very glad to have found Hinchey Brothers Plumbing, thanks to other positive yelp reviews. I've had them out for 2 projects now. One was a simple outdoor spigot replacement, and the other was a (semi emergency) bathroom remodel. With short notice, Mike came in 1st thing in the morning to remove a leaking toilet flange, the vanity, and capped the pipes. After the new tile floor was laid down, he came back right one time, and worked hard throughout the day to replace the toilet and flange, replace all the shut-offs in the bathroom, put the vanity back in, and even replace the main water shutoff with a new ball valve. THANK YOU MIKE for your hard work! And Thank you Hinchey Brothers for being able to come out and get my tenants bathroom back to them as fast as possible.  As a new homeowner, I'm thrilled to know you're close by.

10/2018 update:
Bill at Hinchey just replaced 2 boilers and 2 hot water tanks in my house. His work was impeccable! Meticulous! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of the installation. Ken, the owner worked closely with me to ensure the project fell within the guidelines in order to receive the MA Save rebates. A+ experience once again.

had them put in a new boiler and oil tank they did such a great job. I could not believe how quiet and efficient they were  they left the place cleaner than when they came. All workmanship was top notch and very professional .If you need service or a new boiler these are the people to call. We are very happy with AMC Mechanical.  Our previous plumber retired and we needed a new one one for our home and rental unit. Andrew performed about $2,000 in repairs to the heating systems. He responded quickly to our inquiries, was easy to communicate with, gave us accurate and fair estimates promptly, showed up on time to do the work, and clearly explained any problems that he ran into with this old house. He was respectful of our health concerns.  And his costs were quite reasonable. We are glad to say we have found a new plumber, and will be calling Andrew again.

Our heat was out. I called the office at 10:15am.  It is now 12:40pm and my heat is fixed!! Staff was polite and friendly. I couldn't be happier.

Decided to get proactive with our 20 year old American Standard furnace. Selected Main Stream Mechanical to do the install and couldn't be happier. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Very well run company with great communication. Couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough good things about Renato- he has proven to be reliable, dependable, and accurate on two occasions. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem when others couldn't, and fixed it within minutes. One of the times, he was going to be a little late, but let me know ahead of time so I could plan- this is a very important plus for me. I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job.  We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed.  Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of.  We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general.  Clearly knowledgeable.  The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters.  We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work.  The work was done beautifully.  Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there.  A dream team.  

Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy.  Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.

These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

I have never felt so disrespected and unsafe in my own home. The plumber nearly pounded down my door scaring me and my child when he came. I had no idea he was coming, my ex husband called and only told me 5 mins before he came. Then he proceeds to give me attitude when he comes in I had no idea what he was going to check or what he was going to look at he doesn't tell me either. Then he takes the lid off the tank of the toilet and half flushes the toilet and says the toilet is running. I said well its running because you just half flushed it and the tank didn't finish filling up. So then I fully flush it wait till it fills up no sound. The guy got all mad because I said I don't hear any sound. What did this guy think I was dumb. I'm sitting there in disbelief that this guy is trying to tell me about some nonexistant sound. I tried calling the owner to complain, about the workers demeanor, the owner explains he was told to pound on the door cause the doorbell is broken. The doorbell is not broken. The way this guy was pounding on the door most people would not have opened the door and would have called the police. Sounded like he was going to knock the door down. The employees are a reflection of their owner, the owner condones this behavior. I explained what had happened and the owner stated I state behind my employees, the whole thing left me speechless. Judging from some of the reviews I would avoid this business at all cost. The place has got to be trash when they have their own family members writing reviews.

Unethical company. Installed my plumbing but it was not up to code. Bad news - stay away.

Pescatore is claiming to be out of business and refuse warranty repair for a $15k system they installed 6 months ago.

I gave them 5 star review last year for their professionalism and comparative  price. However, thing changes after a year unfortunately.

My same AC leaked on Sat, i called them for service. The Tech said that he would come in in 30 mins. 45 mins later he called back to confirm  that I would have to pay $175  for service fee because my annual maintenance contract with them expired 2 months ago. He also said that if I wanted to renew contract, $175 would be credited to my account and the office would call me next week to handle paperworks. I agreed and be fixed it.

When i called the service today. The lady was rude. She could not answer any question i had ( how many time/ year for clean&check service, how many unit that will be covered.,, ).

When i mentioned the $175 credit, she said that Tech was giving wrong information. It was not part of contract.
I know people make mistake but it was verbal agreement between my business and your employee before he worked. Whatever he said, you stand behind and take responsibility.

She was rude and always interupted me on the phone. Stay away from this business. You got my $175 but you lose a regular customer.

I had a major exiting sewer pipe break. It was discovered during the winter. I had Chase Plumbing come out and give me an estimate. We just completed the repair. 1) They were right on with the estimate, even though most of it was underground and we were not quite sure what we'd find. 2) They came and met with my landscaper to co-ordinate digging up my patio. 3) They arranged for a mason to come out to cut thru my foundation, when the landscaper hesitated to do this AND still kept the cost in line. 4) Their employee Chris was awesome. He triple checked the new pipe to make sure there were no leaks. 5) They worked with my insurance company to complete the paperwork necessary. 6) Made sure that the correct permits were in order so that there were no issues with the insurance company. I have nothing but good things to say about Chase Plumbing. The ONLY plumbing company I will use.

Plumber was on time and responsive, but they charged me a ridiculous amount for my service.   Nearly 4 X what the person said on the phone.   If you use them get a quote confirmed in advance.   For me, that was the last time I am calling them.

Here is a list of problems I had with my brand new $12000 HVAC system (heating and AC) that Cranney installed (these are just the major ones..i am not listing all the minor things I had to deal with):

1. 2 days before the install, they told me that the furnace I had ordered is not available due to problems at Lennox factory and I would have to go with a different model.

2. 1 week after the install, coolant leaked from the AC unit on the hottest day of the year.

3. A exhaust vent drip pan was left on the insulation of my roof, and when water leaked from this drip pan onto my ceiling, causing damage, they now refuse to accept responsibility for this problem.

Stay away from Cranney, they do not have a knowledgeable crew.
