Best Emergency Services in Boston MA
We did not actually use their service, but I called on a winter morning to see if they could fix my heat the same day. They were completely booked, but said if they had a free moment they would come over. I ended up calling another company that had a definite opening, but this company (Donna) called me two times that day making sure I was ok and that my problem was fixed. Very responsive!

Angel was very responsive and came out quickly to address our issue. Once he arrived, he explained the issue and took action to address the problem. We would recommend him to others.

These guys were fast to respond, were clean, and had fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure if all these reviews are authentic. We had a completely different experience with Frank. He kept complaining about his health and charged us $95 to tighten some screws and give an estimate.

All workmanship was top notch and very professional .If you need service or a new boiler these are the people to call. Thanks to all the crew and the girl who called from their office you are the best

I had a nightmare situation with a toilet overflowing and flooding the place with sewage, on a friday evening. Chris and his team showed up quickly that evening and came back the next day to continue working on the problem till it was resolved. I highly recommend their services.

Our heat was out. I called the office at 10:15am. It is now 12:40pm and my heat is fixed!! Staff was polite and friendly. I couldn't be happier.

I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job. We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed. Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of. We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general. Clearly knowledgeable. The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters. We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work. The work was done beautifully. Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there. A dream team.
Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy. Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.
These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Mike did all of our plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and all of the work to install a new heating system. I would highly recommend him.

I had a leak in my hot water heater. I called 3 Plumbing/Heating places. Casper actually answered the phone. (1 place never called back and the other called back 24 hours later). Pat was able to get to my house later that day and replace the water heater. He was also very informative about the process and made sure everything worked when done. I'd certainly call them again in the future.

I needed a plumber to replace a faucet in my bathroom sink.
I call T-Flow and the owner Matt responded right away. He gave me a ballpark estimate so I know what you expect for the job. But I always have to call a few other places before making a decision. Some technicians blow you off if you don't schedule with them right away. Matt was so accommodating. When I called the 2nd time he schedule a time that same week.
Henry and his teammate showed up an hour earlier than the time window I was given. They assessed the situation. He mentioned that my water shut off valves needed replacing and what that would involve. I suspected as much since they were rusted in place. I was going to ask him about it anyway. Henry offered to fix it but if I didn't want to he could still finish the faucet replacement without it being an issue. I felt he was being honest about the situation and I wanted no plumbing issue later so I had him fix it. It really didn't take that much extra time. They really do work fast.
They did an excellent job with minimal mess. They were very clean.
The last time I had plumbers in my place they left plumbers putty everywhere. But this team was very clean.
They were also patient with me while I reviewed the work they did and answered all my questions.
It's been about 2 months now and I'm still very pleased with the work they did. They were super professional, they set my expectations so there were no surprises and they took like 45 minutes to get it all done.
I would call them back to my home in a heartbeat to fix any plumbing issue. Hopefully, I won't need too. I highly recommend them.

I live in a apartment building and had back-flow from the kitchen drain into the sink (and my neighbors had back-flow into kitchen sink and laundry). My regular plumber recommended this company and I HAD to make an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon!
They were very responsive and although my request got routed to three different on call plumbers, one finally showed up a couple of hours later.
The guy cleared out the block in the main drain and rates were average / reasonable- $250 ish.
The only issue was - when draining the back-flow water, the equipment used was makeshift (home depot bucket and some kind of wet vac lid), which sprayed sewage all over my kitchen counters.
While the main work was done well, we had to spend hours sanitizing and mopping up the mess.

Very happy with these guys. The owner, Leo, was quick in getting back to me this fateful morning, when we found the basement flooded with raw sewage--on a Sunday, of course. Communication was excellent: he told me he'd have somebody to my house in 2-3 hours. When some other emergency called his technician away, Leo called back immediately to let me know but told me I'd be the next priority, and I was.
They're not the cheapest, but I decided to go with them because I was worried about the age of my sewer pipe (my house is over 100 years old), and Z Plumberz is one of the few companies that have the latest technology to deal with old, damaged pipes.
When looking for help, I had read a horror story told in a review on another local plumber who damaged a sewer pipe while snaking it. Their insurance company refused to pay. The bad plumber apparently hadn't used a camera to assess the condition of the pipe to ascertain whether it was already damaged. So sue me, he told the person, who had to spend $10K on repairs.
I shared my concerns about that with Leo at Z Plumberz, and he told me that they wouldn't snake without first using the camera to make sure the pipes were in good enough condition. What if they aren't? I asked him. He told me that his company has a way out of that problem: they use what's called trenchless sewer line repair, which is utterly awesome: it's a repair method that allows plumbers to repair your pipes underground, negating the need to dig out an entire trench. Absolutely do google that term - trenchless sewer pipe repair - if you have sewer pipe issues in an old house. Do be careful, though: one drain expert told us that a crooked plumber out of Saugus has been offering this type of service (it's pretty newfangled, and only about 3 plumbers in the area offer it, we were told) but was charging people the cost of photographing their pipes, claiming to show them images of clear pipes, but in actuality those were old photos of somebody else's pipes and hadn't done the work at all. He was convicted, we were told, but he's used 3 different business names, all based out of Saugus (sorry, legitimate Saugus plumbing/sewer pros!), so it wouldn't be surprising if he popped up again doing the same thing.
At any rate, my situation wasn't that dire. The problem wasn't with the pipe outside the house. Rather, My tenants or somebody else had flushed wipes - that horribly common cause of drain blockage. They got stuck in the drain trap, and the drain backed up. It was straightforward to fix, took an hour, and the cost was $290.
The technician who came - I think his name was Auden, perhaps - was equally professional as Leo, communicated really well, and was very informative. He did a lovely job cleaning up with his shop vac, though of course we had to get down there with a whole lot of bleach afterward, so that was our Sunday.
I'd highly recommend Z Plumberz. I would have also been happy with John's Sewer, I think. They sent somebody in a really timely manner to suss out the situation, and he was great. The only reason I chose Z Plumberz was because of their ability to do trenchless repair if needed: a technology that even the John's Sewer tech said was cutting edge and top-notch.

I gave them 5 star review last year for their professionalism and comparative price. However, thing changes after a year unfortunately.
My same AC leaked on Sat, i called them for service. The Tech said that he would come in in 30 mins. 45 mins later he called back to confirm that I would have to pay $175 for service fee because my annual maintenance contract with them expired 2 months ago. He also said that if I wanted to renew contract, $175 would be credited to my account and the office would call me next week to handle paperworks. I agreed and be fixed it.
When i called the service today. The lady was rude. She could not answer any question i had ( how many time/ year for clean&check service, how many unit that will be covered.,, ).
When i mentioned the $175 credit, she said that Tech was giving wrong information. It was not part of contract.
I know people make mistake but it was verbal agreement between my business and your employee before he worked. Whatever he said, you stand behind and take responsibility.
She was rude and always interupted me on the phone. Stay away from this business. You got my $175 but you lose a regular customer.

I wanted to get my house trap removed to stop any more backups in my house. Rapid Flow was great from start to finish. They gave me a very fair price compared to other companies and scheduled the removal quickly before I had any more issues. Randy & Brandon got the job done in one day and were great to work with!

Called Clark Plumbing after being disgusted by the prior plumber that we had over to go over some work we needed done and get some estimates. Not only did Bill sound more knowledgeable over the initial call, he also provided a more realistic expectation and estimate over the phone than the other company that sent someone over. Scott came out to perform the actual work. He was great! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very courteous. In less than 2 hours, he had my water pressure issue resolved, installed a new faucet and replaced our garbage disposal. Both of these gentlemen were great! Highly recommend Bill and Scott.

Forgot to mention one detail.... regarding my last post of 3/21/17... I was able to get another plumber who easily replaced that old shut-off valve section (that was left with goop) without having to change the entire pipeline system! And he fixed the boiler situation! There are good people out there... you just have to look and compare.
