Angel provides excellent service from the beginning to the end and beyond.

My water heater stopped working in the winter and I noticed a leak in it so I needed the service right away. I contacted Angel and he showed up within an hour to inspect the problem.
The heater was out of warranty and needed to be replaced so he took care of the whole thing the same day for a fair price. Btw our condo is on the third floor and the heater was in a very tight spot so it was not an easy job.

Moreover, he went above and beyond to make small plumbing fixes in our house with no extra charge.

Finally, he also noticed a faint leak coming from the roof where our furnace vents were and sent his friend roofer to fix it for us the very next day!

I'd say he's the best in the area and believe me I've looked around.

I can't say enough about these guys. I had a broken garbage disposal and running toilet. After getting stiffed by another plumber closer to my house, I called Consolidated on a Friday afternoon. They immediately sent someone over and it was fixed within the hour. Incredibly responsive and professional. Love these guys.

Could not be happier with the level of professionalism and price point. On top of that, Mike was able to come the day we called. Stumbled upon them via yelp desperately looking for help and as new home owners have definitely found who we will be using for all future issues.

Jonny and his team were FANTASTIC! I have worked with other plumbing companies in the past and by far Rami & Sons were my best experience. I had a big leak and old pipes in my house and Jonny came by and stayed late figuring out the problem that I was having, he made me feel much calm and comfortable and more importantly, they did a GREAT job! My plumbing is working great now and he even recommended someone who could help me with other issues around the house. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable company.

Huge thanks to Matt who answered my call at 11 PM on a long weekend with negative temps, four kids sleeping, my hubs out of town and the boiler wouldn't fire. Talked me through how to get it running again. Such a nice guy!

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Thoroughly checked the plumbing, answered all our questions and concerns. Found the reason the dishwasher had water remaining in the drain (which smelled awfully when we came home back from a two-week vacation). He fixed it by re-arranging the plastic drainage pipes.
Found the leak in the kitchen faucet (which was improperly installed, I was tightening it up every few month by myself, but it went loose over and over again) that made the granite counter top stain around the sink grow bigger year by year. Re-installed the faucet and sealed it.
All done in half an hour. I expected to pay a couple of hundreds, as I usually do to every plumber I had before. $45 - that's all he asked for! A had always felt as I'm ripped off by plumbers, mechanics, gardeners  etc. This time I almost felt as I'm ripping him off.

I'll definitely ask him to come again this fall to maintain my heating system.

Wayne's Drains has given me excellent customer service the two times they have been at the house.  The septic system is old and there was a somewhat unusual problem.  Wayne's Drains carefully diagnosed the issue and found the problem.  It was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and the expense was fair.  The second time the tank was pumped.  There was a question I had about the charge.  Wayne's Drains looked at the issue immediately and it was resolved.

From the prompt communication with the owner, Leo, to the polite and knowledgeable plumber (Roberto Gonzalez) to the very reasonable pricing and warranty on parts & labor, this company and plumber has me as a customer for life! So pleased to have found a company that I can trust and count on. Already have them lined up for some additional work.

Yup... another emergency in East Boston and Rapid Flow came to my rescue again!! I honestly don't even know how they can be so good... really, I don't! They came out immediately and diagnosed my problem..  the next day they had a whole crew at my house before 7am on Friday! Talk about Rapid! They orchestrated everything so quickly... permits, equipment, soil, gravel, a police detail and the BWS inspection... all in less than 24 hours. The owner of the company was even on site. Some of them were there working until 8pm! Not only are all their workers competent, but they are so nice and respectful! This is such a top notch organization!

It is so awful when you have a need for emergency plumbing services... but they really take control of the situation and put the homeowner at ease. A truly amazing group of people.

I was nearly run off a road by a Hickey's vehicle performing a lane drift. No signal, no  reaction to my horn, just a my vehicle is bigger than yours and I don't care drift into my lane.

Sick and tired of all the Boston contractors thinking they can drive the way they want because they drive bigger vehicles. If I can't trust your staff to show courtesy on the road I sure as hell wouldn't trust them with HVAC equipment in my house.

They are on time and good at what they do, only issue for me is they are expensive. Or maybe I am just too out dated on the labor cost nowadays. Either way I was not aware their rate  $350 per hour for two people and I was shocked when I received the bill. How stupid was I, making small talk and consulting for future work while paying them at that rate.

We've used them several time and have always gotten excellent service. When our water heater failed they were out there the same day with a replacement. Ryan has been great to work with.

Alewife has come through twice now, delivering excellent service throughout. They are clear about timing (same day, arrived earlier than expected both times, called beforehand) and go out of their way to solve the problem. Behaved very professionally, taking their time to properly diagnose the problem, fix it (running out to get parts where needed), and to explain what happened.

Importantly, pricing is very reasonable - they could take advantage of the situation (e.g., when something is leaking through your floor/ceiling) like other plumbers and don't. Tried a few other plumbing companies through the years and have been disappointed each time - Alewife is now the go to!

Travis the technician is as amazing as the other reviews have stated. Great attention to detail, personable with clear explanations, the range of options provided onsite made sense. I followed the option that was best for me and he came back as scheduled. There was a problem with the new lines on the new faucet I had purchased - they were not long enough to complete the installation. For a fair price Travis went and purchased them and finished the installation. No surprises, excellent work, would definitely hire again. Highly recommend.

Leo and his coworker (I forgot his name) were very efficient. He explained to me the problem and solutions in detail. The job was done. I am pleased with the result. The price is very reasonable ( incl. two years warranty). Thanks.

Tony Z from Drain Flow is great.  I have had him come to help me about 4 times with various plumbing issues.  Once when my hotwater heater was broken and off warranty, Tony made the part to fix the unit and save me about $1000.  Drain Flow is responsive to inquiry, fast to help, knowledgeable and courteous, give them a call.

I just built a custom home in Chelmsford, MA and Macco did all of my HVAC and plumbing. They did a great job and the customer service was good. I highly recommend them.

Charged $940 to hook up a dishwasher and attach an ice maker.  Feel the price was very high. They came to our home twice,  included in the charge was a transportation fee of $125 per visit that was not disclosed prior to scheduling.  We were taken advantage of and I warn others.  If the appliance dealer suggests a plumber go with who they recommend, we did not do that and regret our decision.
