I've been using Reddick & Sons for a few years now and every experience has been excellent. They've done extensive work on my house, their pricing is fair, and their servicemen are always honest and easy to talk to.

Most recently they went above and beyond for me. We came back into town after the frigid temps over Christmas and our front yard and walkway were very wet. I feared the worst - a burst sewer line. I called them at 4pm and they had a technician out to me at 7pm. Mark checked for a main line leak and thankfully we didn't have one. He then explained that the moisture is probably just the ground thawing out from the extremely cold temps. When I offered to pay he refused and said don't worry about it. I insisted but again he said no need! Wow!

This is a business that knows how to take care of clients, and they'll never nickel and dime you. Highly recommend!

These guys were great, friendly, professional, and effective. They fixed an issue with the plumbing of my sink very quickly and showed up on time. They were also very responsive via text/phone call and was highly flexible around our schedule. We would highly recommend their service.

Had a refrigerator leak which ruined my laminate flooring and had mold damage to the wall and cabinets. Tony and his team did fantastic work for the water mitigation and fixing the damage. Tony was very responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. Will definitely be using this company for any (hopefully minor) future repairs!

I had found Quality on a whim when searching for my last estimate, reference my sewer issue. I'm so happy that I found them! Saved me from taking down a tree, digging up my yard and replacing a line that didn't need to be replaced. Greg and his Team are the best I've come across, and I had 4-5 other companies check my issue. I highly recommend Quality!!!! I even recommended to some customers at a Home Depot in the plumbing isle!

We had John Nugent & Sons recently quote and install a 2-ton Carrier heat pump to replace a very old system (including a 38-year-old air handler in a very tight space) and the experience was excellent.  We received three proposals for a new system and Nugent's price was very, very attractive for the exact same equipment as a competitor.  Since their recent reviews were very good we selected their proposal.  Once we signed the proposal they were able to send a tech for a pre-inspection within a day or two.  The actual system installation was able to be performed about one week later and was handled very professionally by Juan and Isaac.  They were right on time and very careful with keeping things clean (the air handler was on our third floor) and when they left you couldn't even tell they'd been there.  They were friendly and answered all our questions (e.g. how's it going?) throughout the day.  Their office staff is also superb - very friendly and responsive on the scheduling phone calls and with help registering the system afterwards.  I would heartily recommend John Nugent & Sons.

We have worked with 4 Service Pros on two jobs now using plumbers Troy and Willis. Troy was great to work with on a challenging vanity installation. He was transparent in his thought process as he considered various options, he talked through the downsides of various approaches, and included us in the ultimate decision on the way forward. If new challenges popped up, he was quick to engage and talk through those as well. He was careful, meticulous, and patient with explanations and questions. We were not a fan of Wills, but the management at 4 Service Pros was quick to engage when they knew we were unstatisfied and they ensured we were happy in the end. They made it clear that they prioritize customer service and earn their high ratings. We would work with them again and would definitely request Troy in the future.

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

Quality and professional service at a fair price. Showed up on-time each day as scheduled with a full crew who were very courteous and polite, ensuring furniture was covered and protected. Worked neat and clean, and did complete walk through when done to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend and would use for all my future projects!

This company is top notch and is like a one-stop-shop!  His electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.  The tech explained everything to me and gave me all my options first.  After that, he fixed everything I had on my list, in a really timely fashion.   While that was being done the other technician showed up to clean and service my AC unit.  He was also super nice and fast!  I was able to go back to work by lunch time.  I'm moving away from the area and I wish I could take this company with me down to my new house.

Ben Carter is the tech that handled the  scheduled maintenance on our water filtration system. He arrived on time, completed the job in no time, answered our questions and provided explanations as needed. As always the techs from CroppMetcalfe are friendly, reliable, and know what their doing. We highly recommend this company!

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

Terrance was very professional with great customer service.   I smiled after the replacement of the leaky upstairs showers pipes was done quicker than expected. I also was given a lifetime warranty. :))

The only downside --it was a very costly repair. -- The total cost of Parts may have equal only a quarter of the cost!  YIKES

A week ago on Friday, found out that the water line coming into my house had been leaking.  Was recommend them, by the county water tech. Gave Furr a call and was told that they could come out that day and fix the problem and it would be a four hour job.  When the tech from Furr came out, was informed that he was only there to give me quote on different options.

After choosing the option to repair the line and calling another company to come and find where the leak might be the following Monday. I texted the images to the tech who came originally, got a text back stating he was on another job and would call me back.  After I never heard back from him.  So then I called the office and was told they would reach out to him to have him call me back.

The following day on Tuesday, I received a text from the tech apologizing for not calling and laid the blame on this project manager.  He again said that he would call me to discuss the job, which he never did.  So I called the the office and they said that a manager would call me back, which they never did.  

Ended up calling another company and they came out that day and they were able to fixed my water line, within two days of calling them. Would have been done sooner if not for the weather.
