I had an extremely leaky toilet, and Ray came out early on a Saturday morning to fix it. He went out of his way to come early because I had a morning class. Ray is very nice, prompt, and has fair prices. I will definitely use him for future plumbing issues and recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber with reasonable prices.

These guys are amazing. They are professional, on time, and they get the job done at a very reasonable price.  We have called on them twice and have never been disappointed.

My ac went out on the first 90 degree night.  They called me back first thing in the morning and they were able to get to me the next day, amid all the other emergency calls.  They were fast, professional and inexpensive.  I would have sold a kidney to get that ac working again.  God bless you Tidewater Plumbing & Heating!

Very nice people.  Installed my tankless hotwater heater for a very reasonable price and did it quickly and properly.  I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service. A real rip off. Took advantage of an 88 year old woman. Did not quote pricing as they should have.  Exaggerated about the time on the job. Had a helper who did nothing but chat with the serviceman the sun hole time. Changed something that had already been changed without telling the customer. Charged for the item. Total price for about an hour was over $300.00. This woman could have bought a new toilet for less. Ought to be ashamed for ripping her off like that. I guess they need the money really bad . To be told that the company charges $135.00 for any part of an hour because they have to pay for the serviceman to come out and to pay for gas is ridiculous. Don't rip off the elderly! It is disgusting.

I called about a broken water heater this morning about 8:30 am. They said they would be able to come between 1 and 4 pm. Justin arrived at 1 pm. Quickly assessed the problem and my water heater was replaced with a new one. Everything was done in about 90 minutes. This included getting a new water heater form the warehouse, removal of the old water heater, and installation of the new one. Excellent service!!! Would highly recommend this company.

Atlantic Heating & Cooling is an awesome company. The crew is quick and professional. The company supports so many local charities and events - they are really a team player. As they say... don't panic, call Atlantic :).

Suffice it to say, customer service is lagging. The owner came to the house to make amends and to defend his employees. Kudos for that.

This company ripped me off. I found this company through Angi. I purchased a house in VA Beach and hired them to do a deep cleaning before the movers got there. When I got to the house, nothing was cleaned and I mean NOTHING!!!! I wanted to pay them through Angi because I would get a discount but they would not allow me to do that because there was a problem with their account and wouldn't get paid right away. I asked if I could pay through PayPal and they said the same thing. When I told them I was going to pay through Angi, they threatened to dirty up the house again. So I had to pay them through CashApp. I called the cops to get them out of my house but they couldn't do anything because I was not there. They charged me $280.00 for the deep cleaning but then they wanted to charge me more for gas. I called Angi to complain and they couldn't do anything because this company worked under another company called Home Advisor (1-855-902-0606). I called Home Advisor and they couldn't do anything for me since I didn't pay through Angi. I was able to leave a review on Angi. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
