Honest, fair, and skilled which is a rare combo, what more can you ask for from a plumber. I recommend them without reservation. You really don't need to call anybody else, when you can trust that the estimate will be the lowest and the work top notch, why keep calling for overpriced or under skilled competitors?

Timely, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. These guys came out and fixed our kitchen drain and switched our garbage disposal to another sink. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends.

Contacted All Time plumbing about replacing a water heater and the supply lines under our kitchen sink, and installing a new dishwasher. Amy was great to work with on the phone to get everything set up. Ray and his team arrived first thing this morning and knocked everything out in a few hours.

We upgraded the water heater from 40 to 50 gallons and they got the larger tank and pan in place in a tight spot. Under the sink was a nest of old corroding valves and pipes. It's now super clean and simple, and everything is easily accessible. The dishwasher was installed with attention to detail and looks great in place.

As first-time homeowners, finding reliable professionals was a concern. Not anymore when it comes to plumbing. Amy, Ray and everyone at All Time is deserving of all the good reviews here, and I'm happy to add one more.

Ray & Jake are two young gentlemen who fixed damn near everything in my house for a very reasonable price. They reinstalled a toilet, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced a sticking sink cartridge, replaced a squealing bath spout, tightened a shower head, and reinstalled two sink drain stoppers that the kids had pulled out.

I had originally scheduled them later in the day, and they were flexible enough to accommodate my changing schedule and come out earlier.

It's so relieving to finally have all these plumbing nuisances taken care of. I would have gladly paid double!

Additionally, they were very neat and even wore boot covers.

These guys are the best! They came out early the next day to look at our issue with our drain pipes for our washer. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. We also discovered that our sink was leaking while they were here and they fixed it on the spot! I recommend them to everyone!

With patience and persistence, Ray removed what had to be most a tree's root system from our sewer drain and a white mouse from a guest visit.  He didnt give up on us.  Stellar and conscientious work.  Left the site better than when he arrived.  I will be a return customer.

I had called before about a problem, unfortunately they were so busy they couldn't fit me in. I went with another company who nickel and dimed me adding this fee and this service, way too much money. Something told me to hold on to All Times number, I'm glad I did.

My toilets wouldn't drain, I called after hours to just leave a message for a next day appt, they answered and said they could come out then, no extra after hour fee too, I waited til morning they showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly, didn't try to upsell or add on any fees.

All time plumbing was professional and polite. They seemed genuine in not trying take advantage of my plumbing dilemma.

They replaced the hose bib that was leaking. They tried to  unscrew it from the outside to repair it, but the pieces were too rusted to get loose. If he had gotten it i believe he quoted me $75. He ended up going in the crawl space and cutting the pipe under the house and replace my hose bib in that fashion. The cost was approximately $125.

While the selfish part of me considered keeping my knowledge of this company to myself, i also realize that i often rely on other people's review to make the best choice for whatever job i need to have done. Hence, i feel obligated to share my experience with them, with our community. These guys are really good; and most importantly, they care about the quality of their work and are very reasonable. I can go on and on but i've made my point. They are trustworthy and demonstrates complete professionalism in their work.

I absolutely recommend All Time Plumbing for the following five reasons: the company answered my call on a Sunday, were able to come the following day, called to let me know they'd be arriving early and had everything wrapped up within an hour or so of diagnosing my problem.  Estimates were right on the money.

These plumbers are the best! Very knowledgeable and professional. They replaced an old washing machine drain that had been causing problems for years. They came here, assessed the problem and knew immediately how to fix it. Very reasonable price. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Long story short we bought a flipped house and everything was great... except the 60 year old plumbing. We needed serous repair and replacement of most of the plumbing. Ray set us up with the right design, great response times and more importantly a great price.

Do not hesitate to call them with any problem you have. Big jobs, little jobs, don't worry, the Team at All Time can handle it.

We had an issue with our garbage disposal seal. These guys were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing.  I also thought the price was fair.

I would use them again and I would recommend them.

Needed a plumber to fix two outdoor faucets that had rusted and leaking back flow preventers, saw that All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was rated highly - I suspected maybe too highly seeing that it was all 5-stars.  I called them up, friendly receptionist told me they were pretty booked up, wasn't a problem for me since my issue was routine, so we set an appointment for the following week.  They were on time, which is huge and rare.  Friendly and knowledgeable guys, they got right to work, fixing everything in under an hour, cost was lower than expected as well which was icing on the cake.  I'm impressed, they deserve the 5 star rating and if I ever need a plumber again I found one.

Awesome experience all the way around.  All Time Plumbing was the third plumbing company we called for the same issue. The first made modest efforts to resolve a clogged drain, but was overall disinterested in finding the tricky problem.  Second plumber cleared the clog by jetting the system and correctly noted some old deteriorating piping that would likely cause us problems in the future. But they quoted an extremely high price to replace it, and managed to note thousands of dollars' worth of non-plumbing-related work that they were conveniently also qualified and eager to do.   So when the clog returned in less than a month after jetting, I looked around a little harder and third time was indeed the charm.

Everything from start to finish went as smoothly as anyone could ask.  A very professional tow man crew showed up to evaluate the situation, immediately going under the house to look around.  Within in minutes, they'd identified an improper venting issue with the drain that was compounding the failing old piping.  They offered an immediate snaking service to clear it temporarily (I declined), and quoted me a price to replace the problem piping that was a small fraction of the quote from plumber number two.  The appointment was set a few days later, they showed up right on time and were under the house and working within minutes.  

Both men were incredibly professional, explaining exactly what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it.  They worked quickly and left zero mess.  No-one every really want a regular plumber, but unless something changes, All Time is going to be my go-to for any and all plumbing issues in the future.  Thanks a lot.

We had JUST closed on our new house the day before - While someone was cleaning the bathroom tub - we had a guy underneath the house fixing the crawl space - He noticed a bunch of water leaking under the home! We called All Time and they were out there within 30 minutes!!  Not only were they quick to arrive , the guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed.
This was the 2nd time that we had used them and they do not disappoint!  Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and the job was done!  The cost is much lower than anyone else in town!

After coming out at the end of last week and assessing the issue they offered to come back over the weekend to get it fixed (which I couldn't let them do as I myself am a beach bum on the weekends)!!

Today they showed up early, (big plus in my book ), knocked out what needed to be done in 100 degree weather, cleaned up, shook my hand, and we all went on with our day.  Bravo, gentlemen, bravo!

I wish all service companies operated like All-Time does.

I have another Yelp account in which I reviewed this company and wanted to share the same review here since I'll be using this one the most.  Anyway....

These  guys were fantastic!  left a review 2 or 3 years ago, and I don't see it now.  Two years ago, two days before Christmas, our hot water heater went kaput, and we had no hot water.   I called several plumbers, but they either couldn't get out here for a week or they wanted to come check out the situation and charge us $75 for a quote.  I called All Time, told them what we wanted, and they came out that evening and installed it in no time flat.  They were the most reasonable on the cost of the heater and their time, too.  We have 3 bathrooms that need updating.  Guess who I'll be calling for my plumbing needs???  All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning!!!

This review is a little late.  However, these guys are now my life-long go to for plumbing needs.  Our water heater was making some odd noises, and it was well past its 9-year life expectancy.  We contacted several plumbing companies.  Only one would give us a general idea of the cost over the phone.  Three others insisted on coming out to look at it before giving us a quote, 2 of which said they would have to charge a $95 service fee.  Of course, it would be deducted off the cost, but if we didn't go with them, it was out of our pockets.  Uh....no thanks.  Finally, after checking Yelp and seeing all the 5 star reviews on All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, I called them, and Amy was wonderful to talk to!  She checked with the owner to verify the cost, and we had a solid quote without them having to come out.  This was right before Christmas.  I think they came out the night before Christmas Eve.  My husband was watching them work, and he said they (Ray and Jake) worked like a well-oiled machine.  They obviously have been doing this kind of work for a good while!  I think they were in and out in an hour and a half.  Not a lot of talk.  Just hard working guys who knew what they were doing.  We also had them provide the water heater, and added on coverage to extend the warranty another few years.  And it STILL came in a little less that what the one company wanted to charge.  I can't say enough about this family owned and operated business.  I have some other plumbing issues to take care of, so I will definitely be calling them again!

A copper pipe supplying cold water to the kitchen froze and burst inside the wall.  I had to shut off the water to the whole house to keep it from flooding.  

After telling Amy my problem over the phone she called her plumbers to find out if they could come to my house in the afternoon since we had no water coming to the house and they had no available  appointments the next day.  

Luckily she had plumbers working close to my area and they sent Jake to my house while the rest finished on their current job.  Jake was very professional and promptly located where the damaged pipe was and fixed it. He listened to my concerns and gave advice to help prevent it from happening again.  

This is the second time I've called All Time Plumbing  and since they left a good impression the first time I figured I should call them again.  I will definitely be calling them again should I have more plumbing problems in the future.

I can't begin to express how amazing this whole staff is. Our problem started almost 2 years ago when we bought our first home in Arrowhead. We immediately noticed a foul smell in our kitchen. After multiple remedies to clean drains, inspections by plumbers and a drain fly infestation, we finally discovered it was the sewage drain under our kitchen had collapsed long ago. We were then given an obnoxious quote to replace by a large, local plumber that would entail renovating our kitchen, both baths, and driveway. I found All-time plumbing on yelp and gave them a shot. My interactions with Amy from the start was warm and reassuring. From then on until the end of the job by Ray and his partner, the work was done neatly, timely and with no visible damage to my interior house. The best part is that it was more affordable and less intrusive than the big guys' estimate. And the smell is gone! I couldn't be happier and will recommend All time Plumbing to everyone I come into contact with that needs a plumber. Thank you for ending this nightmare of dirty diaper stink in my kitchen!!! I will be forever grateful

All Time Plumbing flat out gets customer service when others do not. They are a small 2 truck family owned business that relies on word of mouth and thoroughly appreciates referrals. Always friendly and professional.

Jake handled a slow upstairs tub drain easily and diagnosed a potential larger issue with the seal. The gamble paid off to further investigate as the 30 year putty had worn down and was causing it to leak. An area below the tub in the downstairs ceiling had stained recently and all but confirmed the tub seal was the issue. A new drain & seal and I was good to go after testing. The entire mess was cleaned up. He also installed a shower head I had purchased. Their rates seem competitive.

Keep in mind with being small they back up easily. Allow days to sometimes a week for them to address your problem. They likely have emergency service at an additional cost. They cover all of the Southside of the 757. My job was small, but they can handle the monster ones too!

Ray and Jake did an amazing job at a very reasonable rate!  It was a bit of a bumpy start since I actually thought I had made an appointment with a different company, so was quite surprised when Ray and Jake arrived from All Time Plumbing.  They handled my flub with total aplomb and proceeded to impress me with their knowledge and professionalism.  There were several issues including a non-functioning garbage disposal and clogged drain.  In addition, someone suggested raising our toilet to check for damage b/c it had overflowed several times.  Ray started with the toilet and explained if there was damage under the floor boards, we would smell it.  He then suggested simply changing the flusher and removing the old caulking, saving the owner $$$ for what would have been a major project.  Upon inspection of the garbage disposer, he mentioned that it was industrial sized and would run about $200 to replace.  Instead, he dug in there and ultimately worked free a broken piece from a screw... must have rolled in when I wasn't looking.  I mentioned that my faucet extension seemed to have gotten somehow stuck since I could no longer pull it down to minimize the splatter.  One quick look under the sink and Ray freed it from the water line that it somehow got wrapped around.  While Ray was working in the kitchen, Jake was tending to toilet where he had replaced the flusher and was carefully removing the caulking.  Ray then proceeded to snake out the drain in the shower, but was not daunted in the least by the calcified screws or gobs of hair... I can't believe how amazingly it drains now!  The best part of their service was that I could not for the life of me find where they put the garbage... no sticky caulking in my garbage can or clumps of hair... poof, it was all gone!  It turned out that my mistake in thinking I was hiring a different company was a true blessing.  They don't come any better than All Time Plumbing.  And not to be left out, Amy, who handles the office end is very helpful and courteous as well!  I highly recommend this excellent team!!!

All time plumbing has done excellent work for a property that I manage, and several repairs at my home. I can't recommend these guys enough, I tell everyone I know about them. They're honest, professional, knowledgeable & just all around good people. Give them a call, they will make sure the job is done right the first time for an honest, fair price. They've fixed my garbage disposal drain line that I paid another awful & expensive company to do, they have cleared bathroom sink drain clogs & fixed a water leak in my master bathroom.

I needed a plumber badly during the winter storm for a burst pipe.  Ray offered to be at my house at 7:00 AM and was there right on time, he did a great job, and was honest with the prognosis, price, and made sure I had the best solution for ME!

We just had All-Time Plumbing out to our house to replace a water heater and I would give 6 stars if it was possible! One of the best experiences I've had with a company. Amy was very communicative. She returned my initial call within 30 minutes and had technicians over later that day to trouble shoot the problem. The water heater needed to be replaced and I received a detailed, fairly priced quote the next morning and Ray got to the house that evening to install the water heater. They are a great family run Plumbing Service in Hampton Roads. They should be your go to company to call!

All Time Plumbing is a great company.  They worked with my busy work schedule and was able to come out within the week.  I needed to get my water heater pumped because of all the sediment build up.  They came out and was done 40 minutes later.  I definitely recommend them.

I called All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning based on their Yelp reviews.  Everyone was absolutely right!  This is a great company!  My water bill skyrocketed and they came to search my house for leaks - no leaks inside so they called a leak detection company, met them here, the leak location was found (outside near the driveway) and the pipe and the driveway were repaired. They helped me work with the water department, provided all needed papework and everything was fine.  The best part was seeing that the water meter had stopped spinning!  They will be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future!  Thank you Ray!  You are the best!

All time Plumbing came out today and replaced the kitchen sink valves (both hot and cold) with new ¼ turn valves, installed a splitter to supply the dishwasher and suggested replacing the old poly lines with new Braided Stainless Steel ones, which I agreed to.  While they were here, I had them replace the old flapper in the toilet which probably would have gone bad in a month or two.  They did all of this in a very short time and under $300! I have found my new plumber for life!! Thank you...

I have to agree with the 5 star reviews! I was washing clothes when I heard a gurgling from my bathroom followed by the dreadful sound of water rushing to my floor. My entire game room flooded in a matter of minutes. I tried to use the snake but nothing was helping. Not thinking, I took a shower and boom, my game room is flooded again! I called first thing the next morning and was told they could squeeze me in about 4. I happily accepted and when Raymond & James  (I think that's his name) came in they handed me a business card, put on protective booties and got right to work.

They identified the problem and cleaned out the drain showing me what caused it (dreaded roots). They were fast, courteous and pleasent. I was skeptical about the 5 star reviews but I am so happy I trusted my fellow Yelpers. This is the only plumbing company I will call from now on.

I was afraid it would be super expensive and I would have to break out the credit card. The entire service was less than $200 so no credit card needed, thank God. You can barely get someone out to take a look for less than  $100 so I wouldn't hesitate to say that they are fair in price.

We recently moved to this area.  We had a couple of plumbing issues in our new home, so we checked out Yelp and found great reviews about All Time Plumbing.  Those reviews steered us to Ray and Amy, and we are so grateful that we've found such nice, dependable folks.

Amy was very pleasant and friendly to talk with, and Ray was courteous and professional in analyzing our needs and offering solutions for us.

We had Ray install a new water heater for us (replacing a really old tankless one), and he also replaced three hose bibs for us.  The work was completed quickly, and everything looks and, most importantly, works great!

When the need arises for other plumbing work around our house we're definitely contacting All Time again.  We highly recommend this company for any plumbing work needed.

Called to have a clogged main sewer drain cleared.  They are a small operation, but that's not a cause for concern.  They were prompt, professional and most importantly honest! No surprises in their reasonable costs. You may have to wait to get on their schedule, but you won't be sorry.

Kicking myself for not calling these guys first. I would have saved myself a $95 service fee. This company does NOT CHARGE to come out and do a service estimate. Above that, they were incredibly responsive and gave us a much much better price than Atomic. (40% less!) Although Atomic was very friendly and professional, I'd stick with All Time for great service and great prices.

No nonsense and straight forward!  I own rental property in Norfolk and All Time Plumbing was the right choice.  The gas water heater in this property was tagged by VA Natural Gas for necessary repairs.  I contacted multiple plumbers and got a lot of bunk from the majority of those I spoke with, which was very disappointing.  I did my research on the required repairs and All Time was right on the mark with a proper resolution and a fair price.  They assessed the repair at no cost and made the corrections the same day.  I couldn't be more pleased! I will call on All Time for all of my rental property plumbing needs!

Amy was prompt and courteous while scheduling my service; and Jake was very professional while replacing a valve cartridge in my kids' bathroom. He made sure to verify that was the problem before replacing any parts unnecessarily. He also arrived right on schedule and got the job done in a timely manner!

I had an extremely leaky toilet, and Ray came out early on a Saturday morning to fix it. He went out of his way to come early because I had a morning class. As a military spouse finding quality, straight shooting professionals to do work in our home is so valuable and important. I can confidently say Ray and Amy are those people. We had a tankless water heater installed while we also had two of our bathrooms gutted for a remodel. When Ray arrived to install the water heater he also spent a good 30 minutes answering a slew of questions from my husband about the bathrooms which he absolutely didn't have to do. I'm SO glad we got in touch with Raymond.  He was fast (came out right away the next morning), was honest, seemed to have a great and helpful attitude and didn't act shady (like he was just in it to get as much money from people as possible and charge them for ridiculous stuff that wasn't needed).  He actually did what he said he was going to do.  With us living outside the area currently, this was a HUGE thing for us.

We had a pipe leak by the water main recently and after having really bad experiences (I'll review those 'lovelies' on their profiles) with Blessings and nasty attitudes from A Hampton Roads Plumbing, Raymond was truly wonderful.  We decided to dig the hole and find the leak ourselves instead of paying a plumber to do it.  Raymond actually helped dig the hole without being asked, had a good sense of humor and charged us fairly.  

We'll highly recommend him to anyone we know in the area who needs a plumber.  Thank you, Raymond..for being one of the good guys instead of trying to screw people over (like the other companies above).  Next time we need a plumber, Raymond Ellis will be the first and only call we make.

Ray replaced my water heater on time and did a very professional job,leaving my house cleaner than when he arrived. He noted my curb shut off valve did not operate and offered to contact city to repair.

Excellent work. Came for two visits; first time to assess and second to install the new water heater. Each visit he came on time. I was even notified by the office prior to.  Ray was very polite and thorough; with one person to help he was in and out in less than 2 hours. I like the fact that he pointed out that our new water heater is from a local company. Meaning any necessary repairs would be taken care of sooner (as opposed to a water heater from Home Depot) since they can retrieve parts more quickly. As well, kudos to Amy who works in the office; great customer service. I'll definitely use them in the future!

I can not say enough amazing things about this company. We had quest piping when we moved into our condo. We had Ray and his team come and give us a quote on getting all new piping done . Not only was he reasonably priced, his work was fantastic. We ran into a problem due to our outside water line and while it was not his responsibility to fix it he did . I was beyond impressed with All Time Plumbing from start to finish. They showed up on time, in masks and foot covers (although I told them it wasn't necessary), and fixed four of my faucets' low water pressure in less than 20 minutes. Literally. Less than 20 minutes. I'm blown away and very thankful for them. It's clear to see why they have so many five star reviews.

I happened to be in the Virginia Beach area visiting my mom. I called this company today to get someone to look at the kitchen drain and an odor coming from one of the restrooms.

Amy answered the phone and told me the next available appointment would be next Tuesday. I then told her that the water is backing up in the kitchen and required immediate attention. She went above and beyond to help us by calling the crew to see if there was any way they could stop by and help us today. Not even 10 mins she called right back and said they would be here between 30-45 mins.

Ray and Jake showed up and fixed the problems right away by cleaning the kitchen drain that was clogged up with grease. Also, they said that the odor in the bathroom was due to the toilet's wax ring. They replaced the wax ring and now the odor is gone! The crew were very professional and fully explained what they were doing every step of the way.

Ray and his colleague arrived at the scheduled appointment time, kept me informed throughout while they worked on the issue, and then found a way to finally fix something that 2 other plumbing companies had essentially concluded couldn't be fixed.  On top of all that, they suggested a few simple measures to take in order to help prevent the issue from recurring in the future.

Trust can be a rare commodity in any service industry, and that is exactly why I will look to All Time Plumbing first going forward.

I have used all-time Plumbing twice now. Both times they did their job and did it well at a fair price.

All Time Plumbing has addressed two issues in our home. Installing a water line for our ice maker and repairing a leak in our water main. They were timely, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, charged a reasonable price and had great customer service. I appreciate all of their help and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. I called all time plumbing after reading the good reviews on yelp. My elderly grandmother was ripped off by another plumber and I needed to find someone reliable and trustworthy. These guys are awesome. They were punctual and managed to replace our water heater the same day although I know they were very busy. The price was what we expected. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with the work done by Ray & Jake (& Amy) to replace the water lines from the street to our condo in VA Beach.  They were on time, pleasant and respectful, busted their butts in 95 degree heat, creative in their approach to the job, and completed it early.  

Ray and Amy are the epitome of a family-run small business that cares about their work and their customers.  You get the same experienced people (Ray and Jake) each time, and not some temp or junior workers.  I'll definitely turn to them for any other plumbing issues we run into, and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were awesome. They came out today at 4:00. Snakes the drain, found the line we had been looking for over the last year and a half, put in a clean out and filled in the hole. A ton of work and it was reasonable. These guys will be my go to plumber now.

Great Job!!! We purchased our home in 1990.  It was built with quest waterlines. After several water leaks, mostly around the water heater, we decided to have the quest replaced with PEX waterline. After receiving several quotes, we contracted All Time Plumbing to do their magic. Boy, am I glad we did. Ray and his crew removed all the old quest lines and installed PEX in less than a week including the main line from the city water meter into our home. They always showed up on time and at the end of each workday they cleaned up their mess. Amy worked out all the details and everything went smooth. In the future, All Time Plumbing will be called for all our plumbing needs.

As a first time home owner, every noise in my home makes me paranoid. I called these folks last week and they fit me in to their schedule quickly.

The gentlemen showed up on time and were very polite and respectful. They checked out the noises concerning me and put my mind at ease, explaining what I was hearing was normal.

We bought our first house and had a chunk of porcelain pipe stuck in the line. The owner gave us a great prices to remove a 4 ft piece of the pipe and replace it. Any other plumbing issues we will be calling them, they work hard and all around everyone inside the company knows what they are talking about.

All Time Plumbing showed up on time, and the job was completed quickly and on budget.  The work was excellent and they cleaned up afterward.  I couldn't be happier with the service.  I will definitely be using All Time Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

My issue was a leaking bathroom on the second floor.  It required the ceiling to be ripped open on the first floor so the entire drain pipe to the toilet and shower could be cut out and replaced.  It was an old cast iron run that needed to be replaced with PVC.  Needless to say, after 40 years of buildup in the pipes it was a messy job.  It really needed an experienced professional, and I am very happy I found All Time to handle the repair.  

Would definitely recommend them.

Arrived on time as promised. Was very detailed on finding the source of the leak. Explained thoroughly what needed to be done to fix the problem and cost of doing it. Was very careful and cleaned afterwards after finishing the job. Will request again for their services in the future.
