Unbelieveable. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and Melissa will talk over you in a condescending manner, making you feel like you've done something wrong. Our landlord purchased a new dishwasher & some extra unexpected work needed to be done that included city work on the waterline. City work was taken care of & the next day 2 different fellas were sent out who had no idea of the amount of work under the house that needed done. So a dishwasher that was supposed to have been installed on the 20th will not be here until the 29th because there is only 1 person who can do what needs to be done. So again, not only does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing, but Melissa will talk over you and down to you, making sure you know just how much SHE did herself to make sure the city came out and fixed the line at the curb... that my husband had already asked them to do. If Lowe's tries to send these jokers to your house, I suggest shelling out the money on your own installer.

Terrible experience.  Guy came to my house and within ten minutes said, sir we have a problem.  first negative.  then tells me the dishwasher won't fit because it's a 1/4 inch to high.  then he leaves.  i measured the unit after he left and it would fit.  he didn't even try after keeping me waiting for 2 hours.  would not recommend.

Perez was selected through Lowes for a kitchen install, Perez was installing the sink. I asked them to also install a disposal, and they provided a reasonable rate, when out and purchased all the additional materials they needed and completed the project. They're my go to plumbing people in Virginia Beach.

I called Home Depot at 7:40 am this morning and ordered the water heater I saw online from Rheem.  I received a call from Perez Enterprises within two hours and my new hot water heater was installed and heating water before 10:30 a.m.  I'm not sure how it can get any better than this, but I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could.

The technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, even letting me know about the fact that the new water heater took more power than my old one and I may want to get an electrician to change the breaker I currently have while also confirming that my cable could handle the additional load with no issue, but my breaker needed to be bigger.

Great service, very neat job, removed the old tank and extremely fast!

I'd recommend these guys any day!

Charged additional cost AFTER they installed the water heater and we had already paid for/signed everything through Lowe's contract. They did not communicate with us at all before they did the job but decided to charge us after the job was done. Would NOT recommend.

This is the contracted installer for the Lowe's and other home improvement stores on the peninsula for hot water heaters.

Staff are very unprofessional and unable to assist with any questions in basic installs.

Calling the office and talking with owner, management, or staff is a complete waste of time.

Highly advise to stay away and ask store to assign alternate installer.

And yes, EnterpriZes was an actual spelling mistake when they formed the company.

Gave one star only because 0 is not an option. This is a horrible company and with horrible customer service. Lynn is rude and will scream at you on the phone. They did not show up for service and when I spoke with them they stated that I had not responded to voicemails. I never received a voicemail from them. The person that scheduled my appointment somehow seemed to be able to reach me though. I called Lowes and asked that they provide a different installer as I refuse to work with a company that speaks to their customers this way.

I went through Home Depot in order to get my water heater replaced which put me in contact with Perez. After reading through the reviews there are a few things I agree with and some I don't. Here are my takeaways:

1. The women in the office are responsive however one woman definitely lacks communication skills and talks a little rough to you.
2. The pricing was fair, however, I saved a lot of money buying the water heater and drain pain myself instead of having them buy it and bring it to me.
3. The installers were really nice, knowledgeable, and professional during the install. They were able to install everything in a timely manner.

All in all, I recommend this place if you have a very simple water heater replacement job. I can't speak for anything else because I haven't used them for anything other than the aforementioned work.

This company is a joke and needs to be struck from the list of Lowe's installers.  I have wasted my whole day only to be told ,The technician has run into a problem with the install ahead of me.  I was given a four hour window between one and five!  It is now 4:44!  Whoever answered their phone started raising his voice when I asked for an ETA!  I asked why he was raising his voice and he said, I'm from New York and we talk loud!  If I could give a negative star I would!  NEVER use these asinine imbeciles!  I just got off of the phone with Lowe's corporate she reached out to Perez.  The installer showed up at 5:30 in a broken down van.  I told him that I had an important obligation and he needed to be done within the hour.  He said he would try!  He was late.  I told him I did not want him or his company caroming on my property again.  Back to Lowe's  corporate only to keRn they are the only installer Lowe's uses! So folks, in order to avoid using this arrogant, condescending installation company, AVOID any purchases from Lowe's requiring an installation!   I have been loyal to Lowe's and a shareholder since they went public.  NEVER again!

I have been having the hardest time ever with my home warranty company: 1st American Home Warranty, in trying to get my oven/range repaired/replaced. After nearly 4 weeks of terrible customer service, complete negligence, and an absurd amount of follow-up and unrelenting insistence on my part, they finally scheduled Sears to deliver a new appliance. Upon speaking with Sears to obtain an ETA they mentioned that I need to get ahold of an installer since its a gas hookup?!? I called Perez Enterprises per Sears' instruction and the woman I spoke with said I was not able to set this up, it had to be done through the store or my home warranty company ... needless to say this prompted another hour of my life that I won't get back spent going back and forth between 1st American, Sears & Perez Enterprises only to be told that the earliest the gas hookup could happen would be 5 days after the appliance was delivered?!?

If I would have settled for this answer, this would have made 5 weeks without a working oven/range in my home.

I called back to Perez Enterprises first thing this morning and spoke with Faith... HALLELUJAH! She really listened to my plight and appeared to go above and beyond to try to help me! While she couldn't guarantee they could make it out today, she took the initiative to personally call Sears and get the deliver ETA then loop back with me and tell me she was putting me at the very end of their technician's schedule today, so if the stars align and Sears runs early and their technician takes a while on his first 3 jobs, I may be in business TODAY!!!

I may not have even experienced their actual service just yet, but Faith's efforts alone have me advocating Perez Enterprizes! Fingers crossed I'm cooking in my kitchen tonight!

I've never dealt with anyone so disrespectful anywhere, let alone in my own home. The tech who came out was ANGRY with me because I wouldn't immediately go find a saw and cut out a section of my hardwood floor. He kept pressuring me to do it and kept changing what he was saying about whether he was allowed to do it and how he would have to charge me, but that he actually couldn't because he wasn't allowed, but that he wouldn't have to charge that much, etc. When my husband came in, he told him a whole different store and he changed his years of experience THREE times. I think I know what needs to be done, I've been doing this almost 20 years. I don't know why you won't just do this. I'm so good at what I do, I've been doing it 25 years. Etc. He also kept talking about how dumb everyone in the office was and how it was pointless to even have them there to answer phones because they don't tell customers to clean out everything from under the kitchen sink. When they rescheduled their head installer for the next day, my husband had to take a day off only to sit around all day for no one to show up. When we called to see what happened, they told us the installation was cancelled 2 weeks ago.... Yet they came the day before? This company should be shut down. So dishonest, unprofessional, and hostile.

I'm not sure if it's Home Depot or these guys but they were supposed to install our gas range. No calls after delivery by HD. We contacted HD support and they supposedly contacted Perez, and gave our number. No calls--no return calls, even after numerous attempts. I ended up installing the range myself, since it was a replacement anyway. We bugged Home Depot and got refunded our 200.00 fee--and we still have our old
Stove in the garage. What a disappointing experience.

Another Lowe's install gone WRONG. First it took almost a month to get an install date. Second the guy was 1.5 late for a dishwasher install (showed up at 7:30PM for a 2-6pm window). Finally took all of 2 minutes to say NOPE, can't do it and would not leave the dishwasher we paid for! Wanted to have us start the bid process with his company after we already paid Lowe's install price. Absolutely, hands down, the worst and most unprofessional installation attempt I have experienced. After all that they drove my dishwasher around town instead of returning it to the store promptly.  Stay far away from this company.

Looks like they also go by DLD Plumbing Contractors.

My Insinkerator garbage disposal stopped working.  Insinkerator gave me their number to call for the warranty service call.  Perez's customer service rep -- Lynn was her name -- was incredibly harried, bordering on rude, and told me I would be charged for any repairs, even though it was under warranty.

My warranty, however, covers any manufacturer's defects, so if the problem is with the unit itself I would incur no charges whether they repair or replace it.

When I explained this she said they were having phone problems and would call me back but didn't.  When I called again -- this time with the Insinkerator customer service people on the line -- and when the service rep from Insinkerator started to speak she hung up the phone.

Only had to deal with them on the phone, but that was plenty for me. They were completely unhelpful and rude. Acted like they had so much work that they clearly didnt care about me at all. I'm actually kind of mad at Lowes for trying to stick me with them - no way anyone would choose this company on purpose.

Had to use these guys since Cotsco send us. The guy who came to install seem old and nice. But here is the issue:
The gas range oven we bought from cotsco came with all the connector. He installed and we are suppose to pay for county permit of $77 and that's it. The guy asked to sign in phone, and we signed thinking its 77$ ( no amount was seen) and gave credit card info.
Now the guy goes back to office and charge for the parts. We called office and the lady (rude) says cotsco doesn't provide the parts so they have to use one from the truck . WHICH IS LIE. They aren't going to refund.
I should have seen these review before opening them a door to install my appliance.

Bought a dishwasher from Sears and told we had to use this installer. They are the worst! Do not use them. Whirlpool repairman came out and said the dishwasher was improperly installed. Have a new plumber working on the problem right now. Perez' customer service is lacking as well. Beware!

Contrary to the experience of some reviewers, both the front office and the installers were excellent. Friendly and efficient. Appointment took longer to schedule than I expected which is the only reason i did not give them 5 stars. I would have no issue using them again.

(Some of these reviews are for a West coast business.  This Review is for Perez Enterprises, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA)  We contacted Home Depot to replace a leaking water heater.  They directed us to Perez Enterprises, who quickly called to discuss various models, pricing, and to schedule installation.  I called on a Friday, and the work was complete the following day (Saturday).  The salesperson did a good job of directing me to a properly sized (capacity and physical size) water heater and the crew of two did a great job with installation. Great fast service!

The Water heater replacement was went great. Perez Enterprize in Virginia Beach was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly. They took about 10 minutes to discuss everything that they were doing before starting and then another 10 minutes or longer at the end to explain how everything went and what to expect next. Great Company!!! Russel was fantastic and I also met Mr. Perez when he came to just see how things were going!

Price was slightly high, but reasonable for the amount of work that was required and installing a water heater in an attic.

My elderly mother purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's. 10 days later a field tech from Perez showed up to install it but told her he couldn't because there was no shut-off valve on the water line. There IS a shut-off valve in the cabinet right next to the dishwasher. Perez scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later to evaluate the situation. The tech never showed up. After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised. This company is unreliable. I don't want them on the property. I have no confidence in them.

I purchased a toilet from Home Depot and Perez Enterprises were the installers. Installer was very rude about a toilet install that needed the cut off valve replaced after 20-25 years old.Installer said that it is not leaking so we don't change them out. Replacing a brand new toilet and leaving rusty valve on the toilet is just bad installers. I called Home Depot and they put me through to talk with Perez Enterprises, when I talked with the office associate she was very rude as the installer was when he was at my house I called Home Depot back and got my money back for a piss poor and lazy and rude Perez Enterprises, now I will be contacting Home Depot organization to discontinue there service with Perez Enterprises, all you have to do is go look at their reviews, bad reviews with a overall rating of 2 says it all.

I purchased a gas stove from the Navy Exchange who apparently has an installation contract with Perez. Perez was to pick the stove up from Sears and deliver on an agreed upon date. The delivery date arrived but the stove wasn't picked up as planned, and subsequently not delivered as scheduled.

We rescheduled the delivery to learn that the installation person only hooks up to an existing line and can't install a new line. I was offered a third appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate at a cost of $65, but the appoint was another week away.

So I find my own plumber to install the line and call Perez to have my stove delivered to find out that they can't deliver the stove if they aren't installing it. In order to get the stove that I paid for, they had to take it back to Sears for me to pick up myself. !?!

Great experience start to finish!  I was nervous after reading the other reviews on Google and yelp, but this company was wonderful to work with.  From Suzie and Heather in the office who helped schedule my appointment and notified me that the installer was en route, to Eric(k?) who performed the install, I could not have been happier.  Eric arrived exactly when scheduled, was professional and courteous, very careful with our floors, and very meticulous about installing and testing our new dishwasher.  Highly recommend this company!

The WORST experience I have ever had with installers.  The guy (Wyatt) was rude from the start, angry at his own company for not providing the materials he needed, and refused to install my gas range.  I am disabled in a wheelchair.  I am sitting here with two stoves in my kitchen, blocking access to the sink and the silverware.  No communication whatsoever as to what the company is going to do.  I cannot believe COSTCO allows them to install appliances.  If I could give them a -0-, I would.  The one item that was installed, he left the trash on the kitchen floor, left the instruction manual in the SINK, and did not give me a copy of anything I signed.  I intend to file a formal complaint with COSTCO and others.  Stay away from these people.  You would be better to pick up and install your own appliances!

I tried buying a range including install from Home Depot. These people were so rude I just decided to cancel the order so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Hopefully Home Depot picks up that they are losing business due to this partnership, because Home Depot has always been pretty good in my experience.

On a Wednesday I contacted Home Depot for a water heater replacement and was referred to their local installer, Perez Enterprizes. I was contacted and provided the requested information during the phone consultation, including taking measurements of the old unit and the access door in the 2nd floor dormer of one of the bedrooms. I offered to provide pictures but was declined.
The specialist suggested some new units that were available at a Home Depot store in town that could be purchased in order to save on pickup/delivery charges. After the consultation, I purchased one of the recommended units and brought it to my home.
I called to confirm the scheduling of the installation for the next day and when asked I provided the SKU number for the new unit. We went over the fees and charges and I then paid for the agreed upon total charges for the services and installation; I was not provided a receipt.
I arranged to take off from work to be home during the scheduled installation window and made sure routes were clear for access and free from obstruction.
On Thursday, the technicians arrived at 12:52pm, quickly assessed the old unit and went back out to their truck at 12:57pm without saying anything to me. I assumed they were getting their tools/supplies but they came back in at 1:05pm advising that the installation would have to be rescheduled, there would be significant additional charges as the dormer was considered an attic space, parts were required for the unit I purchased, and that someone from the office would be calling me. They promptly left at 1:08pm.
After waiting to be contacted, I called at 2:30pm, 4pm, and 5pm and each time was assured that a specialist would be calling me before closing at 6pm. I again called at 5:45pm and was told that someone would call me first thing the following morning. I asked if the installation would occur on Friday but they could not give me an answer or confirm anything.
Nearly 9am on Friday morning, someone called and said the added charges would be about an additional $800 on top of what I had already paid in full and that the install would have to wait until Monday. Apparently, there were some missteps during the consultation that were not captured correctly by the specialist. I was forthcoming in providing all the information requested, even offered to send pictures, but now I'm being made to feel like I was being deceptive. I could not believe that no fault on my end would result in adding $800, delay the installation, and that the customer is expected to absorb all the losses. I was not looking for anything free here, but I have already lost work time, paid up front, and transported a new unit. This could have been avoided if discussed during the consult. To increase the insult, I will have to take more time off from work, pay more money, and have the family endure more days without hot water.
I called Home Depot and cancelled everything and requested refunds. I expected better and a more reasonable experience.

Kept us waiting four hours for an appointment to measure for new appliances. Our time slot was 3-7, just before a major holiday. We did not hear their call at 6:45 and they canceled the appointment without any apology for wasting our time. The woman we spoke with was very dismissive and haughty with my wife.  Would definitely not recommend - there really has to be a better, more professional option out there. No one should be subjected to such treatment.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We went through Home Depot to order a 50-gallon water heater and to have it installed by one of their experts at our specific zip code.  (Our old water heater in our home was still functioning but was showing some corrosion and we decided to have it replaced.)  My boyfriend is a new homeowner and we thought that we were in good hands with Home Depot and one of their trusted installers...well...the experience was not great.  They were quick to get it scheduled and send someone out and that's when the problems started.  It was installed on a Thursday and by Friday night, our circuit breaker had popped and we had no warm water for 3 days.  The unit itself exhibited signs that it had caught on fire and had scorch marks at the top.  It had been installed INCORRECTLY.  When I was finally able to get someone to understand the urgency and send someone out there, I really thought our new unit would have been replaced.  The original installer had connected the wiring incorrectly and the internal wiring had been scorched and had to be replaced by the company's foreman.  I assumed that since I paid for a NEW unit (not a scorched one in barely a day's use) the unit would have been replaced...but after numerous calls to the office and given several excuses: the owner and foreman were both off, the owner had a death in the family, the foreman wouldn't have just left a damaged/faulty unit unless he felt it was in good working order...I finally informed them I would be getting with a fire marshal to check the unit...and they still didn't care and stated that they had a post-it note reminder on their computer to have the owner call me back...I'm still waiting for that call back from the owner more than 2 weeks later.  I paid $1264.24 ($447.00 for install) Again...BUYER BEWARE and I will definitely be posting a video/pictures on social media sites to warn others.

Lowe's sent this company to install our dishwasher and microwave. The installer shows up with such a miserable attitude, walked straight into our kitchen telling us we have to empty out cabinets from under the sink and above microwave. Of course, very understandable and so we do as we're told. I asked if he could try to stay on the plastic runner we laid for him since he was stepping all over our carpet and rolling his cart over it. I explained to him it's because we don't wear shoes in our house and he instantly gave an attitude, went to his truck to put booties on. Thanked him for it when he returned but he ignored me. He removed the cardboard cover we had laid on top of our brand new stove because he brought his own and when I thanked him for bringing one, he started going on a rant about how he knows what he's doing, he's a qualified professional to do this job and a one-man show and he's going to hurry up as quickly as possible, etc... Such a display of weird angry behavior, I didn't know what to make of it all. Never have I ever been treated like that by any contractor in my own home. A shame too, we had completely different installers from another company for our fridge and stove yesterday who were such a pleasure dealing with. I will never use this company again despite what Lowe's or Home Depot try to push on me. Should've came here and read the reviews first.

Bought a dishwasher from Lowes on April 16th.  Perez Enterprizes was selected by Lowes to do the installation on May 11th.  They had called the day before to make sure we would be home between noon and 4pm.  Nobody had called by 4:30 so we called them and were told the installers were on the way.  About 5pm the doorbell rings.  They are on the porch with a dishwasher.  No greeting, nothing.  They immediately developed an attitude when asked to bring the unit in through the garage.  After bringing in the dishwasher, it was discovered to be the wrong model in black and not stainless.  The only comment they made was It looks like I'm going home early today.  They left without saying anything else.  I called the office for Perez Enterprizes and explained that the wrong dishwasher was brought out.  They said that was my problem and I would have to take it up with the store.  The worst customer relations I've ever encountered - no customer service skills displayed at all by the installers or the office.  I will be asking Lowes to provide another company to do the install.

Stay away from them. Lowes uses them to install appliances but will send someone else if asked. The installer was scary and smelled horrible. Wow.   2 months ago we ordered 3 appliances-a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, from Lowes.  (and THAT is a whole 'nother review!!)   Anyhow, dishwasher came in before the other two so Perez came out to deliver and install it.  The two technicians informed us that they were unable to install because we needed a special valve and only a plumber could do it.  We considered having them leave it with us and we would hire a plumber to do the job, but they said they were unable to leave it if they didn't install it themselves.  OK...fast forward a month...after 2 phone calls to reschedule the install, followed up by 2 more saying they were not coming, we finally schedule them yesterday for the delivery and install.  We were promised a 9am install so we could get to another appointment at 11am, but at 10:00 still no show.  We call the company-they took another appointment before ours because another customer had a leak.  We are now furious because we again have to cancel our install.  They set another one up for today, 9am.   Here is it 10:00 and the technician (not a plumber) just showed up and didn't have the correct materials.  He just left to go to Lowes to buy them.   Lowes-this is your contracted installer?   If you can avoid using this company, and purchasing from Lowes, I would highly recommend doing so.

The guy hasn't even finished installing our dishwasher yet, and after reading all the other reviews, I have to agree with the negative reviews. The installer had an awful attitude. We learned that there would be an additional cost for a water pipe for the dishwasher, which we were happy to pay. But the installer was so terrible, that I eventually stopped talking to him and let my husband take over (even though he's terminally ill & nonverbal). We prepaid for a microwave install and learned when the installer arrived that there were a few things we had to do on our end before it cold be installed. They'll reschedule with the microwave install, but after the installer was so rude, I'm considering asking for a refund & booking with someone else. The installer was rude, no people skills, poor communication skills, aggressive, & off-putting. I think we'd be willing to pay more for installation from someone else just to get better service. Lowes sent us this company. After the interaction I had with the installer today, I'd say you should stay far, far, away from these guys.

Went to Home Depot today to buy a water heater.  The one I wanted was a Rheem.  On the box it clearly stated the words Same day installation! available.  I asked the salesperson how I could get the process going, how I could pay for it, if I would get a military discount, and how I could get it delivered and installed ASAP!  He said I would get a 10 percent discount if I paid for it at the store and put my heater on Will Call.  He said their contractor would then make arrangements to pick up my heater at Home Depot and then deliver/install it at my house.  Well, the contractor (Perez) called me within an hour.  But, they said I had to buy the heater from them and their warehouse vice Home Depot, that there would be no military discount, and it would be three days before they could install it.  I told them to forget it!  I will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a gas hot water tank.  Went through Home Depot website stating to call the 800 number and received Faith at Perez Enterprises.  First initial contact was great so I thought.
The following day they came to do the install.  I was told that it would be an additional $180 of which I was not told about.  I spoke with Faith again who was unprofessional and rude.  I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 3-5 minutes.  I disconnected and call back and the manager who acknowledge that Faith was less than professional.  Finally rescheduled for the next day.

They installed it without a problem but neglected to clean up after themselves.  The old water heater was placed on the street where my neighbor parks her vehicle. This was on Wednesday.  They NEVER picked it up.  Some guys riding around looking for scrap metal picked it.  I was told they don't charge for disposal it was a courtesy. That is not what I was told.  They left a white substance in my front yard that killed my grass down to the dirt.
Called Home Depot corporate office and was told that I would receive a credit of $90 back on my credit card.  A week later no credit and can't get anyone to return my call.  Next purchase of a gas appliance I will definitely go through Virginia Natural Gas for a contractor.

I had a 17 year old hot water heater and several friends with same model suffered water damage when theirs failed. I bought a water heater online from  Home Depot and Perez plumbing was assigned to install. Catherine's called and was very thorough. Rusty was my installer, inspite of a delay due to a previous job, had my heater installed and old tank taken away in a flash. Great work and saved me a lot of money. Thank you, Perez!

Went to Home Depot on Sunday afternoon and had my new hot water heater installed and working in 24 hours. They did their job well and didn't hit me with any random charges. My only complaint is that some of the paperwork should have been emailed or faxed before hand.
