Pipe burst underneath my slab in august 2020, came out immediately and pinpointed the problem. Repairs were done and the best service I have ever received from any housework

RPG has done so much work for me. Timely, professional, and leave the place clean when they are done. Great prices too!

I've been using Atomic plumbing since I bought my home in 2004 and have never had a bad experience. Prices are great, workers are always on time and are knowledgeable and professional. As long as their in business, I'll never use anyone else.

As a landlord I've found that it's very hard to find trustworthy, reliable contractors. Our tenants called to say they needed the front door replaced and I called Sir Fix It, Tim was super responsive and was out at the unit within a few days. He examined the door and let know that it really just needed new weather stripping and wrapping around the door jams.
He saved us hundreds of dollars and had the work done immediately! He was great at communicating throughout the whole process and was very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend him.

Completely Agree with Marina H although my experience was with James, making me think the lack of customer service is systemic and a part of the managers' culture within Heads Up. He is equally as unprofessional. Too busy trying talk over the customer instead of listening to the actual problem and trying to come to some sort of logical agreement. Horrible people skills and customer sevice! Kept saying I was trying to get my repairs covered under warranty when I didn't mention that a single time, only that I wanted to get the sprinkler heads fixed that I had already paid them to do less than 2 months ago (about 6 of my sprinkler heads don't even popup to the grass line to water the grass, and a subsurface). I was actually calling them to have them do extra work (moving lines inside my fenceline) and mentioned that I wanted the heads fixed that I had already paid for, but James was too busy trying to imply that I am liar and and throwing the word warranty around than to actually LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND PROCESS THE INFORMATION. Just horrible management. Technicians and staff answering the phones are always pleasant and professional...how about promoting them to management, or at least having management learn a thing or two from them? Very poor leadership within this company. I'll find someone else, thanks!

Amazing company! Travis actually cared about all of my problems and even helped me move stuff while he was there and Amanda who does scheduling was so pleasant on the phone! 100% if you need a Plummer, call Barry and Sons!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn't take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn't fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That's was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I'm keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!!

Wonderful service at a reasonable price. They warranty their work. My husband and I have every confidence in them. When we fully renovate our master bath we'll be calling them to be sure the plumbing portion of the job is done right.

Premiere Mechanical Systems was sent by my home warranty company to diagnose poor performance by one of my two heat pump systems. It has been taking many hours to cool, not removing humidity, and can't maintain or regulate temp during the day. This hasn't been a problem in the past. Initial interaction was a call to set up an appointment - no problem and we scheduled 9:30-10:30 on the following Monday. On the morning of the appointment he called saying he forgot what time the appointment was and also lost my address. He handed the phone to his assistant and she took down my address and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. NO, I want you to come out right now for the appointment we already had scheduled.
So they eventually show up and take a look at the heat pump unit outside. They never removed the cover. He hooked up his gauges and said it was low on R-22 then sent the assistant inside to check the temp coming out of the vents. It was 9-10deg below the current room temp. He said it should be 12-15deg below and proceeded to hook up a tank outside and I assumed add R-22. This all seemed reasonable enough to me although I would have thought he would have at least inspected the condenser coil and wanted to see the air handler inside. They never even went close to the air handler. he gave me his card and seemed to suggest I let him know if there were any further problems. After 6 hours and no improvement in the cooling performance I was convinced that the problem wasn't fixed and sent him an email asking what the next step of the diagnosis process was. He said Ask your warranty company to supply another contractor for a second opinion. He clearly couldn't care less about fixing the problem. I then asked how many pounds of R-22 he added and his response was no pounds. So he didn't do anything, lied about charging the system, and now wants nothing to do with me after getting my $. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
