Terrible service. A real rip off. Took advantage of an 88 year old woman. Did not quote pricing as they should have. Â Exaggerated about the time on the job. Had a helper who did nothing but chat with the serviceman the sun hole time. Changed something that had already been changed without telling the customer. Charged for the item. Total price for about an hour was over $300.00. This woman could have bought a new toilet for less. Ought to be ashamed for ripping her off like that. I guess they need the money really bad . To be told that the company charges $135.00 for any part of an hour because they have to pay for the serviceman to come out and to pay for gas is ridiculous. Don't rip off the elderly! It is disgusting.
