The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can't tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn't cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I rarely need to call a plummer. This particular early morning, both our toilets were plugged. I found Rooter Ranger the day before online and they had a $47 special for line clearning. So when I called them, you are connected to a National call center. The only problem I have with that is they tell you the technician is finishing up a call and when call you back right after this call. Well it took me calling them back 3 times (hour apart). Finally this great young man, Austin, called and said he was 30 minutes out. He spent 2 1/2 hours trying to clear out the line. He called his Boss (Bob) who had a camera machine and within several minutes, our lines were clear. Outstanding customer service (Covid-19 awareness) and only charged us $47. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger for ANYONE that needs plummig problems.

In 2022 when I bought a new home (in Tucson, AZ where I currently live) I was looking to replace the AC unit right away. They were amazing at first, everything from installation and their workers were great. My unit was installed in March 11th of 2022 (Cost me 17K)
Fast forward to August of 2022 I had my first problem with the unit (it stopped working just 4 months after installation, it was brand new and their most expensive unit) they did a great job fixing it in a timely manner, no problems so far.
And that leads me to now, I woke up on 8/10 and my AC wasn't working. I called them right away and they did an amazing job sending someone right away to come take a look at it, at that time the technician told me the motor was done and needed to be replaced. The technician (Who was amazing, his name was Alex) spend 4 hours trying to locate a new motor with out success. He then informed me that they would continue to try to locate a motor and if unsuccessful they would overnight one. Next day I get a call from them telling me they are bringing me some portable AC units to hold me down while they figure out the motor situation (keep in mind it's 89 degrees in my home at this point, I work from home (my home has security install from my company and have a server at my home that needs to be kept cool) and I have 6 dogs so it's not so easy to just go stay in a hotel) I agree, this amazing worker named Mark came and installed the portable AC's but it kept killing my breakers, he contacted his Electric techs and no solution until I had an idea to put an extension cord from my outside electric to the house, which seemed to work at the time. All was kind of good (still no AC but I have the portables) when I am told they found a motor for the AC and they are coming to replace it (YAY ME). When the technician comes to replace the motor he then realizes he has the wrong parts (all good still) he then tells me he just has to go to the warehouse and he will replace it ASAP. When he gets back, turns out the parts are still wrong and there is no fix at the moment so now I have to wait till Monday for it to get replace (cause it's Friday) again, I understood that it wasn't their fault and told them it was okay and they left. BUT then, having 3 portable AC's in the house was a lot for my electrical to handle and my breakers died, so now I have no AC or electricity in the house (Parker and Son's deal with HVAC and Electricity). I called their customer service line, this guy name Ellis answered and WOW he was so rude, non empathic as I was crying and basically told me to fuck off and that there was nothing they could do. I called back, spoke to Will, he was pretty good but again told me nothing he could do until Monday and then the call dropped, he never called me back. At this point, my only choice is to sue Parkers & Sons for the distress they have cause my family and I. It's funny how when they are trying to sell you a unit they are so quick to be there (typical sales) BUT when you actually need them, but they already have your money, you are no longer a priority. If I could give them 0 stars I would because (their employees on the field are amazing but powerless) the way they have handled this situation is absurd. I do not recommend this company to anyone at this point, I choose them because they were supposed to be the best, they are when they are trying to sell you something, but as soon as they have your money they couldn't care less.
And last thing, they also lied about the term and conditions of the loan I took out to pay for the unit (already filled a complain with the bank about this) with all his being said, DO NOT trust Parkers and Son's they have lost their Mom and Dad shop mentality and now they don't truly care about their customers. I work with small businesses every single day and I am Customer Driven. I cannot imagine treating a customer this way or that any of my small business would treat their customers this way.
I am not a Karen, don't forget I paid 17K for the best of the best UNIT and after 4 months it started failing, and when I needed them to make the situation better.....they have failed. Do not trust them.

How are you going to blame a costumer that had a scheduled appointment for you not showing up on time? It is Arizona. It gets over 110 every year. If you were not prepared to make the appointment it would have been nice to contact the costumer to allow them the opportunity to change their mind or reschedule. We all know when it starts warming up. You should have been prepared for this and hired more techs or had more shifts during the summer. If I scheduled an appointment I expect to be served at that time. I am a disabled vet fighting for my life. If I'm sick in bed and I scheduled an appointment months in advance like this person. I force myself out of bed to be on time for your arrival and you don't show? If the costumer has to reach you it's already a problem but can be forgiven but I'd be upset too. You don't know this persons circumstances. Instead you choose to believe that the person who had a scheduled appointment wasn't as important. I will definitely being sharing these responses from your petty business with as many people in the military/veteran community here as possible. Obviously a business that does NOT keep its word on something as simple as arriving to an appointment on time or at least with a heads up beforehand and then goes off on a costumer for being upset shouldn't have a business.

If you need your well serviced/repaired, look no further call David. He is very knowledgeable, honest and has the best prices in town. Our pump went out and we had no water, David was able to come out in a short notice. David and his crew are professional, hard working and know exactly what they are doing. David explained every step of the replacement process very detailed to me and there was no surprises or hidden fees at the end. I am glad I found David online and he will be my well service guy to go to now and will highly recommend him to everyone. I got other quotes before him and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg and some were not very knowledgeable with their service. But not David, he has 18 years of experience and is very honest. Hard to come around with honest individual that really know what they are doing when you call someone out to service your home, but his the guy! Our air conditioner quit cooling. We got hold of American Home Shield via email and paid our $75.00 deductible online per their instructions. They assigned Coolbreeze in Tucson for the repair. The tech came out the next day to check it out. We had one night without A/C in 105 degree heat! The tech said it was low on freon and added 2 lbs. We paid $65.00 per lb as American Home Shield only cover $10.00 per ib for the freon. The next day it quit cooling again. We called Coolbreeze direct and told them they hadn't fixed the problem. They said they would schedule a tech out the next day at between 1-4 pm. Another night without A/C! He got here about 5:00! He added more freon as it was low again. After adding freon, he found that the shrader valve, where you add the freon, was leaking. He didn't have a new valve nor any tools to install it. He said he would have to have American Home Shield approve the replacement. No word from anyone so we called American Home Shield and they said it would be Monday before they could approve the request! Another 3 nights in this heat and no one cares! Now it's Monday and still no call from anyone. I called Cool Breeze to see if they were coming out. Megan said you aren't on our schedule! I said has American Home Shield approved the repair. She said I don't have anything. I asked her if she could call them. She said I don't have time to sit on the phone for two hours with AHS! So I called AHS. They said the repair had been approved last Friday. She then put me in hold and called Cool Breeze. I don't know what was said but Cool Breeze said they didn't want to complete the service call. So AHS reassigned the case to another company. They will be out today. I told Cool Breeze Their Service was unprofessional and I was going to file a complaint with BBB. Megan said go ahead and hung up! Follow up: Ambient Heating Systems came out and fixed the problem created by CoolBreeze! Since the Cool Breeze Tech had opened the Shrader valve without the proper tool, Ambient Air had to totally refill the freon. This cost me $450.00 for 6 lbs.
