Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Tucson AZ

The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves:  $592!!  They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each.  And charged $300 to install them and the faucet!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!

I called out Tim Swanson for three plumbing issues at my residence.  He took care of my problems immediately.  In less than one hour all problems were fixed.  Very fast & efficient & the prices was right.  Thank you Tim, I will certainly recommend him as well as use his services again.

My toilet had been running for almost about a week, paul was sent out to my residence to take a look at problem. Within a matter of minutes he was able to fix and repair the problem. I called APPERSON PLUMBING in Tucson. The came the next day.
He looked at my wet floor and immediately looked behind my refrigerator and.
saw that the waterline for ice maker was leaking badly. He had to go back to the shop to get a part and returned very soon.
My bill was $148.00!!!!! I was expecting a very large bill.
Very refreshing to see honest and efficient work,which is un-common these days.

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center.  When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly.  Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line.  We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler.  Leonard fixed all of that.  He tore into the system, replumbed the center.  Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system.  He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch.  When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure.  Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs.  Very wonderful and reasonably priced.  I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Aaron was very quick to respond to my claim from the home warranty company. He came out within an hour. He promptly got parts and returned lat in the day to fix the leak at my house. He is a Kind, courteous and respectful person. The best part is he is honest and not trying to swindle you out of money.

Do you want to be upsold, and WAY over charged? Want to spend unnecessary thousands? Hire this company and don't get other opinions or bids. Fortunately, I told them, after their 11,000 estimate, I needed to get second opinion, then got my problem fixed by another company for $400. Just their hydro jetting estimate was 5 times what I was charged by the other company.

Update: the owner contacted me about the above review and offered to reimburse me for the Hydra jetting expense I paid the other company.  He also told me they had let go Jim, the field manager guilty of all the up- selling attempts. I am grateful for his efforts, and hopeful that other homeowners will no longer be scammed like Jim tried to do to me, so I offered to write this update but declined his monetary offer.

Our water main shutoff valve rusted open. The Parker & Sons team were able to replace the valve within a week of giving us an estimate, they were professional, they were done in only a few hours, and the price was reasonable.
And you can't even tell they were there! They put the lanscaping rocks back exactly like they were, originally!
My wife and I will always use Parker & Sons, from now on!

They put in a whole-house water treatment system and a tankless water heater for me about a year ago. I had gotten three quotes. In a word: ROCKSTARS!!!!!  Wait, should that be two words?  Anyway, my wife and I needed a completely new HVAC system to replace the vintage unit that had become a curse to our environmental comfort at home.  I believe in performing due diligence for all purchases, and especially so when it came to the huge decision that HVAC entails.  After all, most people keep their AC unit for several years, so it is a monumental decision (well, at least for me!).  Having said all that, I interviewed no less than six different companies that were rated as the very best in the Tucson area.  Much to my annoyance, each and every one of the providers insisted on coming to the house to perform variable checks and measurements, followed by nearly intolerable presentations.  EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.  Sigh.  As it turns out, not only were their visits and presentations vital to the decision making process, but they also proved the distinct superiority of Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating.  Let me explain:  we live in an older house that was built in the 50's.  Most of the providers took a few window measurements and either crafted a magical dollar amount for their services via calculator (without looking at what needed to be done to actually install my new unit -- going from a split system to a package unit), or broke out with a pre-printed PowerPoint-esque speel that had dollar amounts already established for the entire project.  I don't know about you, but I was personally extremely underwhelmed when I realized they were going to charge me the same as everyone else regardless of the level of simplicity or level of difficulty applied to my situation or not (I'm guessing they err on the side of overcharging given the unique nature that is inherent with HVAC installs to be using canned numbers).  Andrew showed up with Intelligent Design looking sharp and wowed with his military precision.  He walked me through the critical decision making steps that are ACTUALLY recommended in writing by the EPA, followed by pressure testing with special equipment to determine EXACTLY what my residence needed.  Why did this matter?  Because others recommended completely new duct work and some suggested my existing ducts must be fine since they were from a time period when steel was used.  Andrew didn't guess.  He demonstrated exactly what was needed, backed up with scientific proof.  On the actual day of installation his guys were on time, clean, polite, and friendly.  In the end, the project was finished in one day and I'm thrilled to report that we are truly grateful that we chose Intelligent Design to guarantee that our heating and cooling needs will be met for many, many years to come.  Give them a chance to standout from the rest, and you will see exactly what I'm talking about.

Sent a message requesting a quote on a new water heater install... these guys didn't even bother to respond.  AVOID!!

We have been waiting 6 days to get our hot water heater replaced through our home warranty company. They were supposed to come 5 days ago, then 3 days ago, and today. Apparently when they went to pick up the new water heater today, it wasn't available. Is there no one that coordinates this in advance? Tomorrow is day 7. I work at a hospital and I haven't been able to properly decontaminate and shower at home. We're new to the area so no friends/family who we can visit for help. Timeliness is NOT something this company possesses. If you want something addressed within a reasonable time frame, find another company. We're only using them because of our warranty but given the choice, we won't use them for any future needs.

I hate writing a negative review and have given Strongbuilt 7 opportunities to respond but even after being promised they would call me back they haven't.   About 2 weeks ago I had my HVAC system serviced under my panda care contract, the technician noticed my room sensor for my Ecobe thermostat  was defective and I was told they would order me a new one under warranty and somebody would call me with a date I could expect it. Even after all the calls I've made to their office concerning this issue they still haven't responded to me. A few day ago I had an outage in the middle of the night and they promptly sent out a technician to repair the problem. I mentioned my concern about my sensor to him and he indicated he would put it in his report and someone would call, guess what, no call. this is not the type of service I would expect from a veteran owned business, afterall I'm retired from the Army and wouldn't treat my customers like this. My last call I made I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out for the week.

Outstanding service, fast, courteous, professional people. Fairly priced, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and talked us out of buying something we thought we'd need. Came the day after we called and had us up and running two days later. You can't go wrong with this company.

Checked A/C system; filled 2 pounds of refrigerant; figured out reason system was not coming on was because breaker was tripped.  i used $49 promotion from angieslist.com.   went fine; frank was professional and did the required work quickly.  i would use them again. i have had problems with others who wanted to do a whole bunch of expensive testing and bill me for it before topping of refrigerant but did not have that problem with this vendor.
