Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Tucson AZ
I highly recommend Daniel from Fusion. Daniel is 100% A+ professional and no BS. I connected with Fusion regarding AC replacement of a 2.5 ton, SEER 14 unit with gas pack. In no time flat, I had a response to my call. Daniel came out within a day or two and went out of his way to listen to my questions and patronize me. The price for work and all logistics involved was fair and in line with the market. Please consider Fusion for any HVAC or plumbing work you need done. They're an honest, fair, and good American small business. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.

We had a water main line that runs from the meter to our home break. We called and they sent a plumber right over! Installed a temporary line from the meter to the house on Friday. Came back Tuesday and completed the job. Cleaned up everything before they left. Very courteous and caring.

We had been experiencing water heater issues, the water's temperature would only stay hot for about 4 minutes max!
When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.
Paul was courteous, professional, and efficient, I definitely recommend his services!

I had a plumbing leak for a few weeks and was waiting till I could gather up some money,as I thought it would be a major job.
PimaCouncil on Aging gave me the name of a few plumbers they said were honest and good
I called APPERSON PLUMBING in Tucson. The came the next day.
He looked at my wet floor and immediately looked behind my refrigerator and.
saw that the waterline for ice maker was leaking badly. He had to go back to the shop to get a part and returned very soon.
My bill was $148.00!!!!! I was expecting a very large bill.
Very refreshing to see honest and efficient work, which is un-common these days.
5 stars are not enough to give them!!
I am very happy!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Actually answered the phone when I called. Gave a prompt estimate and time frame. Price was a bit high compared to others, but for the response time (on a weekend, on the very next day). Owner called, Aaron when he said he would and showed up on time. Job was done quickly, courteously and appears (to a layman) to be superior quality work than what the builder's installed. Brass vs plastic t fittings.
Overall a great experience, and which is a rare thing when dealing with many contractors.

This is the second time I've had these guys to fix a drain. ( different drains) John and Luciano were amazing. They were able to give us a complete breakdown of everything that is wrong with the pipes and what needs to be done to get the issue resolved. I hope to not have anymore plumbing problems, but if I do, these guys will be who I'm calling. Thank you

Serviced my HVAC and seemed very knowledgeable and not hard sell. Advised on a couple things to extend the life of my system.

Jeff called me within minutes of sending my request and we set up an appointment for the estimate. He looked at all the leak and made several suggestions on how to repair it for the lowest price. He adjusted the fixture for free. I would highly recommend and call again

Jake came for a maintenance contract check up. He was very polite. He worked fast but was also very thorough in his work. I also felt that he was honest with me about the state of my system. I would request Jake next time. I have been impressed with of their technicians though.

Let's start with the staff - Jose is the man. He's clearly a seasoned plumber and jumped right into the job. I swear this may have been the fastest plumbing job I've seen. Between pulling out my range, dealing with the gas line, re-plumbing the connection and shutoff valve, he was in and out in like 10min. I swear he probably spent more time looking at then job to make sure he had what he needed vs. knocking it out. The man clearly knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Added perk he had all the parts on his truck and reused several of mine.
As for the employee that scheduled my appointment, she was wonderful. Wish I got her name, she was friendly, kind, and was very pleasant to work with.
Now as for the pricing, I did take off 1x star for the pricing. I get that plumbing is not cheap, and I also recognize I'm paying for the knowledge, experience and bonded/insured company. That said, for what appeared to be a very easy / quick job that was scheduled in advance, it hurt the wallet a bit more than I was expecting. I mean I get it, you get what you pay for, but it was like 30%+ more than what I was expecting from asking around. So plan accordingly.
Overall though it was a very good experience with Taz. I get several reviewers had some poor experiences, maybe it was just the tech they were working with. If you want someone to work hard, not play any games and do a good job, ask for Jose, he's the man.

Our heater unit was not working. Strongbuilt came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Something needed to be reset due to a previous water leak. They remedied the problem and things are back to normal.
I am very impressed with their savvy of HVAC units. The entire process took less than 1/2 hour. Kudos to the Strongbuilt team. I might also mention that the two guys were very congenial and explained to me what the problem was and how they fixed it.
Great job Guys.....

We worked with Dave on and off for over 3 years. He over charged us for parts and labor, sold us incorrect pump parts and never got the well working correctly. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have American Home Shield (AHS) as a home warranty company, but this review will focus on cool breeze comfort solutions. The AHS side was a little bit of a nightmare, but you need to understand that the home warranty company and the local businesses they contract with are not the same people. I feel that customers get frustrated and displace their grievances from the home warranty company onto the local contractors. Also, if you have a home warranty, the process is going to be much slower and difficult for all parties involved because you've added a third party to the negotiations.
I'm going to make this looong story short. While dealing with AHS was a little bit of a challenge, everyone at Cool Breeze was amazing. Our first technician Jay realized our compressor wasn't working, but he also climbed into our attic to ensure there wasn't a leak and even changed out our air filter. The main contact at Cool Breeze's office was Jennifer. She seems like a no-nonsense, get things done type of person and she is awesome! She was professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Our last technician, Justin, who installed our new AC unit (the compressors ordered via AHS failed 3 times, twice was the wrong part, the third time was a defective compressor), is an extremely hard worker! He installed our AC yesterday and ran into some technical difficulties, but you can tell that Justin takes pride in his work and likes to make sure that everything is perfect! Justin stayed LONG after the sun went down. I went out there with a flashlight to help him see and he described everything he was doing and his thought process. I like learning from people who have knowledge and skills that I do not, and Justin was great at teaching me a lot of the basics while still staying focused at completing his work. So far, our AC is working perfectly and I wanted to thank everyone at Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions for all their hard work throughout the past month!
Also, in case anyone is wondering about my opinion on home warranties, I believe that it makes the process a lot more difficult. However, my wife is the only one currently working and I am once again a full-time student. There is no way we could have afforded all the work that cool breeze has done for us, but because we have this home warranty, we were able to get MOST of the cost covered. Yes, it is a headache sometimes, but just considering the dollars and cents I am glad that we had a home warranty.
