Excellent, friendly, and quick service. Josh was a gem. After contacting them I was set for an appointment in the near future.

Five stars so far! First and foremost, THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE! My parents have pipes bursting all over under their house and had called 5 different plumbers to no avail. So I took matters in to my own hands and the first place I called was Seatown! I spoke to the greatest lady and connected her with my mom. She contacted dispatch and we have Joe coming out in a few hours to hopefully fix the problem. Thank you for answering the phone and accommodating us!
I will leave another review once all is said and done about our experience with Seatown. So far, so good!

I have had two major jobs done by this company. Awesome is all I can say. On budget, on time, first class employees. I had a new copper line installed to the meter, they offered cheaper solutions and explained lifetimes associated with each solution. I feel I was always treated respectfully. I had a sewer line upgraded. It was as expensive as you can imagine. The line had previously been patched (short term solutions). They ran a camera down and I was able to review the challenges and was able to make a thoughtful informed decision. I think the camera work is a huge benefit. All in all kudos to real pros.

I have mixed information to share regarding my experience with South West Plumbing. We experienced an early morning sewer back up into our basement shower yesterday. Previously SW had done satisfactory work for us, so they were the first plumbing company we contacted. A team arrived promptly, surveyed the scene and got to work. The back up was taken care of quickly with Steve carefully attending to details such as disinfecting the shower and bathroom floor. He even threw the dirty towels we'd used to mop up into the washing machine. Steve and his partner called in another crew to scope the sewer line and clear roots. We received two bills for the procedures: one for inside work, scoping, and attempting to clear from the outside ($650); the other for subsequent hydro-jet clearing of roots from the line ($1,800).
Following these services we were provided with an excavation proposal for $31,750 to excavate the line. If we got started right away, the $1,800 spent on line clearing would be credited back. With such a big expenditure we wanted to get other opinions, so we contacted 2 other sewer maintenance companies, Beacon Plumbing and Budget Sewer. Both of those second opinions came back with the same recommendation. Finding nothing wrong with the pipes, each of the other companies recommended we make no repairs to the lines. Both companies recommended continuing with regular inspections and maintenance of the lines, which they described as being in good condition. Both of the other companies we contacted suggested we were being misled about the need for repairs to the lines.
So, while the crew from SW was personable and provided good customer service on a surface level, I'm afraid they didn't have the customer's best interest at heart. Bummer.

We just moved in two weeks ago. Jesse went above and beyond just a plumbing service call. After he finished installing our new kitchen sink and disposal, he offered to take a look at/find our furnaces for us. In doing so, he found a gas leak we didn't know about. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will request him, specifically, each time. Really impressed with the service and cost of Hunt's.

Called them up and had them come over the next day. They were on time and very courteous. Fixed up the flange at the base of the toilet very quickly and professionally. Definitely more expensive than I had anticipated but good work by Josh and Don, nonetheless.

I had an emergency last night with my septic. I have never had septic before moving here and when I needed help, Adam & Lennie went above and beyond. Adam chatted with me and Lennie called helping ease my concerns. I had tried reaching out to other companies but these were the only ones who came through. The kindness and professionalism of Lennie & Adam is the reason I will be reaching out to A Advanced Septic & Construction. They are in my favorites forever. Some might be cheaper or quote a cheaper price but it's the service you receive that makes or breaks a project. These two showed the kindness, compassion, and expertise I needed. Thank you both. I slept great because of you

Our hot water heater had water coming out of the overflow pipe and we found that the pressure relief valve was failing. Looking at the old 80 gallon water heater I found a Beacon Plumbing sticker and gave them a call. In a very short period of time they had dispatched Dean, one of their best technicians, to my house. Dean called ahead and let me know he was on his way and asked some preliminary questions. Upon arrival, he expertly assessed the situation and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. It was already late in the day but he was able to locate an 80 gallon replacement water heater, schedule it for delivery, while he began to prep the old one for removal. Additionally, he found that my home's pressure reducing valve had also failed and would also need replacing as well. Dean was a consummate professional, explaining everything in detail as I watched him work through the night installing the valve and the large water heater. Dean was extremely dedicated; he stayed until the job was finished which went late into the night. The only hiccup during this project was the power hookup. At nearly midnight he left and promised to be out first thing in the morning to complete. To my amazement and satisfaction, Dean contacted me at 6:30am to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 7:30am to fix the power hookup and was done by 8:00am. What fantastic service, dedication, and professionalism! Thank you to Dean and Beacon Plumbing.

Its been more than a few weeks since i hired Hart Services to assist me in not only choosing the right option for a sewer line replacement, but also properly completing this task. If you, like me, hate having humans in your home- and the idea of people just hanging about in your castle like home intrudes upon your personal introvert, ill say that this company will be a nice fit. The workers that came out, specifically Dylan, Tim, and Boen, were not only professional, but i did not have to field nosey questions about why my home is painted black, and why all the random taxidermy..ect. Just a few dudes doing their job exceptionally well. They made the proper changes on the fly, to make sure no items i had where they dug even had one molecule of water touch, and cleaned the workspace up as well. Im a cat lady, and i had no concern that one of my precious being would escape, for these guys made sure to one polite and close all doors behind them. Everyone was on time from start to finish. Normally i wouldnt drop this line, but i am also a service based small business owner, and i have high expectations on similar business and they exceeded my expectations. Also having to have a concrete patch on my floor turned into putting my cats paw prints in it.. so pretty much my favorite part of the basement now.

They guys from Resicon are amazing! I've had them out to install ductless heat pumps at two homes I've had and each time it's been a great experience. They are courteous, clean, and efficient! If I could give 10 starts I would!!

Called Kerry for a garbage disposal and pipe leak under the sink and he was great with working with our schedule. He showed up timely and was professional. Great value too for the services provided.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid. Luke showed up on time and was very professional. He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve. Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions. He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving. Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge. BTW: Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood. BRAVO!

We needed a furnace replacement and had Black Hills come out as our second quote. The consultant spent 2+ hours with us - measuring windows, walking the house, understanding our house - before offering a quote. We appreciated his honesty, his willingness to answer all of our questions and the fact that he didn't try to sell us something that would have been overkill for our 100+ year old house. Our install was a few days later and Jake, our tech, could not have been better. He was extremely professional and thorough and worked hard to get our furnace installed in a timely manner, even after the aforementioned 100+ year old house gave him some unexpected issues. This experience was great - we couldn't have asked for better and the fact that they offer multiple guarantee types gives us the peace of mind that we made the right decision.
