Ally Heating and Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
To no surprises the team was very quick to get out to provide a free no obligation quote. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful and included a confirmation call the day before scheduled service and 30 mins before arrival. The total cost was a little more expensive then another quote I received but I'm always willing to pay a little move for great service and work. I am happy with the job that was complete.

We have annual subscription with Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air to check plumbing, heat pump and all electric devices twice a year. They did a great job.
Daylin King inspected the air handler, thermostat and heat pump and found no issues. He did a great job and answered all my questions. He also suggested a few air filters and shared his expert opinion on the subject.

Joel Williamson and Jordan took care of inspecting all electric devices. Jordan also fixed an outlet for me for no additional costs. They also answered all my questions.

Joe Coleman also inspected plumbing and found no issues. He also was very professional and answered all my questions.

Hunt's Services Plumbing Service
I used Hunts in 2016 and attempted to use it again in 2021. I will start with 2021, as it is most recent. We wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. They were about a week out on jobs, so we scheduled and waited. Day of the job, I waited all day long before receiving a call at 3:30 that a technician had a family emergency and they were not going to be able to get to me. They requested to reschedule 3 days later and offered $35 off. I accepted and was thanked for being so understanding.

Today, again I waited all day... at 11:30, I received a call stating that they were running behind but would definitely be there today. I expressed frustration and that I would be more of priority since I was already rescheduled. The dispatcher said that people who had no plumbing at all were the priority. I reconfirmed they would be here today, she said yes. I called at 1:30 to confirm again they were still on track to come to my house. Then at 3:30 dispatch called and said I am so sorry we will have to reschedule again. I said absolutely not, you proved you do not want my money and I will be using someone else. Dispatch again began to explain other people had plumbing emergencies, not to say I was any less important.....

Back in 2016, we called for help to repair a leaking shower head. While attempting to fix ourselves we broke our main water shut off valve. Hunts showed quickly for us that time, just with a really high price and an injury to myself. They removed and installed a new shut off valve, which was located in my kitchen pantry and then headed upstairs to work on the shower. While upstairs, the fitting on the new shut off valve burst and water was spraying everywhere. I jumped up to try to contain the mess and slipped and fell really hard on the tile in my kitchen. I hit my tail bone really hard and busted open my elbow in the fall. The technician and apprentice ran downstairs to fix the problem and the whole time was more concerned about us leaving a bad review rather than seeing if I was OK or showing any concern for me at all. I tried to nurse my wounded pride and pretend it wasn't that bad.. at the time I was more embarrassed and felt bad for them, but today I am really angry and will make sure my review is shared here and throughout my community.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
Came to snake out drain  On job less then 20 minutes charged $1625.58.  That's what happen when a new mother just home for the hospital with a new baby is FREEKEN.  They took advantage of the situation and overcharged by telling us that they would have to clean line all the way out to the street.  This was after they ran a camera in the line and found it was plugged a few feet from the house at a clean out.  The cleanout was 12-15 inches below surface and it took no time to fix.  I would never use Beacon and I do not recommend they to anybody.

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
We had an upstairs bathtub that had a very slow leak from the drain. We wanted to save some time, our bad, and went with the fastest response which was Beacon.

They charged over $1400 for the repair, an obscenely high cost for a drain repair, even involving some drywall removal but we really were in too much of a hurry to care, all that all on us..

However during the repair they were very aggressive and knocked loose a pipe from the faucet, which started leaking much MUCH worse a couple months later. The faucet wasn't leaking beforehand, and was relatively new having been built with the house.

It was very clear that it was a simple case of getting a bit rough and knocking it loose, and honestly not that much work to repair, but Beacon refused to take responsibility for the damage they've done to our house and fix their mistake.

They had a simple choice between a quick fix and being responsible, and trying to squeeze us for more money, and went with the later.

I will never use them again, regardless of the emergency. I simply do NOT trust them to do good work or take responsibility for their work, as it's clear they don't care about the quality of it nor their reputations.

I now have a giant hole in my ceiling, and a much worse leak, all thanks to Beacon. NEVER AGAIN.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Plumbing Service
I highly recommend Resicon for three reasons: cheaper than other companies, good quality, and great customer service. Airconditioning installation took about six weeks including my research for the best deal on yelp. The final installation price was lower among three companies. Also, I am very pleased with the communication via emails, phone calls, and texts. Craig had responded right away and was available for the estimation in-person next business day vs. other companies 2-3 weeks.
I am very satisfied with the result. My family get well rested nights and we don't have to worry about hot weather.

Thank you Craig and Vielka!

Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
Nothing to complain about. Work was done quickly and professionally, and the price seemed decent. I had a new garbage disposal and faucet installed in our kitchen. Only have had to wait two days to get an appointment and they showed up right on time. I would recommend Gene Johnson Plumbing to others.

Black Hills Plumbing Service
I hired Black Hills to do a routine service on my heat pump in June 2021.   They told me everything checked out and charged me $200.   That was the agreed price, so no issue.

5 months later, the heat pump experienced a problem, so I called Black Hills back out.   To their credit, they were able to schedule this pretty quickly, but things went downhill after that.

The tech investigated the problem and told me that the contactor welded itself closed and would need to be replaced.   Interesting that this occurred not 5 months after it checked out fine.   But here is where things went south.   He charged me $467 to replace the contactor - in addition to the $149 diagnostic fee.   But checking with friends in the industry, this should have cost no more than $50.

Why so expensive?   Because the on-site techs don't earn much for making the diagnostic call, but rake in coin based on what they can charge unsuspecting homeowners.

Don't use Black Hills.   Find a reputable HVAC contractor to avoid overcharges like this.
