I had issues with my toilets and kitchen sink i was referred to Cal-Tech by a friend so I thought I'd give them a try. They were on time and fixed my drain issues by snaking out the main drain and also they recommended a camera of my pipes which I did and to my surprise they found roots! None of the other plumbers offered to check my pipes and we are happy with the service. Conclusion They dug out the pipes and replaced a section and installed a bigger access in case the line needs to be snaked out again in the future. Very professional service and friendly technicians.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Our dishwasher drain was clogged, so water was coming out of the air gap. I sent out requests for quotes, and Ethan responded within minutes. He and Wesley were at my door a few hours later and fixed the problem (on a Saturday). They were respectful, knowledgeable, and overall just nice guys. Highly recommended!

Guys replaced main sewer with just two holes in yard. Camera inspection is less expensive than most, believe me, I did the research! Recommend them to my Uncle, they're replacing water line with newer material, instead of copper. Modern materials and machinery reduces cost and labor. Five stars!

He really cares about his customers and doing a good job and that quality comes thru when you speak to him. When he got to my house, he correctly diagnosed the real problem, which was completely different than what I believed it to be. He fairly only charged for the work that he actually did and was super honest by not trying to upsale me on anything or going along with the original gameplan just to make more money. The original plan would have been more expensive. I really appreciate honest people who aren't out here just to make money. It's nice when you can tell when people aren't trying to rip you off. We used Drain Vision to do a sewer scope on our home. We could not find the main line but Sean and his son knew exactly were to look outside our home to find the main line that was covered over with dirt. They dug it out and were able to do the camera inspection. They were very professional and offered great customer service.

Why is it that when you least expect something to stop working, its on the weekend!!!! In trying to do the right thing and maintain water heater by yearly flush, ended up unable to relight burner. What now? The thought of having to force myself to start the process of plumber calling is always terrifying, for me. After 45 minutes of misery and so so reviews, in frustration of googling city, plumber over and over again KNC Plumbing popped up, the 5 star reviews catching my eye and after reading thru comments, I was sold! But by now it was Sunday, and I took the first appt I could get, on Tues- because no charge to come out!  Tues comes and I get a text notifing me plumber will be on time and he was! Didn't help my anxiety, as its diagnosing the problem that eats away at you- BUT - plumber on time, whose name is Kristopher with great attitude and mask, apologized for not being able to come on Monday, asked what is the issue and quickly sloved our problem in 1 minute! Obviously relighting a pilot light is not rocket science (unless you have an olde tank that's fussy) but the fact that he did not didley around, look here look there, make discouraging comments , make us sweat it out by pretending it could be a number of problems or  pressure selling me on needing new tank etc etc etc.... speaks to me!!!!.  He simply calmly explained what went wrong , fixed it, told us how and guess what-all at NO CHARGE!!!!  We found Kristopher overwhelming expedient who doesn't waste time in solving problems and certainly didn't try to take advantage of a stressful siuation. Called last minute after hours regarding a clogged kitchen sink. Adrian come out that night. We have had issues with this sink for years and Adrian recommended a flush out to clean out the build up. After the clean out, my sink has never drained so quickly. Thank you Adrian.

Couldn't get the pilot lit in my water heater after a city inspector was at my house to inspect a gas line. He left without turning it back on. I followed the instructions and just couldn't do it. Called around and landed with Richard Diaz on the phone. We both decided it wasn't a true emergency so I decided to not have him come so late in the evening. BUT, Richard still took a few minutes with me to trouble shoot over the phone to make sure I was doing it right. After we hung up I realized that I couldn't see the pilot light because it was so far up and to the left of the glass window that I likely just wasn't seeing it light up. I got it going and text Richard to let him know and thank him. GREAT customer service, thank you!

Frank was recommended to us by a friend in Brea. He just fixed my leaking shower. He showed up on time for our appointment, and quickly assessed the problem and provided a quote. He was very professional, and did the work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend using Frank.

BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST. if I could give zero stars I would as Joe took off with my money for a crap job never to return to fix it.

I had originally hired him to do some small jobs around the house which just done satisfactory. My main goal was to get an 240v outlet for my electric car out in the garage, to which he assured me he could do. Basically he came back and made a plug with two 120v and then tried to plug my car in and it short circuited my whole garage.
He wasnt able to fix it and blamed it on a faulty cord from my card which it was not. So he basically took a bunch of extension cords and ran them all over my garage to different outlets. He left .u garage a .was and we couldn't even close to the door. Such a disaster.
We tried to call the next day and he never responded. After several texts and call he still has yet to respond two months later.
We had a licensed electrician come over and he laughed at the attempt. He said right away that any professional electrician would have known it couldn't be done the way he tried.
Be warned he is a fraud!! He will do a crap job and still your money.
