My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

My kitchen's sink leaking like long time. Well, it's made our life so difficult. I checked the yelp for this company. and also I called the phone number at 7:30pm. But Christian-the boss answered my phone call at that time. He made a appt. for me for next day. He came to my house on time. Also he is really good worker!! 1. He has good skills. He know what his doing. He makes so clear for us! 2. He doing faster than my thought! 3. He has really nice work attitude! We like this guy a lot! So we highly recommend him. I live in La Mirada, and I had Jorge and Erik come out to fix my sinks that were clogged. They were very professional and affordable. I highly recommend them and I'm definitely going back to them. Definitely five stars.

Federico and his team did an amazing job.

For background, we have a house that was built in 1955, so our waste piping was degrading, and all of the water pipe to the house and routing through the house were old galvanized pipe.  For those that do not know, waste piping will degrade after a long period of time.  Also, back then, pressure piping (hot water and cold water) was made out of galvanized steel.  If not replaced, it will eventually burst, and cause additional damage to the rest of the home.

We knew it was coming and asked for an estimate.  With previous projects, I knew that his team was meant for the job.  We asked for  the drainage piping to be replaced, pressure revised to PEX piping.  And upgrade the water heater from tank to tankless (higher efficiency).  Was also added an ice maker line and tub replacement.    

After confirmation of work (maybe on a Sunday), Federico and his team were able to start that Monday.  During this time, we found out that the pressure piping from the house to the city had to be replaced, which was a reasonable amount added.  We also had puddles of water and waste below the kitchen piping.  So we lucked out they were able to get that fixed before it got worse.  

They got the entire job done within a week!  So fast!  They provided their trash removal, and got rid of the water heater.  They also removed any exposed piping that we didn't need anymore.  The only thing that pushed it was the city wanted drawings for inspection.  We also had to wait for the piping to get inspected.  (FYI: inspection is required when getting city permits to do projects on your house, so it's standard). So the city was a minor draw back, but not too big of a deal.  

The team did an amazing job, and all the piping looks nice and great.  They only required a few holes to get the job done, but they told us beforehand.  Some side notes that makes this company better than most:  1) Federico explains exactly what you and your house needs to make it functional, and work.  2) They don't cut corners, and are completely honest.  3) very communicative.  4) always on time.  5) very efficient. 6) always professional.  

If we need more work done, we'll definitely be calling them again.  We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Honest and to the point.  Got our leak fixed right away.

We had a last minute early evening (about 5:30pm) water heater failure. Couldn't of happen at a worst time. Everyone was closed and charging crazy after hour prices. We really needed our hot water (Big family of 8) we called Drain Vision and they came and swapped the water heater out very fast and had us up and running before the end of the night. Excellent customer service and for a reasonable, competitive price. Thanx again Drain Vision! Now it's time to enjoy a hot shower!

Kristopher is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing. He arrived on time.

The flush cannister unit in our Kohler toilet needed replacing. He had me send pictures the day before he came to my house and I was very grateful for that because he was able to come with the part he needed to repair the toilet.

Our toilet is like brand new again. Kristopher is coming back next week to give us an estimate on bathroom remodel. We will definitely call Kristopher again for any plumbing needs. His prices are average price and he was able to come to my house next day by noon.

Called last minute after hours regarding a clogged kitchen sink. Adrian come out that night. We have had issues with this sink for years and Adrian recommended a flush out to clean out the build up. After the clean out, my sink has never drained so quickly. Thank you Adrian.

These guys have cleaned several drains for me as well as fixed a few leaks and remodeled my downstairs bathroom. ALWAYS top notch work and very professional. I will use them again.

We did not have a good experience with Frank.

He had real difficulty diagnosing our plumbing problem. In fact, he misdiagnosed it for over a week as a problem with the AC condensation line; all the while we continued to have a leak.  In the process he made numerous unnecessary cuts in our drywall. It turned out it was a main drain line from upstairs which is what we told him in the first place.  He referred us to a company to repair the dry wall he cut to make the repair.  They made a complete mess of the job and didn't complete it.  

At his suggestion, he re-piped our sprinkler system connection to the main water line.  A few months later, we had to turn off the main water valve to replace a broken water turn on-off valve.  When we turned the water back on, the pipes Frank installed in the sprinkler system started spewing water from the connection.  When we called Frank, he said we broke the line which was not possible because we didn't touch it.  He was angry and rude.  He refused to come out within the next few days to fix his shoddy work even though our sprinkler system was not functional.  He did agree to come out a week later on Wednesday, but did not show up and did not call.  We had to get someone else to repair his work.

We found Frank difficult to deal with because of his uneven temperament:  moody, volatile, rude, and angry. He demonstrated dubious diagnostic skills on our job, did shoddy work, refused to fix the problem, and was unreliable.

I wouldn't use him again and would not recommend him.

Needed some walls touched up, doorbell & chime replaced, and toilet valve replaced. Dmitrii was easy to communicate with, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after he was done. Great choice for handyman services.

Had a problem installing a kitchen faucet so I called. He came when he said he would. Fixed the problem and installed the faucet. For less than home d wanted to charge. Good experience. Highly recommend!
