We have used Pacific Plumbing for many years and this week we had another problem. I have worked with 2 technicians over the years, Gio and Rob. This problem was solved by Gio, a very nice, professional young man, who always shows up on time, is high integrity, and someone I totally trust.

I originally hired a different Plumbing Co who in turn broke part of a handle off in my pipes causing a blockage in my Master Shower. So I called Pacific Plumbing. Paul was great with fixing a number of problems I had. I had a leaky faucet, needed a new garbage disposal, had a toilet that whistled at me, and needed my shower handle rebuilt from the inside. He was able to fix everything and I FINALLY have water pressure in my Master Shower! I will definitely be using Pacific Plumbing moving forward.
As the owners of multiple shopping centers throughout OC, we have used many different plumbers, but will never consider calling another company again. Pacific Plubming Co has now installed three backflow interceptors, repaired a shopping center's main backflow interceptor and cleared out a line for us in record time and with the utmost respect for our tenants. Charge $96 an hour from the moment truck was in park, $10 fuel charge for being in the same city, rounded up on time. I asked if he had a tool to remove an old clean out plug so my next time it would be easier for me to do it myself and he said they didnt have one. What plumber doesn't have a tool to remove an old plug.

Where do i start!? Service was impeccable. I had a problem with a sewage backup at my house. We couldn't figure it out so we called a professional before the problem became worse. Scheduling service was easy she was super sweet and scheduled me right away. Their availability on the service was super fast. I didn't have to wait days it was the next morning. We were helped by Shay and we couldn't be happier. He worked and troubleshooted so many different ways. He never gave up and kept trying to figure out what the problem was. We did have to schedule another day to come back to try to clear a clean out, which apparently had a cap stuck in it. My crazy problem took 2 days but his professionalism, patience and expertise eased my worry. Now I don't have a stinky house. I am super happy with pacific plumbing. They will be my forever plumber! Thank you!!
These guys were great.
I had a water heater issue and other plumbers couldn't figure it out. My water heater manufacturer, Rinnai, recommended them and they fixed our issue after a couple of visits. The work was extensive, basically taking apart the entire water heater to clean it, but in the end, we had hot water again after 3 weeks without.
They also worked on a kitchen sink leak we had. While the 1st attempt didn't fix it, they came back twice and thrice, free of charge to take care of the problem. That shows commitment.
Pacific is probably one of the last real plumbing companies left. Their plumbers are always professional, well trained and clean. Connie and Jim in the service department are also a great team. Their level of customer service is unparalleled. Commercial industrial residential no Plumbing project is too large or too small for Pacific Plumbing of Santa Ana that's why they've been here since 1929!!
I contacted this company because they are the preferred vendor of my Condo Community, Chapman Commons. I had the lovely trifecta of a burnt out garbage disposal, clogged main line of my kitchen sink and leaking pipes under the sink. The plumber that came out was friendly and showed up on time and took roughly 90 minutes. There was some sticker shock with close to 400.00 invoice, but I'm busy with work and lifestyle so it is what is. When the plumber was done, I had a working garbage disposal, pipes that didn't initially leak and a drain that was at least draining better than it was.... fast forward a few weeks later the pipes start to leak again and now the drain can take hours to drain even standing water. I contact the company to make them thoroughly aware of what I'm experiencing. They take my information and invoice number down and say they will do some research and call me back. They don't call me back for 48 hours and when they do they leave a voicemail stating well it's a multi unit place and we cannot guarantee our work because of that, but we can send someone out and clear your drain again at the full rate..... I opted to not call them back. I don't feel I should be subjected to likely another 200+ service call for work that apparently wasn't done correctly the first time. Someone else can have money, perhaps with a little better pride and ownership of the job they do. Next.
Pacific Pluming was great at scheduling, and arriving on time. Troy was awesome at fixing our loose and leaky kitchen sink and faucets.
Simply cannot do the job right the first time so they return to charge more. What should have been a one time service call turned out to be a return and I had to pay for bad service. Could not resolve the issue then didn't have the right part or tool. I would have gladly paid for one call and the part not two service calls and a poor excuse. Help me to find a reliable and honest plumber who can do it right the first time. I was ripped off and got no satisfaction from the office. By the way, contacting the office on the phone is a real trip - not at desk, I'll transfer you to another person who is not at her desk, multiple calls - no satisfaction. CALL ANOHTER PLUMBER, watch these guys go out of business.
As previous 5 star reviewer for this business I have to lower it to a 1 star. Needed a very basic drain cleaned. My fault for not asking for a estimate. A very young cocky employee showed and actually bragged about how much his cleaner machine makes him. Anyways $360 dollars later he cleaned my drain. I could called had it cleaned for $99 dollars from most plumbers. Will not be calling them back.
We have used this company to keep plumbing flowing for several properties. They are reliable and professional. I asked them if they could call me the following year to have preventative work done, before the holiday company arrives. Guess what! They called!
I was referred to Pacific Plumbing by a friend and I highly recommend them! Rosemary set my appointment and I told her I wanted the plumbers to call me before arriving and they did! They were on time, efficient, polite and the price was right :) Top notch customer service and plumbing repair.
Couldn't get the pilot lit in my water heater after a city inspector was at my house to inspect a gas line. He left without turning it back on. I followed the instructions and just couldn't do it. Called around and landed with Richard Diaz on the phone. We both decided it wasn't a true emergency so I decided to not have him come so late in the evening. BUT, Richard still took a few minutes with me to trouble shoot over the phone to make sure I was doing it right. After we hung up I realized that I couldn't see the pilot light because it was so far up and to the left of the glass window that I likely just wasn't seeing it light up. I got it going and text Richard to let him know and thank him. GREAT customer service, thank you!
This company rocks! I'm a remodeler and ran into a snag on a house outside my normal work area that needed a plumber quickly. The neighbor of my customer referred Pacific Plumbing-boy am I glad!
I called and explained the urgency of what I needed. They rearranged their schedule and had a plumber there within 2 hours.
He not only showed up, he was nice, he had all the parts, he cleaned up after himself-and was done in 2 hours-all for under $200!!! They could've taken us for a ride since we were in a pinch-but they didn't!

We had a clogged drain and called this place, left a message. They responded right away. They came the very next morning. Rob was so professional. He was very nice, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the problem. We also have a barking corgi and he was fine with the dog. We kept his card because if we ever have an issue he will be the first call.

Didnt even have them come out to fix my sink. By the time they finished reading off all of their different fees including the that you pay $96 per hour for them to drive to your site from wherever on creation their last site was at.
This review is months overdue. I didn't want to write it while upset about the fees so I waited a while and here it is.
Well my water heater pilot light went out and I determined that the thermocouple was bad. I need to keep the wife and family happy so it had to be fixed quickly. I could have gone to home depot, bought the part, and changed it myself but I had never done it before and if something else was wrong, it would be more research and driving around while the wife is upset. Happy wife, happy life. So I call a plumber and no one can come out that day except for these guys.
The service guy was nice enough but BARELY skilled enough. I watched him as he tried to use the wrong tools to do the job, He was stripping screws. He also tried to force things out of opening that did not fit until I told him to remove more panels for better access. It was like watching an infant trying to put the wooden blocks in the wrong shaped holes. Common sense was a bit lacking.
In the end, the job was done in 65 minutes for which I was charged 90 minutes for a job that should have been done in 30 minutes. I was also surprised about the FUEL charge to drive one city over??? come on now.
I will not be using them again.
They have done lots of work for me before so I know they are good. They just put in a new water heater and sink faucet for us. Very efficient and always cleaned up as they went. Nice guys, very polite and CLEAN. You can feel confident in using this company.
These guys have cleaned several drains for me as well as fixed a few leaks and remodeled my downstairs bathroom. ALWAYS top notch work and very professional. I will use them again.
