We've had Roberto over 3 times this year. First he gave a detailed free inspection of our heating and cooling units. Made some recommendations on the filters that made a huge difference! Since then we hired him to clean and service our outdoor AC unit and he just finished installing two attic fans to help keep out the hot summer air. Hanson responded very quickly to a growing tub leak. Andrew assessed and attempted the best and most cost effective fix. Quality replacement parts used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time using upon a friends recommendation and will call them for next plumbing situation. I opened a Yelp account to give the review.

John Karlen at Optimum Plumbing in Santa Ana was very responsive to our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and we needed attention right away. He came and replaced it the same day.The previous plumber had done some of the work wrong, so John showed me how he was going to correct it and did it for the original price that he quoted.  I have wood floors and without even asking, the 1st thing he did was put down drop cloths. By the time they left, there wasn't a trace of  dirt or footprints left. I highly recommend Optimum Plumbing and have referred them to several neighbors already, who all say they are happy with his work.

I had an emergency with a water heater that wouldn't start after hours and Luis came out late and got it working! Amazing, friendly, and the guy obviously knows his stuff. He had it working in less than 10 minutes and explained what was happening. Highly recommended!

We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.

I called cal tech plumbing & drains out to my home when my water pipe burst in front of my home.  The technician Albert came out, identified the problem and gave me a honest opinion on what he recommends and a really fair price.  He and his helper did the job right away and I couldn't be happier!

Hot day and of course AC stopped working! Between my wife and kids complaining,  I had to do something.  I call 4 different places and no luck. I called Complete plumbing and heating  and they saved me! Mike J ( owner) was out in 45 min, checked the AC unit and right away knew the problem.  In less than an hour my AC was working again and for a good price.  Thank you again Mike! Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Called Christian for backed up toilets and tub. He was very professional and showed me what was wrong. Options were offered to guide my decision. No pressure. I ended having to redo my sewage drain due to extensive rooting. The price was fair and the job done cleanly. I would recommend him to friends if asked.

HR plumbing provided excellent service unclogging my kitchen sink. This has been a constant issue for many years. HR plumbing was patient and explained everything very thoroughly. Finally found someone I can trust, knows the job and their pricing is good.

I had a garbage disposal emergency and So Cal 1 plumbing & Rooter responded immediately. They got the entire job done on the same day and provided some very useful advice for future maintenance as well.  I am very grateful.

We have been using this company for over 10 years.  The same man answers the phone and the service is excellent.  We found out our air conditioning broke after we got home from work and gave them a call.  Within two hours  the air was fixed at a very reasonable price. No extra charge for coming in the evening and we didn't have to miss work.  Thank you County Wide, we will continue to call you first when we need our air conditioning fixed!

The dreaded words of my plumber... you have another slab leak.. I was not happy as my first leak was in Dec of last years.. 6 months, here we go again..

On my last slab leak, I had it repaired by the plumber by working around the leak.. As I have now learned, there is an issue with a water additive in Orange County that damages copper pipes leading to the very high incidence of slab leaks.. Ask your neighbors if they have had one and you may be very surprised at how many of the respond in the positive.. It would cost you less to go with a patch..or work around.. but.. if you have to do it again and again, I'm sure it would cost a lot more in the long run, not to mention the inconvenience and potential property damage.

I chose to address my leak by utilizing E-pipe to put an end to this problem.. no bandaid for me... A couple of days before the job, they visited my house and set up a temporary fix so that I would have water in my house for the weekend.. that was really appreciated.

My repairs were done this week 6-8-16, the crew arrived on time and began work early on that day.. It is amazing the amount of equipment that is required to complete a job like this.. A couple of points:  The crews were very careful to cover my hardwood floors with a soft carpet to prevent any damage during the repairs.

The job took a day and a morning to complete.. The crews replaced all of my water valves in the house.. nice, I will not have to worry about frozen or cruddy valves for many, many years..  

At the completion of the job, any holes were patched, the house was cleaned up and it is now better than new.. Better than new ? you ask ? yes, I now have a water system that should not leak for decades (I hope).. I'm sure it will add to my re-sale value when it is time to sell.

I highly reccomed E-Pipe to anyone who want to put an end to the nightmare of slab leaks.. these guys are quick, clean, professional and have a lot of respect for your home..

Lastly, I even noticed an improved water pressure in my home.. my low flow shower head now feels like a high flow.. nice..

I am now a strong advocate of this process and plan on sharing my experience with all of my neighbors as well..  I do hope you choose this process for your home..
