Mike is a suuuuper nice and honest guy...the kind of guy you don't see too much anymore. He did a very extensive plumbing renovation, charged a reasonable amount, followed up. I would recommend B & B to my family!

I just moved to the area and needed someone to come and place a dog door in a door. Teo was super responsive and told me what to get, when he was available to put the dog in and how long he thought it would take. He got here to do the job and was very friendly, precise and hard working. I would recommend him to anyone. He is super responsive even on a Saturday night and Sunday day. Thank you Teo will definitely use him for other projects.

Albert, the owner responded quickly to our request. He arrived clean, handsome, and respectful. He was well spoken  and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and solution clearly. His cost was reasonable and willing to return if needed. I highly recommend Mr. Sandoval for all your plumbing and drain needs.

Worked with Jeremiah for two separate projects. Wall patching/painting and fixing a kitchen drawer track.  He was wonderful to work with. Great communication and sent pictures on completion of each job, since they were on rental properties. So glad I found him!

I looked on yelp as I always do and I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. David, the owner, and Kendrick came out to assess our upstairs leakage. They were both very professional, described in detail what the problem was, and gave us an estimation on how much it would cost for repairs. Compared to the previous company I couldn't believe the fare prices they offered us. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and I will be recommending this company to anyone who has plumbing issues.

I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I was way over quoted by other companies I had called. I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had First Class Plumbing work in our home. I can gladly say that they have relieved my stress and returned the peace in this old home!

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I manage multiple rental properties - commercial and residential - and I have had hellish ordeals with plumbers (see my review of Crandall Plumbing). Orange County Plumbing Inc is on time and charges reasonable rates. The lady who works in the office is delightful on the phone. Now I have them take care of the plumbing issues at all my properties.

After our heater stopped working I decided to call Complete Plumbing, based on their favorable Yelp ratings and reviews.  Ron came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me in layman's terms what the issues were.  He replaced the control board and flame sensor, gave the unit a thorough cleaning, and now the heater runs great.  I would recommend Complete Plumbing and will use them in the future if the need arises.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I'm so glad we found this company! I called around to hydro jet my pipes hoping it was a simple clog issue. Steven was prompt to answer questions and gave a fair quote. He came out and assessed the job. A simple 2 hour job turned out to be a 9 hour project. We honestly did not think he would finish but he did (even if that meant midnight). Very grateful for him and his team. Super professional. He showed and explained all issues in detail. Overall, this company is professional, fairly price, and thorough. Definitely will use them in future projects!

I used Optimum Plumbing Service on my rental property in San Ana on June 12th.  My tenant called the night before and reported water leaking in the kitchen and bathroom.  Next morning I call several plumbing companies in Orange County that I found on YELP.  Tracie and then John called back and said they can come out in the late afternoon same day.  The problems were fixed and price was reasonable.  Tenant was happy.  I am happy.  I used to do plumbing works  on my properties to save money when I was younger.  Now I am retired and plan do a lot of travel so I need to find a reliable plumbing company to take care of plumbing problems when I am away on travel.  This is the company I would have my tenants call when there is plumbing problems.  Great work John and thank you.

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

Christian and his team provide great service at a reasonable cost. ASAP Rooter is my go-to for hydro-jetting the plumbing in my historic (real OLD) rental properties. Christian is quick to respond to quote requests and is typically much less expensive than larger rooter companies who are only looking for the up-sell to more expensive repairs. Recently I hired ASAP to hydro-jet a sewer drain for a two-unit property. Unfortunately, the the jetting could not fix the problem and more extensive repairs were needed. Christian  got his team out the next morning to replace a section of the main line and used a newer lining technology to repair the remaining section to the city sewer. All of the work was done expertly and completed within two days.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

John r came out Tuesday and diagnosed a bad pressure switch on our furnace and ordered the part. Came back Thursday morning as promised and installed it.
Second time with this company and both ended in a great experience.

Been reading reviews on County Wide. They are mixed like many other establishments. Remember, every business has it's problems but how the customer is treated is what we always remember.
I recently had them install an American Standard gas heater in my rental home. From the beginning, speaking with Rick whom I believe to be the owner I felt comfortable and his price was better than most. Installation was half a day as expected which meant my tenants had minimal disruption. They were careful and cleaned as they worked. Later that day when the daughter came home from work she thought she smelled gas and called the gas company. They red tagged the system and shut of the gas. The next day James the installer was out there bright and early. I met with him as he diligently tested all possibilities for a leak. None were found. Neither of us could smell any gas. I called the gas company and spoke with a supervisor who sent out another technician. We arranged a time where both myself, the installer and the gas man would all look it over together. Almost two hours were spent by both men collaborating and working well together. Oddly, they could not smell gas but proceeded to test all the components involved with this heater installation as well as factory components. Rick even called the American Standard Co. to see if there were any service bulletins on any problems. None. In the end, the gas company removed the Red Tag, told the tenant the heater is safe to operate and we all went home. County Wide took full control were timely and fallowed the problem to the end. BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST. if I could give zero stars I would as Joe took off with my money for a crap job never to return to fix it.

I had originally hired him to do some small jobs around the house which just done satisfactory. My main goal was to get an 240v outlet for my electric car out in the garage, to which he assured me he could do. Basically he came back and made a plug with two 120v and then tried to plug my car in and it short circuited my whole garage.
He wasnt able to fix it and blamed it on a faulty cord from my card which it was not. So he basically took a bunch of extension cords and ran them all over my garage to different outlets. He left .u garage a .was and we couldn't even close to the door. Such a disaster.
We tried to call the next day and he never responded. After several texts and call he still has yet to respond two months later.
We had a licensed electrician come over and he laughed at the attempt. He said right away that any professional electrician would have known it couldn't be done the way he tried.
Be warned he is a fraud!! He will do a crap job and still your money.
