Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

Caltech plumbing replaced the entire mainline to our sewage. They were fast, reliable, cleaned up well and very very competitive when it came to pricing. I will definitely recommend Albert and his crew to all our friends, family and neighbors!

I deal with many types of repair professionals on a regular bases.  It is very rare I would give any one 4 or 5 stars.  I am happy  to give 5 stars to Jeremiah because not only did he do a great repair job and was very professional, he was spot on time to the job site.  I will most definitely call him and refer him next time I need his services.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I had a toilet clog which had crippled the plumbing in my business and I'm so glad i found these guys.  They are located only 5 minutes away.  Two of their servicemen came out very quickly in response and finished the job within 30 minutes.  I believe one of their names was Gabriel.

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

He really came through and saved my life! I have had a number of plumbers tell me all types of things about this leak but he was the only person who could provide a reasonable, efficient and affordable solution. He was so kind. I must say that if there was the option for a 6 star rating I would certainly have put that for this company as a rating!  I have worked in five start and five diamond luxury resorts for over 14 years have had extensive customer service training classes and have even presented on customer service.  With that being said I wanted to share my positive experience as word of mouth is very important and exceptional customer services should not go unnoticed when it truly is exceptional.... I recently received a call from my mom who was on a weekend get away in the Big Bear mountains and while she was there noticed a leak in the water main line... I'm down here in orang county and was not able to get there to help her right away... However thanks to a great friends recommendation they gave me Optimum Plumbings contact information.  Being that it was a weekend and about 5pm on a sat I was not expecting to reach an actual person.... Well when I called the actual owner John Karlen answered phone on second ring and sounded so friendly and professional and it was as if he was truly wanting to help out even though he did not know me...now that's a nice first impression !  I explained the situation and figured since he was a business in the orang county area he would probably refer me to a mountain plumber... I was wrong on this he went well beyond customer service and asked me to send some pictures of what the problem looked like so I had my mom send me a picture and then sent to him... He immediately called me back after he got the pictures and explained what the situation was most likely and he offered to go up to the mountains the next morning to even look at and give an estimate... He gave a time of when he would meet my mom and he showed up early and was professionally dressed too and had one of his employees with him to help...My mom was so impressed and really appreciated him doing this on short notice and he has already given a very fair estimate and had already scheduled for them to come up and do the repairs.  They could have done the repair right then but my mom wanted to wait till she was back up there as John assured her it was not in need of an emergency repair.  I Can honestly say I have not ever had a plumbing service go this far put of the way just to help trouble shoot a situation.  I highly recommend Optimum plumbing for anyone no matter what the service is and no matter the time of day this is a company you can trust who will give great prompt friendly and honest service!  I will recommend Johns business to everyone thank you for taking care of my mom!!!!

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

My kitchen's sink leaking like long time. Well, it's made our life so difficult. I checked the yelp for this company. and also I called the phone number at 7:30pm. But Christian-the boss answered my phone call at that time. He made a appt. for me for next day. He came to my house on time. Also he is really good worker!! 1. He has good skills. He know what his doing. He makes so clear for us! 2. He doing faster than my thought! 3. He has really nice work attitude! We like this guy a lot! So we highly recommend him. Definitely we gave him 5 stars!! Professional worker!!!

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Should of read all the reviews for this Dial One business because I could relate to some of them.  The last time I used Dial One, they did a good job, so I thought this time it would be the same.  I didn't realize that there were other Dial Ones, but this one was the one that popped up online.  The work was ridiculous, a worker came to repair a pile which cost $384.85, but less than a week and it's already leaking again.  That was awful of them to do such an awful job and should be embarrassed about it.  They wouldn't guarantee the job since they told me that I needed a $2800 job done.  And was very pushy about doing that job, even calling to remind me about it, too.  I guess when it is individual owned you don't get the same quality service.

Steve came out to check my ac unit that was making a weird noise earlier in the week.  The blower stopped working and Steve told us the motor was broke/frozen, said we needed a new blower mower for $800+.  He was rude, talked super fast and then left. He was in and out of my home in 10 minutes.  My husband figured he had nothing to loose and tinkered a bit with the fan, and low and behold... it started working again! (and we have no mechanical skills what so ever!)  Still making a weird sound every now and then, but we have someone else coming out to check on that.  We used County Wide years ago and were happy with them but now, never again! Can't trust them.

**CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! UNLICENSED CON ARTIST!!!!**

I usually only take my time to write positive reviews of people doing good work but in this case I'm doing quite the opposite because the service and communication were so agregious I had to share so hopefully I can save a few people from making the mistake I did by hiring this guy.

I found Joe's number on the Next Door app referred by someone who lived in my neighborhood so I texted him and arranged for him to come give me an estimate. He arrived early for the appointment, was very nice, and he smiled the whole time. I told him I had a contractor that didn't finish the final work I needed in my bathroom. He assured me that he'd been doing plumbing as well as several other contractor type things for years! All I needed was for him to install  the faucet for my tub and figure out why a pipe in front of my house was leaking into my front yard whenever we washed clothes. He said that he could do both and quoted me $215 and I agreed.

When he arrived on a Wednesday afternoon he brought a second man who he didn't introduce and explained he'd be snaking the pipe so it wouldn't leak then attach my tub fixture. I work from home now because of the Covid-19 quarantine so I left them to do their thing while I worked. They were in the house maybe a half hour when he said he was finished. So I go to the washroom and he shows me the water running in the washroom sink and says you see it's going full blast and no leak outside. I said yeah it happens when I run the washer should I start the washer? He said no he did a thorough job and it'll be fine. He then shows me the tub spout and in my hurry to get back to work before my computer went to sleep I didn't think to try to turn it on. So he asks for his payment in cash and I pay him not thinking anything of it because we had been discussing other projects to finish my bathroom so I knew he be back in a few days.

After I'm off of work I go to try to turn the water on and the tub spout ROCKETS OFF  I message Joe and he tells me he'll fix it when he returns. Then I notice the pipe in front still leaks and I message him about that because at this point I paid for absolutely NOTHING! After a cordial back and forth text convo and Joe failing to show up for our next scheduled appointment. Joe just stops responding completely but I can tell he's read the messages. So I ask him multiple times to please either do the work he promised or return my money so I can hire someone who would and it's radio silence. I even sent him request for my money through Venmo and Cash App - IGNORED!

At this point I'm feeling completely foolish and hella PLAYED! I told him how the last contractor burned me and instead of being a decent human being - he decided to screw me over as well. In a last ditch effort I Google the company name on the business cards he left and it pulled up his single review Yelp presence. I noticed that the card pictured had the number 714-719-4370 which is different from Joe's number 714-657-0496 so I call it thinking it must be the office number but nobody answered so I left a message regarding Joe. A little later the number calls back, the caller ID says Gabriel Ledesma. The man on the other end explains that he is Joe Ledesma Sr! So respectfully I lay the situation out for pops and he sweetly apologizes and says he'd come fix it himself if he weren't retired due to illness. He was confident however that he raised a good son that would do the right thing - but me and big Joe are terrible judges of character because we were both dead wing about the trash human known as Joe Ledsma Jr!

Which leads me here, my last resort exposing Joe on every review site I know! I am aware that I'll probably never see that money again, but I'll chalk it up as yet another epically expensive lesson to do my homework and not to rush into business with the first kind face that promises the moon or at least a properly installed faucet‍‍
