Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Santa Ana CA

Called B&B for a possible slab leak at my rental. B&B was able to get out there sooner than my regular plumber. They detected the leak and we decided to go with replumbing the entire house so as to avoid future leaks. Trying to work with the tenant, she asked for a Wednesday start day as her 3 kids went to the other parents house Wed-Friday . I spoke with Brian and I asked if it comes to Friday and the job isn't done, will the tenant have to wait until Monday for you to return ?  I have to incur extra expenses to put the tenants in a hotel or compensate them if they are out of the home. He replied I guarantee we will finish on Friday- I'll bring guys from other jobs if I have to. Well Friday at 2 I get a call, my tenant is pissed- workers just said sorry. We have to finish next week. I tried calling Brian, but he's not taking calls- he went on Vacation.  It just went worse from there- so long story short DON'T USE B&B. Use  any other plumber!

Wow! So my AC unit stopped blowing cold air today in this 90° heat. I called and spoke to Robert about this issue over the phone and he actually arrived in 20 minutes. Went over a few things that can possibly be the problem (Fuse, capacitor, outlet). Turns out my AC unit is located in an enclosed area where  it traps heat, which caused my AC not to work. AC started working again and Robert was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and honest. He could have swapped the capacitor or done unnecessary work, however he did not charge me anything and said my AC unit is working fine and it's the correct size for my home. Also checked the vents and made sure it's the correct balance. Will definitely use Robert again for other projects.

I will recommend Optimum to anyone who needs plumbing work. John is an extremely hard worker who cares about his business and customers whole heartedly. Had no hot water this morning and thanks to him and his quick service on this beautiful sunday we are up and running! Thanks John for coming through so quickly and efficiently.

Our gardener accidentally ran over the main sprinkler valve so after the water department shut the water off I called Stevens. Rico came out the next morning and was beyond helpful. He could have taken one look at the old pipes and recommended replacing the entire main line however spent the extra time carefully working with the rusted out pipes and found a solutionist that saved us a few thousand dollars. He could have gouged us but instead put in the extra effort to do the right thing. Need more people like that especially for first time home owners! 10/10 recommend

Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

After moving, I found myself with a need to have several home improvement tasks taken care of. And I can honestly say, I have yet to met anyone as technically well-rounded and delightful to work with as Jeremiah.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Andrew is very straightforward and honest. When I called him he said he could come by after finishing the job he was on. When he arrived gave an assessment of our situation and that a simple clean out was not going to solve it. He provided his time and knowledge and didnt charge us. Wow. Doesn't happen often nowadays. He could have tried scare tactics and got some easy money but this has won me over. Will call him for clean out in the future.

I used Complete Plumbing, Heating and Air 4 times in the past 4 years. Mike, who is the owner, always quotes a fair price, even during the heat waves of the hot summer.
I use Complete Plumbing twice this past July.  Once was to replace a hot water  heater that was under warranty.  I was charged only the labor cost to return the old heater, pick up a new heater, and the re-installation cost. Not only was the quote was very reasonable, William, the plumber, installed the water heater very neatly. His workmanship was second to none.  If you look at some sloppy installations of other plumbers, you will immediately know what mean.
The second time was just a week later when my air conditioner condenser started to leak at the coils.  I was quoted a great price for a high efficiency condenser.  Please note that this was during a heat spell when other AC companies would take a few day just to make the service call.  Ron, the HVAC tech did a phenomenal installation.  He did not rush, as installing a condenser has many important steps.

Update: February 13, 2019
Complete Air just installed a second air conditioner system in my home.  I figured to get a heads start before the cooling season.  Again, Ron installed the condenser outside and the evaporator in the furnace (located in the attic).  Perfect and tidy installation.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

ASAP was great, honest, and fast. Our renters called tell us  that their sink and showers and everything were backing up we called him and within an hour we had someone at thehouse snaking the drain, and this was even after hours.
ASAP will be our go to plumber from now on.

I found them on Yelp. They came to fix a clogged pipe in our bathtub. A couple of other plumbers tried and said it was impossible and that all of the pipes would need to be replaced. HR Plumbing was able to unclog the pipe and with a really reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!

What we thought was a issue with our washing machine turned out to be a larger plumbing problem than expected. Federico explained to us some of the work we had gotten done in 2017 when we paid to have the house repiped was not completed at all, done incorrectly, or haphazardly. Federico explaind all that needed to be fixed and educated us on what our options were and the best route to go.

As you know plumbing can be pricey and Federico provided us a fairly priced estimate with payment options. He was able to finish the remainder of the piping work, get us a new water heater, and a new garbage disposal. All was installed within half a day. They left our home just as they found it, removing all evidence that they had been there.

Couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend his team to anyone looking for a small business to support that provides stellar service.

After a series of pin hole leaks, we had our home epiped 4 years ago. Since that time, we have rust and sediment in our hot water.  OUr pipes are copper. We flush our water heater yearly, and our home is not old or poorly maintained, yet they refuse to come out and assess the continuing situation. We've replaced the hot water heater, replaced the connections to our hot water heater, yet the problem continues. Each time we call, they say, Well, not sure what's going on. It's on your end.

This is incredibly poor customer service not to mention not standing behind their product. We would prefer not to get our attorney involved, but this is really unacceptable.
