I am so happy I found Teo!  He responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Teo fixed my shower which was constantly leaking due to valve issues.  This was a very challenging repair due to the type of hardware and the layout of pipes behind the shower wall. Teo knew exactly what parts had to be ordered and he successfully completed the repair and now I have a shower that works!  He's smart, experienced and knowledgeable as well as  honest, kind and professional.  He was always on time and so very helpful.  I am grateful that I found Teo and will definitely use him for all of my future projects.  I told Teo you're my handyman for life! My in-laws needed work done for their HVAC system and we contracted Roberto and his team. My in-laws are currently doing some renovations around the house, and what we've found is that some professionals are just way better than others. Good and honest work seems to be really hard to come by these days. Roberto was one of the best ones we've had. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He worked diligently so that our older unit could run efficiently at a very competitive and fair cost. He also communicated the process all throughout and explained what would work for my in-law's budget. He didn't try to upsell and take advantage of them. As a matter of fact, Roberto saw an issue with one of the toilets in our house and fixed it for free to boot! I would definitely recommend Roberto and his team. 10/10.

These guys are a class act. I reached out to a few companies on Yelp to fix my dishwasher by giving them a brief description of the problem. No company, except Pro Appliance Installers,  was able to quote me a price directly. They felt they needed to come to my place first to diagnose the problem. Although I understand their cautiousness, I already knew what the problem was because it had happened once before to me. Basically, the cord that keeps the dishwasher door from falling down too hard and fast was broken. As a result, the door feels overly heavy when you open it. If you let go, it drops down too hard and fast.

Jesse, from Pro Appliance Installers, got back to me right away and was confident that my diagnosis was correct because he knew this was a common problem with my dishwasher model. He quoted me a price and ordered the needed parts immediately. Had I chosen any other company, I would have had to schedule two separate appointments and would have had to wait a day or two before they ever even ordered the parts.

That very night, Harry, from Pro Appliance Installers, called to set up an appointment with me for the next morning. He arrived on time and totally prepared. He had the right parts, the right tools, and an assistant to help him when necessary. Both these guys were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. When they left, the dishwasher was completely fixed. Harry even left me an extra cord for the dishwasher door just in case the same problem occurs again (in which case I will only need to pay for someone's labor, not for the part). Harry also left me his cell phone number in case I had any questions after he left.

These guys are great. They really seem like they want to keep my business, so I am happy to give it to them.

Jeremiah was professional and they did a great job repairing my tub drain. Very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. I would definitely call him for any other home repairs. I was satisfied with the work they did.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Great service. Quick turn around time. My family likes to put stuff down the drain they shouldn't and from time to time the drain backs up. I have used Andrews drain service before and will again in the future

I had Mike look at a few plumbing issues at a rental property I own in La Habra.  He connected the refrigerator water line, connected the return on the dishwasher, and reviewed the washer dryer connections.  Very honest, thorough and nice.  He also looked at my ac unit and showed me the filter.  And yes, showed me were the gas line was for the fireplace. Reasonable prices too.  Two thumbs up from me.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I was in a really bad situation with my sewage pipe to the point where it started to wreak really bad and I could not find a company to get me out of that situation until I found Better Sewer Maintenance they were very professional and knew what they were doing they got my pipes fixed and the smell was gone big thanks to Better Sewer Maintenance

I cannot say enough good things about ASAP Rooter & Plumbing.  Christian is honest, dependable and has a great disposition even after receiving  my call for help at midnight.  He was  at my house promptly at 7:30 am the following morning.  He remained until after the job was completed, which was after 5:00 p.m.  This is the third time we have use this company and have been completely satisfied each time.  We Highly recommend them!

I found them on Yelp. They came to fix a clogged pipe in our bathtub. A couple of other plumbers tried and said it was impossible and that all of the pipes would need to be replaced. HR Plumbing was able to unclog the pipe and with a really reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!

I appreciate that I called at the end of the day, right after business hours, and Omar came to my business to look at our AC leak within in the hour. (I had to pay after hours price, which wasn't too bad). I was calling around and having a hard time finding a company who repairs commercial AC's. He was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking AC and everything was up and running in no time. Omar also gave me tips on how to keep the AC running its best. Stephens is who I will call whenever I need repairs.

Federico was quick to assist us with our plumbing and toilet issue.  He fixed the drainage pipe underneath the house and replaced the sewage line at a reasonable price. He resolved everything in a fast manner and met the timeframe to complete the project even though it rained a lot in our area. He kept in touch with us until we were 100% satisfied. Him and his team were professional and  cleaned up immediately after the work was done and was very great to work with. Will highly recommend him to anyone!

Incorrect Diagnosis - they wanted to charge a flat fee of over $350 to replace a gas valve.  They told us that we need to have an asbestos abatement company come out to put a 1' x 1 ' whole in our drywall (in addition to the $350) - he had the number of a guy that could do it.  He told me that he couldn't tell me to make the hole myself, but if he stepped outside and I did it, well that would be okay.    The guy had this baby face and looked honest, but the whole thing sounded fishy.  They were also pushing some sort of a service contract - give me a break!

We called San Clemente Plumbing.  They came out and correctly diagnosed the loose nut on the valve and fixed it in less than 10 minutes for $75!  Before they came out they told us that if we needed to replace a valve it would likely be $100 - $200.

Sonshine has refused to refund the $69 charge for their misdiagnosis.

My experience with County Wide was great from start to finish. Rick was very helpful over the phone, very informative and was able to send someone out right away. Nick came out to look at my broken A/C unit, gave me a more thorough quote than the other 2 bids I received and was then able to replace my A/C the very next day. Good price, very helpful and reliable!
