Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Santa Ana CA

I had 4 chandeliers to hang in the house, and I had a number of top yelp contractors came by to give quotes.  Most of them took a look and didn't even bother giving me quotes since it's too small a job for them.   Others gave me a high quote for their time was precious.   I get that every contractor wants big job for big money.    However, until they can prove to me that they can take the big job, I would start small for them to earn my business.    Too bad for these other contractors, they would never earn my business!

On the other hand,  Teo is a true professional, and truly no job is too small for him.   He was meticulous and took care to make sure all 4 chandeliers are all level.  Afterward, he actually cleaned up the job site and left no mess!   It's all these little things that showed me he really cared about the job as if this is his own house.  

Thank you Teo, you have definitely proven to me that you've earned my trust and my business.  I am glad to finally find someone to work on all the projects that I've been wanting to do!

Yesterday, $145.00 for 30 minute service call to determine what was wrong with water heater. Service technician did NOT even attempt to start burner. Just removed part. Burner Assembly failed . Today advised replacement part cost exceeds $300.00, only one year warranty; on-line pricing for similar Burner Assembly is under $50.00. In addition, another $145.00 labor charge to install. B&B expectations are that the plumber should be paid $550.00 for one hour of work! Plumbing services are not worth anywhere near this outrageous expectation. Brand new water heater costs $1000! Comes with 6 year warranty. Simple math, 1 + 1 = 2, not 600. Larceny comes in all shapes and sizes...

Our furnace was not working and I called them , they responded quickly , the interaction on the phone gave me the confidence I needed to have him   come out and have our system diagnosed , he was prompt , courteous and very informative, answered every question in a professional well informed manner , i was very satisfied and glad i choose them to service our unit . I had Mr. Rooter to my house on a Saturday afternoon due to a clogged kitchen drain. I was told there was no additional fee for the weekend. Their response was prompt and David the plumber was friendly, however, no amount of friendliness could prepare me for what I was charged. With a senior discount that he said was $100 off, I was charged $500.00 for hydro jet cleaning. He also told me that I needed to have the P-trap replaced, which I assumed would be included in the original price. I was wrong. I was charged an additional $249.00 for that. It is upsetting that David did not inform me of the additional cost before doing the work. He was there about one hour and my total bill was $740.00. Everyone is telling me that I was ripped-off and I believe them. I do not recommend this company.

I had a leaky main valve and went on Yelp to find quotes.  FIRST CLASS responded right away, sent a technician within the hour to give me an accurate quote. They gave the best quote of them all (sent pics to others) not including a military discount that I got. My leaky valve was fixed brand new that night. It was absolute first class service. I plan to go back to them again for my plumbing troubles.

I've got  to say my entire Family has used Andrews Drain Service and have all been very happy with their great work. We especially like the fact that they show up on time , anytime night or day and really like the reasonable rates. They dont come in and Jack the price up once the job has been started. I've called them out on emergency aftel hour calls  and have been really impresseed that they have actually shown up! I highly recommend you gve them a try

Hot day and of course AC stopped working! Between my wife and kids complaining,  I had to do something.  I call 4 different places and no luck. I called Complete plumbing and heating  and they saved me! Mike J ( owner) was out in 45 min, checked the AC unit and right away knew the problem.  In less than an hour my AC was working again and for a good price.  Thank you again Mike! I will keep your card handy and recommend you to anyone I know who needs your service.

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

Omar was Very professional. Even though my heater was installed by another company, he took time to explain the problem and what was needed to correct it. He took video of the heating unit to show me exactly what he was talking about. He was very friendly and nice and made sure I had all the information I needed for the next yearly service.

Kris is simply the best. I've used him twice and both times were awesome. I live in a condo that needed some prep time since all the water will be off for the entire complex. He came a day before to prep for the scheduled shut off. He bought materials for the pipe and connections the before and everything went as planned. I couldn't ask for a better plumber and he buys parts that will last not the cheap stuff. He's a great guy, humble, reasonable prices, and an overall excellent plumber. Thank you again Kris!
