Best Drain Repair in Santa Ana CA
As luck would have it, our shower faucet failed on a Saturday. We could not shut it off, so we had to turn off the water to the house. Since we had good experience previously with B & B, we called again, this time on an emergency basis. They did call us back. The technician called us to say when he would be here, and again when he was on his way. He fixed the faucet, replacing the defective part. The service was prompt, especially for a weekend, efficiently done, courteous, and reasonable. He left the work area clean. As old as our home is, we will need plumbing work again, and we will definitely call B&B.

Teo fixed drywall, installed a light fixture, reconnected our washer and dryer, and replaced a bathroom sink faucet set. Excellent work.

Albert, the owner responded quickly to our request. He arrived clean, handsome, and respectful. He was well spoken and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and solution clearly. His cost was reasonable and willing to return if needed. I highly recommend Mr. Sandoval for all your plumbing and drain needs.

Jeremiah was fantastic to work with. He's such a nice guy and works so hard. His quality of work is excellent. We were running out of storage space after having our second kid so we wanted to build an attic space that would act as additional storage. He created a door and attic ladder and laid down flooring and installed a light switch in our attic so that it was a useable space. Now we can use our garage as an actual garage rather than a storage. Then after that job was completed he cut out a door under our stairs for additional storage. He turned it into a closet. For now we are using it as a clubhouse for my 3 year old. She loves it! He did such a great job. He also helped with other odds and ends around the house. We will absolutely use his services in the future. He's professional and kind and takes great pride in his work.

Cheats, I advise you to stay clear if them. Typical bait-and-switch tactics. Not trustworthy at all.

Raul and Moses did an excellent job in hydrojetting my bathroom plumbing line. They were expeditious and very careful in their execution of removing the clog and cleaning up the worksite. The price was extremely reasonable wherein other plumbers wanted to charge double. I would definitely use them again.

If you want EXCELLENT service and EXPERT plumbers QUICKLY, call Bonnie and she will get you scheduled ASAP! Andrew does an AMAZING job and he is very experienced and produces high quality work! I am impressed with his work...time and time again. Recently, Andrew saved me tons of time and money by handling a faucet replacement on my master bath sinks as one had broken off per my realtor..I was swamped and trusted Andrew to get everything done without having to be there and my rental now looks and feels great for my new tenant! In the past, he had to remedy showers that were incorrectly installed and did beautiful work to fix the situation and reconstruct everything. Truly impressive quality and speed! I have utilized their services for over a year for my rentals. They go above and beyond and consistently deliver great expertise and service. (Hanson Plumbing is actually my landlord's plumbers but they are so good I call them instead of my regular plumber!)

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ. Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work. The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Arrived quickly and took care of the service (hydro jetting the main) as expected. Charged the price that was quoted. Personable and no surprises. Highly recommended and will hire again if plumbing services are required the future.

I manage multiple rental properties - commercial and residential - and I have had hellish ordeals with plumbers (see my review of Crandall Plumbing). Orange County Plumbing Inc is on time and charges reasonable rates. The lady who works in the office is delightful on the phone. Now I have them take care of the plumbing issues at all my properties.

Mike and his team are the best! When we bought our older house a few months ago, we knew that we needed a gas pipe fixed and that we also wanted a tankless water heater and a water filtration system installed. After talking to three plumbers, we decided to go with Mike because not only were his prices fair, but he was also the most thorough in going over the different options for a new water filtration system.
Little did we know that our old house had a broken gas pipe buried under the ground, so in order to feed gas into our fireplace and new water heater (which we were moving to the opposite side of our property), we needed to somehow get gas to that side of the house/garage. Our attic is so tight that we didn't think it would be possible to run a new gas line up through there, but thanks to Mike's plumber, Ron, who spent a lot of time working up in our cramped attic, Mike and his team got the job done. Also, thank goodness Mike's plumber, Will, was the plumber who tested out a new shower valve (that was installed by our bathroom contractor's plumber) because it leaked, and Will was able to fixed it before much water leaked behind the wall.
After the above work was done, we decided to add a reverse osmosis drinking water system at our kitchen sink and also had it run to our refrigerator. We are so happy with the way our alkaline, fluoride-free drinking water tastes, and all of the work Mike and his team did is simply top notch.
But our story with Mike does not end there! Ever since we moved into this house, my wife has been complaining about the smell of attic air in our laundry room, but since we were so focused on plumbing and thought of Mike and his team as our plumbers, we didn't think to ask them about that smell. Well, we finally did, and after Mike's plumber, Ron, came out, Mike also spent an hour on the phone with her, answering her questions about how air ducts are sealed, alternative (non-attic air) intake for the furnace (which is in the laundry room), improved venting for the exhaust fan in the laundry room and nearby bathroom, and proper venting for our dryer. Thanks to Mike's exceptional knowledge, patience, and passion for giving his clients clean water and air, we have a plan to address the air quality issue on that side of the house and have every confidence that Mike and his team will do a great job with that work, too.
To recap, Mike is a person who has tremendous patience and experience, and he is excellent at communicating with his clients. We care a lot about reducing environmental toxins in our home, and we are so lucky that we found Mike because he has the knowledge and passion to not only take care of traditional plumbing and air problems (large and small), he is also up to speed with the latest measures that are available to provide his clients with the cleanest water and air possible, all for reasonable prices. THANK YOU!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo. He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days. The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.
Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service. It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I'm so glad we found this company! I called around to hydro jet my pipes hoping it was a simple clog issue. Steven was prompt to answer questions and gave a fair quote. He came out and assessed the job. A simple 2 hour job turned out to be a 9 hour project. We honestly did not think he would finish but he did (even if that meant midnight). Very grateful for him and his team. Super professional. He showed and explained all issues in detail. Overall, this company is professional, fairly price, and thorough. Definitely will use them in future projects!

Great service . Showed up when he said he's going to be here. John gave me a estimate and taught me a lot about what was going to happen with my remodel ( tankless , full bathroom , and kitchen,. This was a big job in my mind but John and his crew knew Exactly what needs to be done and did it.. Thank you John for taking care of my project.

I can always rely on Better Sewer Maintenance's services to be top tier in every area. They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

Chris and crew tackled a really tough exterior drain job at my home. They were ultra professional, thorough and I would highly recommend using their services.

Jono,
I understand what you wrote here, but I don't still agree with you. I am a first home buyer and I have no idea how much cost things are. That's why I wrote 'I should have searched more...'. My wife authorized what you quoted because she had no idea how much usually other company charged. Let me talk more about cost later.
1. You said that your technician was at my home for 4 hours to find leak, but that's not true. Two guys came in the morning and they(well, actually one. more explanation later) left around 4:30pm. Do you think that's 4 hours? In addition, there was tension between them(your two guys) because one couldn't find leak and he left and never came back. That's very unprofessional. The other guy said he might come back next day. But, thanks God, he tried one more time and finally found leak around 4:30 pm. That's the story.
2-3 days later, I hired another company and he found 2 leaks(what your guy found and another one) within 30 minutes. They charged less than 1/2 price of yours.
Your guy spent whole day and found one leak, and the other company spent 30 minutes and found 2 leaks.
If you were a customer, what would you feel? What company do you recommend?
2. You said, You have paid us for the services we charged for so I don't understand.
I have paid you because your attorney sent letter to us and said if not paid, your attorney would file a legal action to collect the debt. You called this 'excellent customer service'?
My wife and I were waiting for you to respond what you could do for this charge. well, that's our mistake. We should have called you and talked about it.
But, you didn't contacted us for about 3 weeks and just sent us a letter that we should pay the principal and 3% Month late fee. Well, that's very convenient for you, but as a customer, I don't see any 'excellent customer service'.
3. The costs you estimated were all expensive than the other company I hired later. (that's why I said I should have searched more.)
Some examples besides 'locating leak'
- 1 Pressure Regulator:
You-$478.34
The other-$300.00
- Repipe Single Story Residence(Our House)
You-$13,750.00
The Other-$6,000-$7,000
So, after all these, as a customer, what would you think?

We have been customers for 20+ years. However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.
Our old water heater leaked in Dec 2016. It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it. The guy that helped us was so snotty. I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years. So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater. He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah..... He installed it. That costs us almost $4000. I thought they high-priced us. Really $4000? Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.
Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week. This is April 2018, less than 2 YEARS! So we called them again. The same guy came and he was hard to deal with. Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!). We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater. However, the labor to replace is is $2000. If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one. My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.
I do not trust this company anymore. Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem. They just lost 1 customer.
