Second time using B&B, this time for something less dramatic than my first experience:  a clogged washing machine drain. Esteban arrived to assess the issue and it was nice to see him again. More of the B&B crew arrived to assist where multiple hands were needed and they cleared my drain for me in short time; I could immediately hear the difference in the sound of water moving through the drain instead of collecting for the eventual overflow I had been experiencing. Esteban made sure my drain tube was installed and placed correctly and the draining was tested and confirmed as the final part of the service call. The cost was much less than I thought it would be, too. I thank them all and I will be calling B&B, again, the next time I need a plumber.

I highly recommend PE HVAC! Roberto and his company have already saved me from a few electrical and heater mishaps, here at my home and at my rental properties. He is always attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. He usually returns my calls the same day and is quick to fix the problem within one to two  days! Definitely a good guy/company to keep by your side!

Of course right before I list my house for sale after relocating for work I find out I have a major leak pop up!! I called First Class again since I had a good experience with them. I was connected with Rick who went above and beyond to work with me, my wife, Public Works, & his technicians to identify the problem and fix it. Rick was very flexible, communicated well (even sending photos), and did everything to help resolve my issue. I felt helpless being so far away, but he handled everything for me and charged me fairly for all they've had to go through. Rick's follow-through separates great service from just good.

I will recommend Optimum to anyone who needs plumbing work. John is an extremely hard worker who cares about his business and customers whole heartedly. Had no hot water this morning and thanks to him and his quick service on this beautiful sunday we are up and running! Thanks John for coming through so quickly and efficiently.

Our toilet has been having issues for the last couple of weeks and I could not figure out how to fix it. Luis came out within an hour,took the time to walk through the issues and did not leave until it was fixed. He was very friendly and fair to us. Really appreciate the professionalism and service!

Teo is the person to call for general handyman work. He's responsive, reasonable and prompt and makes sure the job gets done .  Excellent service!

After moving, I found myself with a need to have several home improvement tasks taken care of. And I can honestly say, I have yet to met anyone as technically well-rounded and delightful to work with as Jeremiah.

From installing a water line to the fridge, to running coax throughout the unit, from AC installation to hanging an entire home's worth of shelving, mirrors, and decor, Jeremiah had it covered.

If the project uncovered a decision point, he communicated options quickly, clearly, and professionally. No matter how big or small the project, the quality of work was phenomenal, and in the rare case something wasn't working as expected, he took care of the issue swiftly and decisively.

From here on, Jeremiah is the first call I'm going to make, and I can't recommend him enough.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Amazing response time and amazing service.  I had a different plumber in last week for an issue and he wanted additional work done for $750.  Andrew's came out and validated there was no issue.  They also helped me in another area of the house.  Very honest, very easy to understand.   I will use them again without question.

I used Complete Plumbing, Heating and Air 4 times in the past 4 years. Mike, who is the owner, always quotes a fair price, even during the heat waves of the hot summer.
I use Complete Plumbing twice this past July.  Once was to replace a hot water  heater that was under warranty.  I was charged only the labor cost to return the old heater, pick up a new heater, and the re-installation cost. Not only was the quote was very reasonable, William, the plumber, installed the water heater very neatly. His workmanship was second to none.  If you look at some sloppy installations of other plumbers, you will immediately know what mean.
The second time was just a week later when my air conditioner condenser started to leak at the coils.  I was quoted a great price for a high efficiency condenser.  Please note that this was during a heat spell when other AC companies would take a few day just to make the service call.  Ron, the HVAC tech did a phenomenal installation.  He did not rush, as installing a condenser has many important steps.

Update: February 13, 2019
Complete Air just installed a second air conditioner system in my home.  I figured to get a heads start before the cooling season.  Again, Ron installed the condenser outside and the evaporator in the furnace (located in the attic).  Perfect and tidy installation.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I feel safe with making this plumbing service the only one that i use because i can always count on them to come through with quality service and quality plumbing work.

Christian was referred to us by our regular plumber because our drains were backing up in a house we recently purchased. He used a camera and did as much hydro jetting on the line as he could take (without risk of doing more damage). He is honest and tried every course of action until we needed came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the whole sewage mainline. He was upfront about the severity of the damage from the beginning. Worked well with our insurance company when we filed a claim, and came out repeatedly to prepare and replace the mainlines within a few days. Him and his crew are friendly, honest, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.... doing an impeccable job. He used a trench less system and our front yard already looks back to normal. We will use Christian for all our plumbing needs from this point forward!

I called about a leaky toilet and Art picked up right away. He arrived shortly after the call, left to purchase the parts and my issue was fixed within hours. Art and his team were extremely professional and kind. Excellent and prompt service! Highly recommended.

Federico has worked twice at my home, and yes, you can buy peace of mind at a reasonable price. First, there was a leak in my home's sewer line to the main line in the street. After a camera inspection, the exact location of the break was found. The pipe was replaced using a pipe bursting method, and the clean out near my home was replaced. Most recently, Federico located and repaired a leak in the pipe from an upstairs bathroom. His work is minimally invasive, because he knows how plumbing is configured after a quick assessment. Both times, Federico arrived quickly, and worked diligently. I trust this company to fix any plumbing issue because Federico is extremely knowledgeable, technically adept, and honest.

Been reading reviews on County Wide. They are mixed like many other establishments. Remember, every business has it's problems but how the customer is treated is what we always remember.
I recently had them install an American Standard gas heater in my rental home. From the beginning, speaking with Rick whom I believe to be the owner I felt comfortable and his price was better than most. Installation was half a day as expected which meant my tenants had minimal disruption. They were careful and cleaned as they worked. Later that day when the daughter came home from work she thought she smelled gas and called the gas company. They red tagged the system and shut of the gas. The next day James the installer was out there bright and early. I met with him as he diligently tested all possibilities for a leak. None were found. Neither of us could smell any gas. I called the gas company and spoke with a supervisor who sent out another technician. We arranged a time where both myself, the installer and the gas man would all look it over together. Almost two hours were spent by both men collaborating and working well together. Oddly, they could not smell gas but proceeded to test all the components involved with this heater installation as well as factory components. Rick even called the American Standard Co. to see if there were any service bulletins on any problems. None. In the end, the gas company removed the Red Tag, told the tenant the heater is safe to operate and we all went home. County Wide took full control were timely and fallowed the problem to the end. All around top notch company. We first got an estimate from Tommy a year ago after a we had a copper pipe leak in a concrete slab, he came out and went through all the details, super nice guy. We ended up not doing anything about it but a year later we had more leaks. We contacted Tommy and there was absolutely NO I told you so attitude coming from him, very professional. They sent an excellent, knowledgeable team (Martin, Hector, and Daniel) out to epipe the line but after a close inspection they said the pipe was most likely too corroded to successfully epipe, but they were willing to try if we wanted, the other option was to reroute the pipe and abandon the pipe in the slab, they gave us a good quote and time frame so that's what we did. The house is complicated but they were able to figure out the best way to do it. The company and team were very accommodating to our schedule and the job was completed quickly and cleanly. We will definitely use them again in the future.
