WOW! I'm super impressed. I contacted BeastBay Plumbing due to my shower draining slowly. Mitchell arrived (with a mask) was extremely friendly and professional. In a matter of minuets he cleared my clogged shower drain and also went above and beyond and tightened my leaky shower head. I'll use BeastBay and Mitchell for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

DO NOT call this company for drain roto- rooter services. They are a shameless and massive rip-off company. We had a clogged drain and the tech comes in, looks at it and gives us an estimate of $675.00. I was floored at this out of the ballpark ridiculous estimate for snaking a drain.
I needed to get to work. Two handymen that we use have done the exact same job for $60-$75 dollars. It's not astro-physics and takes a short amount of time. Unfortunately, one handyman was out of town. The other was at another job.
I needed to go to work so I accepted. He lifted the toilet, snaked the drain and after he left I had to call him back, as the drain was still clogged. He came back, looked at the toilet flushing and said he thought we just needed a new toilet.
One star is one star too much.

Tromborg is a true family-owned business with all the benefits of what that SHOULD mean: responsive, friendly, fairly-priced. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with their service or work for the minor to the more complex problems. It's difficult to find a plumber that fits this description but I have and I'm sticking with them.

Ever flush something down the toilet that you didn't intend to? I called these folks feeling pretty stupid, but got a same day appointment from the nice lady on the phone (Don't flush it again, she advised) and a visit later that afternoon from Alex. He took my mishap in stride, made me feel better about the problem and not only recovered the... uh, treasure, but re-set and re-caulked the toilet for better future use. Super service from a real nice guy who knew what he was doing and did it fast. Advanced Plumbing and Drain will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Multiple drains in my house were taking forever to drain. Stumbled upon this company, and Joven was available to come on short notice on a Saturday (within 30 minutes)! So glad I found him because he was professional, quick, and efficient. He was honest with his pricing and did not overcharge me. I wanted to give him a nice tip and but he refused. Always happy to support local and small businesses and good people with good work ethic. Will call Joven again should I have any other issues.

We had Excalibur do a complete repiping job on our home in Alameda.  They filed for the permits and got to work within a few days to do the work.  They showed up on time with a good sized crew and worked though to the evening.  All of the major work was completed in that first phase and it was done professionally and efficiently.  They will return in a few days, after some other work is complete, to do the finishing touches.  Their communication has been excellent and we've been nothing but impressed with their work.

After a fantastic experience, I now have a new go-to plumbing service!!  

I easily got a next day appointment for a non-emergency issue. David and Gil showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Both were professional from start to finish, and wore masks as protection against Covid.

The price was more than reasonable!  I wish I could give them six stars!!

We had a brand new range installed and our gasket was not in the right place. Oleg came to the rescue and resolved my huge gap behind the wall. Price was very reasonable too and we're content! No more gaps!

You know that mechanic that you stick with because he does great work and you believe what he says?  In Wizard Plumbing and Drain you find EXACTLY that.  Men you can trust to do the job and do it very well for a great price.  Our place in San Carlos had a backup last year.  We called another group (Bell) who quickly said the toilet needed to be replaced.  Guess what?  That wasn't the problem.  A year later we have a massive backup so I called Wizard.

Mark was very polite on the phone and was able to send Steven over the next day.  Steven worked his tail off to find the issue....a buildup in the 80 year old pipes.  He made a fix for us to get through the 4th of July weekend then came back to do the replacement.  Rarely have I met someone with Steven's integrity and willingness to get the job done.  Whatever he is paid he should get double, he is that good.  His work and business ethics and personality will get Wizard all of my plumbing business.

They came over to evaluate a lateral sewer line.  Super nice and professional.  They explained everything, and were so helpful and honest.  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company - they are legit!

I had number of plumping issues. Mark came over, he was awesome. He fixed all my problems fast, explaining everything to me.  He extremely nice. It was a great experience overall.

We had Kenny replace a kitchen faucet for us. Prompt clear communication, fast scheduling, fair prices and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Someone was dispatched within 75 minutes of my call and cleared my clogged toilet with a snake. Whole job took literally less than 5 minutes. I was charged $175. So high marks for quick service, but low marks for a totally unreasonably charge, whether it's the going rate or not.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Open disclaimer: I've known Joel since he was my middle school student - brilliant, kind, and honest in every way. My favorite memory is of him performing a biology rap in front of the whole class. I've watched him navigate high school and post-secondary and it's been incredibly impressive to watch him grow this small business in this short amount of time. He is always with you respond, gracious with his service, and fair with his quotes. He's also incredibly smart, which I haven't had to make use of yet, but I know will be important when there's issues beyond just your basic plumbing/rooter job.

Bay Rooter is great! Israel came out to look into a leaky pipe. He diagnosed the problem as a simple fix- replacing a rigid copper tube with a flexible one- and since it looked like something I could do myself, he gave me a discount for the visit, removed the copper tube for me and showed me what kind to replace it with the next time I was at Home Depot. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely be calling on them again.

I own a business in SF.  One of our new employees accidentally dumped grease down an outside drain.  The grease had hardened and the line was completely plugged.  I had no idea how to fix it, so I called DarPro who cleans our grease traps.  They recommended Angelo and his VanGo Rooter company.  I could not be happier at the result.  Angelo and crew came out the following day (with some large equipment!), gave me a fair quote, and went to work.  They had to dig out a large amount of the grease, then snake the line to the street, and then hydro wash the line clear.  The job took longer than they expected (or quoted), but they didn't charge a dime more.  Most importantly, they stayed and did the job right without cutting corners...despite the increased time it took. I've signed up with them to do a regular maintenance on my drains every six months. Good people and a good company.  Five stars, and a thank you for getting my business back up and running.
