The owner Spencer had followed up with me, inquiring about the service I had received. He was patient in listening to my dissatisfaction with the service I had received and I was able to explain fully what I had experienced. The owner had taken initiative in refunding me and showing me that this was a trustworthy company that takes the time in listening and caring for their customers. My review before may have been harsh and jumping to conclusions but in the end Spencer at mr. rooter had taken the time to make things right. Nowadays there are not many companies that will take time to address negative issues, because of this they have gained my trust in considering them for future work.

Called Advanced Plumbing regarding a stopped up kitchen sink. Discussed the issue over the phone and Nick informed me that it could be one of two issues and gave me an verbal estimate over the phone. He arrived the next day on time and was able to unclog the sink at the rate quoted. I highly recommend Nick and Advanced Plumbing and Drain.

Joven came out on a Sunday in the rain to fix our drain which was overflowing into the garage. He came exactly when he said he'd be here (in an hour), was very courteous and had reasonable rates. Thanks so much On-Call Plumbing and Rooter! I will definitely call again the next time I need plumbing services!

Luis did a great job replacing our Sewer Lateral pipe and getting it certified.  He was fast, efficient and flexible with our schedule.  His pricing is fair and he takes pride in his work.  I look forward to having Luis continue to work on more plumbing for us as we renovate our home.

I had a backup on the garage late at night.  I called Saul at Five Star Plumbing and Rooter. Mr Saul was nice enough to come early in the morning and help me clear the clog.  He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explain to me about what was causing the clog and what I need to do to prevent future clogs.

We had a clogged sewer line and now we don't. I am really happy with the job. good communication during scheduling, reasonable prices for the job and prompt service.

These guys are fantastic. Extremely well organized, responsive, and diligent. They have what appears to be the latest technology. They installed a new sewer later for me, and it's basically impossible to even tell they were there. And I just got a call from them telling me they accidentally over-charged for the permit fee since I'm technically in a different city than their initial records show; so they're refunding several hundred dollars. That's how you run a great small business. Would use them again any time.

Dave and the team were incredibly responsive, friendly and professional. Even though it was the Holidays they visited quickly to inspect an old corroded pipe, provide a quote and then quickly had the work done and done excellently. Highly recommend

After receiving an estimate via Yelp, we set up an appointment. Kenny and assistant arrived on time fully masked and wearing booties.
They efficiently replaced 3 toilets and valves. He even used an intact part of one of the older toilets to repair a fourth toilet that did not need replacement. I will use Kenny for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

We called The Plumbing Guys on Friday to look at our sump pump when our basement started flooding. They came out quickly and claimed to have repaired the issue (according to them, the connection to the sewer was disconnected) and then left quickly after being paid. But they didn't bother to check the outflow and the pump continued not to work after their repair so the basement continued to flood. We started calling them to come back right away but they didn't answer or come back for three days. We couldn't get any other plumbers or a new sump pump to come out over the holiday weekend so our basement flooded for three days. By the time they came back our hot water heater had flooded and broken and the basement was under three inches of water.

We spoke to the owner of The Plumbing Guys just now and he said it's our own fault for believing their technician when they said the sump pump was fixed, and they will do nothing to help us. Eventually he offered us a slight discount on further plumbing services but I would never trust this company with my plumbing again. We've had several other plumbers out now who all agree that the pump is and was broken all along and needs to be replaced. Even the technician from The Plumbing Guys who originally said the pump was working fine now says it is super old and needs to be replaced.

If the technician - literally the same guy! - had said so the first time he came out on Friday, we could have saved over $15k in damages to our house. I have no idea how we will pay for all this. The Plumbing Guys have flooded our house and are defiantly unapologetic and refusing to help fix it. Do not trust them with your home under any circumstances.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

I can't rave enough about Joel's plumbing expertise and outstanding service from Golden Coast Plumbing and Rooter! When my toilet started leaking, my wife and I were in a panic. It smelt terrible! Thankfully, Joel and his uncle came to the rescue, and he's nothing short of a plumbing superhero!

I called Bay Rooter at 9pm last night and they were able to come out first thing this morning. They cleared the shower drain and took care of the mess immediately. Yay!

I've been helped by Ace Yumang twice now with low water pressure and replacing old leaky pipes. Professional attitude and knowledge...and even a bit of maintenance lessons so I can help myself fix minor issues. Definitely first on my list if ever I needed future help. Recommend.
