I had a backed up toilet and a potential blocked hose on my dishwasher The company responded quickly and a plumber was almost immediately dispatched. My problem is the guy put in one half hour work and I was charged way too much.  So happy my toilet could flush but I felt flushed on what they charged.

The owner of the company saw the review above and immediately contacted me and gave me a refund of a reasonable amount

I have never ever seen such a positive immediate response from a business owner.  So I am giving five stars

I didn't even get to the plumbers because the woman representative who answered the call was so horrible. If I could give these guys a zero I would.

It doesn't take a lot to be nice to people calling to give you business. Train your representatives who initially answer the phone to treat people like human beings.

Shockingly good service. Timely, communicated well throughout and were just great guys to work with.

Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.

Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.

Very happy with their work and to have our heater back in order!

Brian was fantastic. Within 2 hours of calling he was draining our broken hot water tank.  He came back the next day with a new water heater. He removed the old one as well as installing a new supply line, gas valve, flex line and proper earthquake straps. All for a reasonable price.

Discovered all our 20 year old plumbing shut off valves in the bathrooms were no longer working correctly. Mo did a great job of installing all new ones, better quality and very fast. It was a building-wide water shutoff so other neighbors asked for some help and he nicely advised or took more work. And then he tightened and. cleaned out my sink fixtures. The price was very reasonable! Highly recommended. Will definitely use them in the future!

Overall, they are very professional and good regarding price, responses, scheduling and a good job.

We just had Heise's come out to do a job for us in an old Victorian building. To be more specific they capped off the old (live) gas lines in the ceiling that used to power the gas lamps in the apartment. Scary, right?

Anyway they did a fantastic job. Very prompt and friendly. Quick service and did the work exactly as requested. We will be using them again in the future!

Ken is top shelf ... no bs and delivered all my plumbing needs.  This included fixing refrigerator leak, built new drywall for adapter for refrigerator.  New pipes replacing old 30 year old pipes that was full of rust and junk.  Other plumbers just roto rotor the pipe providing a half baked solution.

Will come back to Ken fir all my plumbing needs in future!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink which I attempted to fix with some marine putty at the recommendation of an employee at the local Ace hardware store. While it did slow the leak, it definitely didn't stop it completely.  

Plumbing Guys was the first 24-hour plumber I found on Yelp, and I'm glad I did.  Wally came out the very next day, identified that the faucet needed to be replaced, and quoted me a price.  I purchased a new faucet that night and Wally came back the very next day to replace it.  Because of the marine putty I used, removing the old faucet was much more difficult to than expected, and took Wally and his guy a little longer than expected.  Never the less, Wally stuck to his quote, and no more leak.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Joel was fantastic! I received a very expensive quote from another company to replace a broken shower valve and cartridge. I went to Yelp and messaged Golden Coast and Joel got back to immediately, and within an hour was getting the parts from Home Depot and heading over to fix the issue.
Several others wouldn't even give me a quote or required me to schedule time for someone to come over and assess first. Joel knew exactly what the issue was and was able to solve it quickly at the BEST rate that I received. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Had a good experience on a tough job. Good communication, good value, and I felt they did their best to save me extra cost. They were honest with me when the job was harder than anticipated, but they were willing to try and test each step along the way with our full sewer replacement on a steep slopes hillside.

We're a 2 unit TIC building converting to condos and we had to get our pipes out back up to code. Working with the DBI is always difficult, and we wanted to the violation resolved asap. EPS was the only company that not only got back to me in a very timely manner, but they were knowledgable, friendly and got the job done. Really no other company I contacted even came close. Their quote was more than I was expecting, but they're worth it. If you need plumbing done, you're going to want to work with these guys!

He and his tech came out quickly and repaired the problem (we have radiant heat and not many plumbers know how to work with our system). A great company to do business with! Cristian was prompt, professional and explained in detail everything he found and what he would need to do in order to resolve our plumbing problems. He provided a detailed quote up front and made sure all questions were answered. When he completed the work he cleaned up and left things perfect. I could not have been happier! This is the first plumber and plumbing service I have used in the last 10 years that was professional and problem free. I am glad I found them.

Justin was referred to me by a Pool Equipment installer. I needed a larger gas meter installed and a small amount of work done on a outside faucet. He came out and did the initial gas test and measurements and had agreed to submit the permit to the city with the information. He never submitted the permit before getting busy with other projects. I had to continually followup to get any response, in which he tried to convince me to make the permit submission myself; the whole reason i'd hired him. Additionally the small amount of work outside took much longer then expected, and ended up having two leaks instead of the previous one.
Money and time wasted. The installer that referred him will also no longer be getting the work.

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem.  Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly.  He also took the time to explain everything to me.  Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!
