I had a major unexpected plumbing issue and Ideal Plumbing took care of everything. I felt as though I was in good hands EVERY step of the way. Dustin was knowledgeable and trustworthy from the first interaction. He kept me posted every step of the way and took special care to ensure I had an understanding of the work being done. I have never needed a plumber until I needed a plumber. I feel confident in the work they have done and do not foresee needing more work in the future because they completely fulfilled the repairs that were needed. Poor scheduling, I waited for 4 hours for the plumber to replace one angle stop - very expensive just to walk in the door was $151 very unhappy with this company - i wont use them again

Editing from my first review! My first experience was not amazing as the initial visit we scheduled, the technician didn't show up until 4 hours after the scheduled time. (Which ended up being like 7pm). We then scheduled another time for him to come back at 9am another day, and he never showed up after confirming. HOWEVER! The owner immediately contacted us, apologized, identified the lack of communication with his employee, and rectified the situation. We gave them another chance to fix our sink, and they showed up on time with a different crew, provided updates as they were working on the job, gave us a fair price, and followed up the next day to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Very glad we gave them a second chance to show us that they are a 5-star company.

This is the second time that we have had Tarpy Plumbing Heating and Air install a Mini Split system in our home. Paul Tarpy the owner, came to our home and gave us a few different options for what we needed. David & Oscar were awesome. They did a wonderful job installing the system. We will be sure to use them in the future. Thanks again.

Our hvac suddenly broke down in this heat wave, i texted him at 8pm and responded right away. He came at 7:30 in the morning, diagnosed/ordered parts and our ac is running smoothly again in less than 2 hrs. I hired him 2 years ago for a gas leak, he's  straightforward, rates are fare and he's military veteran! I totally recommend their company!

My a/c was not working due to stupidity by HOA hired painting company which used my a/c unit to stand on to paint trim on building instead of using available ladders.  Quote I was given to repair it was way beyond my budget so I lived without a/c for almost 2 years until the current killer heatwave started and then I had to have the a/c repaired regardless of cost.  My usual company was unavailable but Same Day was and they sent Sean to help.  He was one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met.  My dog fell in love with him!  Sean evaluated the problem, diagnosed the probability and in less than an hour, I had cold air coming through my vents.  He even noticed how dirty the filter is and will be replacing it in a day or two.  I have never been so relieved about a repair and so pleased with the quality of the technician as I am with Same Day and especially with Sean.  I literally cried with relief when my a/c was working once again.  The price was absolutely amazingly reasonable, about a tenth of what I had been quoted by another company.  I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Same Day to any of my family or friends needing a/c repair.  And I do not write rave reviews like this often at all.  I am grateful to Same Day and to Sean.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

Jerry's Plumbing and HVAC was amazing from the beginning.
Miles came out on time and gave me a free estimate to repipe my house.  It was fair and reasonable and their work was top rated.  My contractor asked me who repiped because he said it was one of the best repipes he had seen!  They were on time, polite, considerate to my floors and bedrooms.  They used top rated materials and did things I would not have known to request.  They were by far the best plumbers I have had.  I highly recommend their services, especially Miles.  Hw is fair, honest, on time and extremely knowledgable and competent.  Excellent servicce in every way.

We had a plumbing emergency this afternoon around 330pm, on a thursday. We called Anderson and guess what? They can't come out till tomorrow afternoon.  I guess technically that would be in 24 hours! They need to take down the claim that they do emergency plumbing.

Our bathrooms both flooded and we needed help asap because the toilets wouldn't flush. I called and made an appointment and Tony was here 35 minutes after the call.

Tony was poised and professional. Everything was well explained at a pace anyone would be able to understand.

We weren't able to remove the blockage from the clean out, and Tony suspected that we'd be able to get to it from the toilet. He was right.

I would definitely recommend THA. Our A/C unit went out today and living out in east county in the middle of August I immediately tried to get ahold of someone to come out to take a look at it. I called at least eight different companies and Matthew at THA was the only one that got back to me. Not only did he call me back right away but after a 12 hour work day he was already heading home but was kind enough to make one more stop. He figured out the problem, explained what needed to be fixed and within 30 minutes we were up and running again. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again in the future with any problems. Thanks again THA!!

I'm not sure what is up with this company. We had a guy come out within a week of calling, which is great, but the amount he quoted was incredibly high.

He also said our unit was in great condition and new, but a few days after the appointment, they called and said the inspector saw that our unit was ridiculously old and asked if we wanted to join their membership club. What?

The quotes and write up for 3 different items were all at least 4 times higher than other companies. The entire thing felt really weird.
