Best Air Duct Cleaning in San Diego CA

Joel from Ideal Plumbing installed my new water heater and regulator.  He had to bring all the fittings up to code.  Joel was prompt, courteous, knowlegable and quick.  He left the place cleaner than it was when he got here.  I would highly recommend and use Ideal Plumbing again.  Joel was GREAT!  Thank you.

I had a toilet that kept mysteriously running at different times of the day.  I called Bill Howe and they sent Ignacio  out and he played with the insides of the toilet and we think it's all fixed!!!  He's a genius!!!   Very friendly and right on time.  I will definitely call again if I have a problem.

To start, I did not use their service.  The reason was that they quoted $800 for a job that should have been no more than $350.  I needed a new pressure reducing valve.  I asked Cody, their plumber, what their hourly fee was.  He said they didn't have one, but that the cost was high because of the price of gas and their insurance.  Hmmm, that's called normal business expense.
I ended up buying the valve at Home Depot for $172 (inc tax) and it took me about an hour to do the job.   That means they were asking for at least $628 per hour (I'm sure they can get the valve wholesale and they probably could have installed it quicker than I did).
If they weren't so greedy, I was willing to spend $350, which would have pocketed them at least $178 per hour.  Guess that's not enough for them.

Gary G did an HVAC inspection yesterday. He was very courteous, efficient, informative, very personable, and did a thorough inspection. I give him 5 stars. There was no charge due to our VIP membership

At the same time Rodolfo V and Katherine did a plumbing inspection. There was no charge for this, also due to our VIP membership. I give them 5 stars for their proficiency and personalities. I also had them install  kitchen faucet, and their initial price was rather high. My wife and daughter complained about the price and, after they spoke to the office, they made a reasonable price offer.

After reading the reviews here I see that there is a rather overwhelming concern with their pricing among their clients. I went back over my records with them and it did seem like their prices were fairly high. Their is always a price for competence and there is a question in my mind as to which of the other plumbing outfits have a comparable group of competent and personable employees.

I just spent a LOT of money to get a water heater replaced.  I asked for an itemized receipt and they won't give me one.. They said we don't do that.  What are they hiding?  The workmanship seems good so far.

Called them on a Sunday and they were right out Monday morning at 9:00 to fix my leak. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend them and hopefully I get Greg again.

I asked for a quote from home depot and was scheduled for initial walk through. Guy came in and as soon as he saw the old furnace he already gave me a price -which is way higher than all other quotes I received. He was in and out in about less than 2 mins. Worst guy to ever come through. Already got a new one installed using another company..

I have used Sherlock P,H & A Services for years. They are pretty amazing.  They came out same day this time for a furnace maintenance appointment (get the VIP package and it's included!).  Dominic was the gentleman assigned to the call.  He was prompt, polite, clean (wore booties in my house), really nice, efficient, informative - made suggestions for things to watch for in the future due to the age of my system, and left without charging me a penny! I love having a company I can trust to take care of me!
