Matthew came out to help us and he was outstanding.  He fixed 2 problems we had with sinks.  They are a little pricey but that is because they don't mess around!  They will come out on time and fix the problem.  I recommend them their services especially if you are working in real estate and need someone reliable and trustworthy.

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

OMG...I'm so impressed with the service I received from this company. John & Will were amazing technicians. They were punctual, polite, & professional. They diligently worked on replacing my water heater....and refused to leave until they were sure everything was working properly. They even had the NERVE to clean up afterwards....now that's service at it's best! It's so refreshing to see young folks dedicated to their work & pleasing the customer. AWESOME Service!! PlumbSmart (Cody) was responsive in getting us scheduled and sending the tech (Gabe).  Gabe was AMAZING!!  We have had hot water and water pressure issues for 5+ years in our NEW house.  Not naming any names, we have hired 3 so-called Big Name Plumbing companies, the kind that have commercials on TV all the time, having spent over $2,000...NONE of them fixed the issues and just said that it was the pressure coming to the house and that possibly the tankless water heater or the water softener may be the issue. PlumbSmart (Gabe) did a little more investigation and found that it was an issue with the install from the very beginning!  Within 2 hrs, Gabe had ALL our showers working properly, hot water working, and he solved the pressure issue (water hammer) by adjusting the Hot Water Arrestors (which we did not know about), which should have been done by the contractors who installed the plumbing system.  THANK YOU to PlumbSmart for employing technicians who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!  So glad we found PlumbSmart!

On a Wednesday evening when the temperature was in the 20's our water heater stopped working. We called a number of the big name plumbers. One came out the next morning and gave us a quote. As you can imagine we were tempted to accept it even though we thought it high. Taking a cold shower makes one desperate. But we looked on Yelp under Ten Best Plumbers and called BG Plumbers. The owner, came to the house 30 minutes after the call. He gave us a quote that was $600 less than the other firm. He did the job in an hour. We are extremely pleased.

Showed up on time, didn't overcharge, and did quality work. Also advised me how I could avoid the problem in the future. Would use again

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

The house we bought had low water pressure in both showers, and the kitchen sink sprayer was not working. We reached out to Gilbert and he was lightning fast in responding and scheduling a time to come by to take a look. He's got a great sense of humor, friendly and gave practical advice on how to tackle the low water pressure. He also made a suggestion for us to get an S-shaped shower arm when he noticed how long the current shower head position was. He was very fair with his fees and efficient in fixing our issues with the water pressure and kitchen faucet. We've definitely found our regular plumber for any future plumbing issues.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

I called at about 10 pm on a Sunday and had help coming to my house within the hour..they found the problem and and fixed it right away, quick and efficient. Victor and Juan were very knowledgeable and provided a great service and a clean job.

Avoid at all costs.  If you are a fan of communication of any sort, or the ability get in contact with your technician, this company is not for you.

Pete, maybe you have me confused with someone else?  I did not have October.  Also, I wish you would respond to people calling you as fast as you would to a yelp review.  You seem like nice guys but you need to look at the at the reviews here and see the patterns.

The service technicians from JON WAYNE were very detailed in the explanation, They're open in answering the questions even if I don't know much about air conditioning. They're professional and polite when talking to me. Efficient and competent in finishing the job on time. They even cleaned up after the service. I'll definitely recommend JON WAYNE to others and I'll use them again if needed. I can share my experience with JON WAYNE to others.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
