You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor, and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional, and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had! Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

My A/C had stopped cooling during a week of 100+ degree weather.  Simon's was able to come out within hours when many others were scheduling days out.  They listened and ask questions before scheduling.  They showed up at the beginning of the time window with an army of technicians and resolved the problem in less than an hour (replace compressor parts).  The service call fee is higher than others, but the prompt and thorough service without the added sales hassles you get from larger companies is worth it.  Highly recommend and will be leaning on them for my A/C and other needs down the road.

We had five leaks in our gas system. Jason from fox came, was very professional and got the job done. He was polite and told us exactly what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable.

For the second time in less than a year, I have called to schedule a plumber.  Been sent to the plumbing department voicemail.  Requested a call back for a plumbing leak and other service.  They do not call back.  Poorly run and managed business.  Very frustrating.  Don't waste your time!

They charged $69 trip charge and $70 diagnostics fee for serviceman to literally walk from main meter to house, listen to faucets, look at water heater, look at toilets, look at washer and poke a prod down to septic and say yep you have a leak somewhere, it's too rainy and wet for me to find it that took all of at most 20 minutes ( the only reason it took 30 minutes is he was training someone and explaining it all to him as he went) and then the sat inside and told about all the what if's until he billed for 50 minute diagnostics!! Total waste of time and money!! Do not use this company ever!!!

My name is Sanford Allen ,  recently had a service technician come to fix a problem with my router for my smart thermostat , he quickly found a problem and fixed it. How ever now i do not have control of the thermostat as the temperature varies up and down at will and goes from too cold to too hot. I need someone to return and finalize the problem and get it fixed.

Quoted $800 to replace a dryer receptacle.  The report indicated the problem was loose wiring.  I asked if the electrician had actually seen this and he said he had opened up the socket.  When the socket was later replaced, the paint seal from the decorator had not been broken and the report about the wiring being 'backstabbed' was incorrect, proving the electrician had not even looked at the faulty socket and had also lied to me.

They quoted $8,000 in other non-essential work as part of their 'inspection'.
