Best Drain Cleaning in San Antonio TX

Our house fell victim to the most recent winter storm.  Pipes busted and water run down the ceiling. Anchor Plumbing Service was able to send help in shortest time. Since the pipes were above the ceiling and behind the wall, it takes experience and skills to reveal the leaks. The lead technician Henry carefully examined the premises, made minimal cuts of the drywall to find the leaks, which are quite a few. Henry and his partner Taylor work as a good team, they are professional, efficient, courteous and pleasant. Very grateful to them that we got running water after 5 days. Will certainly use them again!

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

After our water bill was 3x what it should have been for 2 consecutive months, and my husband had unsuccessfully tried to crawl into our tiny crawl space to handle the problem himself, we found EZ Flow Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call. Within the hour Emilio was at our house, and within 10 minutes of his arrival he was able to take a look at the leak, explain the problem to me, and tell me what it would cost to fix it. It wasn't cheap, but it also wasn't a small problem. There was a leak in the main water line, and Emilio was able to replace the copper pipe within a few hours. He even called us the next day, as we had mentioned an electrical problem while he was here and he had been thinking about a possible cause. Very thoughtful and helpful. Thanks Emilio!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.

We had a pipe freeze and burst during the Texas winter storm, but it was leaking inside our living room wall without our knowing about it. We didn't realize it until water started coming up through the floors! Plumbers were in high demand because of the storm, and we were calling everyone, trying to get someone to come out right away, without any luck. When I called Elite Plumbing Solutions, they realized the emergency and came right away and took care of the problem. They did a great job and located the leak in the wall right away and fixed it. They did an excellent job!  I would definitely hire them again!!

I had a plumbing leak in my master bathroom.  Brandi recommended I call A&A pluming and I'm so glad she did!
I called in the morning and spoke with April and Kerry (they are both so nice to speak with and very reassuring) they had a tech dispatched within an hour! Edward Garza and Jordan were great to work with! They were professional and efficient.  Edward answered any questions I had was so nice with explaining everything that he needed to do and going through all of my options to fix the leak.  Edward and Jordan worked to repair the leak and had it all done the same day! Great service!
While any home repairs are never ideal, I can say that I will always call A&A plumbing from now on for anything I need in regards to my plumbing!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

TWO VISITS.

I had a leaky shower faucet because the hot water knob wasn't sealed right. They replaced it and it worked fine for a bit, but the same thing happened. They gave me about $100 discount for the previous work, applied it to the new work, and replaced the two knob system with a single knob. Works great thus far.

Small complaints. I think they could improve their service if they left itemized receipts of any parts they bought as well as the services provided. Speaking of parts, if parts are required and they know that ahead of time, they should have let me know so I can go out and find a set I like so they can install it. When installing the single shower knob, they left dust everywhere from the tile drilling. Obviously, I don't expect them to clean my whole bathroom, but at least the tub area where they were working. They also kept leaving and coming back because they didn't have the right equipment. I understand there are different models, but surely there are general tools you should expect to have especially when the issue was explained before setting the appointment, ie oh, I'm working on installing [item], so I usually need these tools. It's just little things that added up.

Jayson, one of the plumbers from AAA Auger, just left after doing some good work. Our kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly, so he pinpointed the issue and was able to replace the so-called nipples that connect the internal pipes to the faucet and install a brand new faucet. He worked pretty quickly and didn't take all day like other plumbers said they would need to, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from competitors. Additionally, he was able to honor the coupon right here on Yelp which was great. I would definitely have Jayson come back out for any other plumbing issues that we may come across down the road!

Unnecessary blew out a huge hole in my dry wall only to not fix the original problem. Tech was rude, slow, and didn't inform me of what he was doing. Overpriced and poor customer service. I called another company and they were able to fix the mistake that Jon Wayne didnt. I'd highly recommend steering clear of this company by all means.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
