Best Pump Installation in San Antonio TX

We discovered a leak over the weekend and called Anchor based on previous customer's reviews. I'm really glad we did. Anchor was responsive, received a call from Liz within 10min for an appointment. They were very accommodating and worked to get us an early time. I received a text with our journeyman licensed plumbers name, Brandon A. and that he was on his way. Immediately after Brandon called letting us know he was en route in about 5min and he was at our door within the 2hr window given by Anchor. Great communication and were here when they say they would be. Brandon is friendly, professional, and was thorough in locating the leak, explained all his actions and asked for our permission to proceed with repairs. We are very pleased with his work and knowledge, grateful for guys like him who take pride in their work, enjoy what they do, and do it really well. He was so good, my wife asked him if he could take care of a couple more repairs, which he did willingly. Thank you Brandon and thanks Anchor Plumbing, we'll definitely use you again and already recommended you to friends.

On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, it sounded like it was raining inside, and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely  empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable.  I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Had a great experience with Martin! He was the best quote we received and he was able to replace the water heater by himself! Other companies were trying to charge me extra because they said they needed 2 guys to replace a 75 gal water heater. Amazingly Martin did it all by himself. He was able to come fix it in a day and answered all of my questions. We even had him come back and put a drain in for a second job. He is my go to plumber now!

Had a faulty pipe connection that caused a leak inside an interior wall.  They were booked at the time but went out of their way to get out to me and get it fixed.

Only had to wait two days for an appointment. They called the day of to confirm and again 30 minutes before they were to arrive. They also sent a picture and bio of the plumber that would be coming...David. He arrived in uniform with name tag and shoe covers. He was very polite, knowledgeable, capable and professional. Got the work done quickly and I didn't feel that the price was too bad especially after the military discount! Would recommend this company/David, and will use them again.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

The only people who answered my call and showed up at 1 am when my Water heated decided to bust and flood my upstairs. Was so thankful he came as soon as possible. He turned everything off so water wasn't pouring out anymore but set me up so we still had water usage for the night. They came first thing the next morning and fixed everything!! Always need honest and great people that are your go to and they have become my go to !

A bad day turned good thanks to Austin. Extremely professional and gave me options and what to expect with each choice. Explained everything he was doing and helped me understand why he was doing it. I would 100% recommend Austin and his team at Premier Plumbing, so much so that work we're getting ready to do at our new home is going to them!

Super awesome guy. I called one morning in a panic and his wife answered, and then said she check his schedule and call me back. She called me back within five minutes, and within 45 minutes, he was at our door. He diagnosed a water leak problem for us, and it was a big relief. He was polite, professional, fast, and super competent. I highly recommend him.

Aaron and Jerry with Mr. Rooter plumbing are professional, knowledgeable and helpful! When you have a leak it can be costly and frustrating. Aaron and Jerry showed up on time and were able to explain what needed to be done. They have taken excellent care of us and will always be our go-to for plumbing issues. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

We had an issue with our AC unite and we had an issue with the service provided. We received a refund and a personal letter from the owner.

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower.An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning.After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow.They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

Did a great job today. Came over right away and solved the issue without charging an arm and a leg. Which is very rate these days. Thank you guys!!
