Best Gas Water Heater Repair in San Antonio TX

I called Paul this afternoon because my other plumber was a no show.  He was very polite and said he could stop by my house right now for an estimate.  Paul came out and was able to fix my water pressure that afternoon.  I don't leave very many recommendations because most people fail to meet my expectations but I have to say I would recommend Paul to anyone.  Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Lion. My home warranty company, AHS, and their ZERO star vendor were trying to rob and up sell me. Martin came to my home on a Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and replaced my water heater and PRV that Saturday. I'm sure he would have replaced the heater quicker if I didn't have to fight with AHS for a reimbursement. The previous company told me that I needed additional work to my shower and other water heater, when in fact I did not. Martin's wife, Heather, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was quick to respond to my text messages and really tried to work with me after I told her the problems I was having with the other company. I finally have hot water, decent water pressure and no water hammering in my home! Thank you, Martin!!! I highly recommend Blue Lion and have already recommended him and his company to friends and co-workers.

Way too expensive, almost $ 300 for simple pipe draining, 20 minute job. Fellow had quoted $ 150 for the first hour on the phone but then added machinery cost and chemicals. Big rip off.

Roger has come by my house multiple times and has provided excellent service. Always honest, up front and very communicative with me. Roger is the guy to ask for when you need a plumber.

There is a REASON Tsanko has all 5-star reviews.  He's just THAT GREAT!  Water heater went out.  He came out VERY soon after being called.  Fixed it the next day and at a very reasonable price.  Can't say enough great things about customer service and professionalism!

I have to echo the other excellent reviews.  Joaquin is not only a super-nice guy, he went way out of his way to get our water heater repaired and did an excellent job.  He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right, is honest, and the charges were extremely reasonable.  He also returns calls promptly and clearly takes as much pride in the customer service that he provides as he does in the quality of his work.  I simply cannot say enough good things and am thrilled to have found him.  Having a plumber you can really trust brings peace of mind, and that's the best thing of all.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

I called to get a quote for plumbing a drain on my tub. I was told they don't do that sort of work. Funny, that's the kind of thing I thought plumbers did.

Way good.  Like there should be 10 stars for this company.  I found Blue Dragon Plumbing through Yelp and the number of 5 star reviews caught my attention.  I called and Gilbert regarding intermittent hot water in the kitchen sink, and he gave me a couple of quick tests to do on my own, just in case it was something I could fix myself.  I was pleasantly surprised, free plumbing advice!  Turned out to be beyond my skill set and I scheduled an appointment.  He arrived on time and not only fixed the sink, but was done quickly.  He also identified a larger issue with corroded pipes under the house - even I could see they would need to be replaced soon.  What kills me is we had a kitchen remodel last year and moved plumbing underneath the house and no one mentioned anything about the corroded pipes under the house - there were 5 guys moving plumbing for 3 days!  Gilbert made a recommendation to two other companies that could do the work.  Definitely a trustworthy person, it was clear he wasn't trying to snag additional business for himself.  Blue Dragon is in my rolodex now as my plumber of choice.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

Nothing to complain at all.  They are responsive and very flexible in scheduling.  Price is fair.  I would definitely use them again.

Once again, A&A was awesome to work with. From Brandy and April in the office to Chris doing the estimate and Seth doing the work and inspection, everyone was friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would, texted/emailed ahead, and were very informative and up-front about what the issues were and why/how they needed to be fixed. They were able to get to the job quickly and get everything done in one day. Highly recommend them and will use them again. I truly believe that A&A has its customers' best interests in mind and that's been hard to find lately.

I have had Big City Plumbing out several times.  Travis has always sent someone out ASAP.  We live in a 1915 house which needs updating.  Recently we were losing water pressure along with brown water.   Travis sent James out.  James has totally improved our quality of life.  He checked all of our clogged faucet, repairing them.  We finally have water pressure in our shower.  My dishwasher has never been as quiet.  I couldn't be happier.  I have had both Peter and Jeff out with Homer, but it was James attention to the details, that has solved  so many under addressed issues.  ThanK you James! Your the best!!!

Wouldn't recommend. Labor way over priced and manager doesn't return phone calls. Disappointed, used them a couple times before and never felt ripped off. Always had great customer service. Not sure what happened but it's a shame, fast service and no charge for quote but the labor cost is ridiculous! I can't imagine it taking 2 hours to replace a kitchen faucet cartridge. There's no need for any further comments.

Just had a complete new AC system installed to replace my original system.  Had 3 estimates and by far Jon Wayne was most detailed and professional with no pressure sales tactics.  Best move I ever made.  New system is quieter and saving me money on electric costs.  All at a very reasonable price.  Install went quick and no mess left behind.  Highly recommend.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
