My family and I are VERY grateful for Dakota and Jarod at Anchor Plumbing Services! We had family member  that needed a new toilet installed ASAP due to medical issues and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us out so quickly. My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

Received a response within minutes after calling and leaving a message. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, wore their face masks and voluntarily removed shoes at the door (it was raining outside). Their prices are very reasonable. Everything was well explained, including warranty on work done. They removed old sink and faucet for me, re-routed pipes under sink, installed new sink and faucet, removed old water filter, and cleaned out garbage disposal. They even diagnosed another job for me as well (broken commode) which I will rehire to have replaced once I'm able to purchase a new one.

Yelled at me when I called for help today.  Suggested that I was a bad person for asking him to work on my roof in the rain.  (I never asked him to do that.)  Then told me I don't need a plumber (funny, you haven't seen the problem yet, and another plumber told me that I do need one).  Finally told me that he's booked solid for weeks anyway, so the entire conversation was moot.  I guess he just gets his kicks yelling at people with problems that he can't help fix.

Good for you, that you have a bunch of positive reviews, to the point where you can berate non-customers for not being one of your chosen ones.  Hopefully, you will get yours when business is not so great.

We have used PlumbSmart several times over the last few years. I have to say, they have extremely competent plumbers, but they are also the nicest, most respectful group of people I have ever dealt with in a company. Very rare. I highly recommend PlumbSmart.

This review is long overdue. We called Tsanko the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2012 regarding a leak from our tub faucet. He was booked until after the holidays (understandable). Tsanko still stopped by Wed to review the problem. Within an 1.5 hours, he had diagnosed the leak, gone to the hardware store to purchase replacement parts and resolve our problem.  His price was reasonable and he gave us honest feedback regarding another minor issue with our tub. Joaquin was amazing!!! I sent out a quote request on Sunday expecting to get a reply on Monday morning when everyone is open. Joaquin responded with 30 mins with a ballpark figure which was very reasonable and in my budget. I sent them a link to my Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration with Saltfree Water Softener so he could clarify the price. Not only did he take his time in putting the system in right but he made it so it didn't take up my whole garage wall. He did everything he said he would do and more. I had two other companies come out. #1 wanted to replace the entire system bc they only work on the products  they sell $5700. Company #2 said a bunch of muddled of  Spanish between the two men and assumed we didn't understand. They actually jacked  the price up 1500 based on the cars out front that we did not own.
The gentlemen from Alamo had 25 plus years of experience (it could have been 23 ) he was thorough, listened to me, told me exactly what what was wrong. Came in on the low end of what we expected. Came
Back with all the parts during a terrible storm. He cleaned up everything, wiped down everything and actually left the area cleaner than he found it.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

CT came by on short notice over the weekend to diagnose a suspected leak. The dripping sound I thought I was hearing turned out to just be some pipes knocking around the attic that may have come loose (a common occurrence). CT offered some helpful recommendations and was very honest about it probably not being worth getting professional work unless the noise really bothered me as it's not an issue that will lead to any damage.

I called several other plumbing companies and all were booking a week out or charging massive service fees to come by on the weekend, so I was incredibly appreciative that EZ came all the way out to my house and gave the advice I needed without charging me or getting a contract out of the call. They will be my go-to company for all future plumbing needs and I'll recommend them to everyone I know when plumbing issues come up!

What can I say?  Gilbert is professional, thorough, prompt, and explains things in a way that's easy to understand for us none-plumbing types!  He provided a courtesy inspection of my new condo and later replaced two faucets and a shower head. I already plan to have him replace a toilet and water heater in the not-too-distant future.  Fully recommend Gilbert.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

These guys are professional and courteous. The work they did for me (replaced a small piece of leaking copper pipe) was satisfactory. The only problem I have with them is the price. When they told me it would cost just under $400 for a job that took less than an hour and required very little materials, I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged. I think the problem may be that they use flat-rate menu pricing instead of actually considering the amount of work and materials needed for a particular job. That may be beneficial to the customer in some cases, but in mine, I ended up feeling overcharged.

I will likely use them again, but if I get the same overcharged feeling next time, I will likely resume my search for a plumbing company I'd want to have on speed-dial.

These guys really came through! It was late in the day, and still made it to install a water heater! Pretty badass job they did, and I have hot water for days now!

They are not the cheapest company in town.  But, I had 1 commode backing up when it was flushed, and after another well-known plumbing company in town and then an individual plumber, I called AAA Auger.  Joe came out that afternoon, felt I needed a new commode (did a plumber test) ...never mentioned by the other two people.  At this point, Joe put in a new commode and all has been well ever since!  

So, after spending over $400 with the first company, and I just didn't call the individual plumber back (these independent guys just don't have the proper tools in many cases), AAA charged me $597 (ugh!) to put in a new toilet.  I know I could have probably had it put in cheaper, but at least they know what they are talking about, and as of today the problem remains fixed!  And Joe was such a sweetheart!

After taking PTO so I would be home for my 12-5pm appointment, I got a call at almost 8pm letting me know that the technician would not be able to come out because they were too busy with other customers. But I was welcome to pick another weekday for them to possibly come out again, maybe, if they found the time in their busy schedule for someone with a pre-paid 10-year service plan. My only suggestion would be, if you absolutely MUST use Jon Wayne, don't pre-pay for your service plan. They give preferential treatment to people who will pay them that day, rather than to those whose money they've already taken. I've had my a/c unit for two years now, and this is the second year in a row I've had an issue with my annual service appointment. Last year they gave a similar excuse, so it must be something they're trained to say. After waiting six weeks for this appointment, it's a tough pill to swallow that I've been sitting here waiting for 8 hours, only to have to wait a whole week longer. I cannot stress enough how poor their customer service is after they've already sold and installed their equipment. Need a new a/c, we'll be there in an hour, seven days a week! Need it serviced, we'll be there in 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, during YOUR work hours! That's the Jon Wayne Way!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
