Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. My A/C had stopped cooling during a week of 100+ degree weather.  Simon's was able to come out within hours when many others were scheduling days out.  They listened and ask questions before scheduling.  They showed up at the beginning of the time window with an army of technicians and resolved the problem in less than an hour (replace compressor parts).  The service call fee is higher than others, but the prompt and thorough service without the added sales hassles you get from larger companies is worth it.  Highly recommend and will be leaning on them for my A/C and other needs down the road.

This company is amazing! Within 30 minutes of our A/C going out on a 95 degree Friday night, Mark arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed. I hired Jose to replace a bathroom fan and vent it to the outside.  All went okay, at least that's what I thought.  I'm having insulation work done now, and one of the first things they told me was that the duct from the fan was just lying in the attic.  It had been attached to the roof vent with regular duct tape, which I'm told was the wrong way to do it and mastic tape should have been used instead.  Since one of my main goals was to vent that fan to the outside I'm revising my original review.

EvenFlow was prompt and courteous.  George explained everything that needed to be done in a clear and concise way. He gave me 3 options about what needed to be done. I chose the easiest and most budget friendly. There was no pressure to up-charge, just honest and matter-of-fact options. Excellent work ethic.

It's hard to find a contractor that will give you an honest estimate and a fair price with out compromising quality of work. Chris prides himself on his honesty and quality. We needed the HVAC unit to be checked because our electric bills have been escalating. They came out to the house and thoroughly took care of the problems. Excellent, knowledgeable service.

This company was very friendly when they arrived but they completely ran up a list of unnecessary charges for the estimate. This business will over sell you stuff you really dont need. I don't know how long has this company been doing business San Antonio but it really has to go.

They are not honest. They will try to sell you things that you don't need. I actually was told that this company would be good and would give me a good deal. Just because it's a small business it doesn't mean that they are honest.  

If you come from another State or moving to San Antonio DONT USE JON WAYNE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Overpriced, overpriced and overpriced! Called for a simple light repair under my cabinets and they wanted 500 just to diagnostic this problem and then 600 for a new light. I looked up the light and it's 150-200 and I called another place that will install for 200. They also Quoted for 14 led light bulbs for $2000. Never will use them
