These guys did great! When I had a leak during the snow storm they came right out and address the issue quickly. They gave me accurate estimations and completed the work faster than I would have anticipated. Thank you again Anchor Plumbing!

I will be using Blue Lion for all of my plumbing needs. I filled out an online request and was contacted right away about scheduling a visit.  John and Will were amazing! They came to my house to assess a hammering noise the pipes were making.  They identified the problem quickly and fixed it without any issues- and for a great price.  They even explained some of the ins and outs about shutting off the water, etc. to me.  Thankful for such a great experience with Blue Lion!

I called Brad last weekend. I picked him because he called me back on a Sunday.  I needed my project done quickly and his ranking on Yelp.  I had him installed two lavatory sinks and complete installation of a kitchen sink.  He did a good job on kitchen sink.  Parts I had a leak at the angle valve on a sink after connecting supply lines that I found the next day. . He didn't replace them. I didn't ask him too.  Fair enough.  I called Brad to come back out.  He did.  Retightened the fitting but then said if the angle valve leaks he will have to come back out for additional charge.   I deal with lots of vendors.  I mean if you are under a sink why not change out the part? I'll pay it. I own 3 properties.  But overall decent plumbing job.  I never personally met him.  All telephone transaction. Total bill over 500$.  In cool with that.

PlumbSmart was quick to come to my house to evaluate my slow drain issue.  They were exorbitant and high pressure.  I told them I could not afford to pay $26,500 for the repair.  Another plumber says their quote was 3 times what it should be.  Unable to be able to use them since I am not able to pay that much.

I can't compliment Joaquin and Andre enough. My garage had water running along the walls. Joaquin came out and effortlessly replaced my water heater which was corroded and needed replacing. He is highly knowledgable, respectful and definitely professional. He completed his task but after he left I still had water leaking steadily in my garage. Andre responded immediately and Joaquin came back to find that I had a hot water Pex line busted in my wall. He remedied the problem right away. I can't thank him enough for the pride he takes in his job and making sure the customer is left without any worries.

I can't say enough good things about Gilbert and Blue Dragon. We needed to replace our water heater + pressure regulator + a lot of valves... and he got our job done quickly and professionally. He was able to meet me the day after I sent my email request. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the process. We were scheduled within a week and the entire job was complete within a few hours on a Sunday! He and his assistant were great, they explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the finished product. Three weeks later, everything is working beautifully. You absolutely can't go wrong with Blue Dragon. Customers for life!

Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Update: As of 3/12/21 we still have yet to receive any type of response back from the company with answers, except for replies to social media reviews.

I called them and they came to my house to diagnose the issue and stated they needed $2200 just to schedule the appointment. Then a week later, on Saturday, they called me at the time they were scheduled to show up for the job and asked if they could reschedule for Monday. At that point I had been without water for 13 days, so of course I said no and they came. They had to cut a small hole in the wall under my kitchen sink to fix the issue. This was such a small job that they had it completed in two hours. Also, let it be known that the days they came out was AFTER the storm. Safe and sun shining conditions. After it was all said and done they charged me $1900 on top of the $2200. Over $4100 dollars for less then 3 hrs of work.. so $1366/hr. I requested a itemized bill to see why it would cost this much. I still have yet to receive a email or phone call for over a week even though I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. How disgusting does a company have to be to price gouge a family during desperate times. We aren't the only ones this has happened to. Be sure to read their google reviews so you don't become one of their victims.

Had a new water heater installed. Free estimate and was about 25% cheaper than a competitor.

David and Michael were super nice and very professional. Accommodated our working schedule (poor guys were working into the night) - not sure how many other companies would do that.

David made sure we were happy with the results before leaving. Just a really nice guy. Will be using them in the future and highly recommend to others.

Unbelievably fantastic service!  We moved into a 1940's home today (a Sunday) and while installing our washer, a water pipe cracked. This meant we had to turn the water off to the house, a very concerning situation given we would not be able to shower in the morning to get ready for work.  We called A&A and within less than 45 minutes, Patrick arrived at our doorstep.  Patrick was on call and was on his way to dinner with his family but you would have never guessed we had interrupted his plans.  He was extremely courteous and completed the work with the utmost care.  We were back up and running and back to our move-in with no additional care.  Patrick could not have been nicer or done a better job.  We were extremely impressed and hope that if you call A&A, Patrick gets assigned to your job!  Thanks Patrick and A&A!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

They came, they diagnosed, and they fixed it better than it was before. Recently purchased a home with a sewer leak, bathroom issues, and hot water problems. They fixed them all and upgraded as needed. Their technicians were knowledgeable and patient with their explanations, and Travis (the owner) is easy to work with. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing.

Came out on time,two guys were very polite,got it done quickly and neatly,not the cheapest around, but the work is excellent, try them if you have serious issues and to get it done the first time .

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Our AC went out and we hired them to come look at it on Friday. Three days after the initial call. Which is fine I suppose. The lady tells us she will call between 8AM-noon to let us know they are on the way. They call at 7:30 which is fine ?? But why say 8-noon and call 30 MINUTES BEFORE the time you stated???
I didn't hear the call as I had the alarm set for 8 AM AS I WAS TOLD. They told me they could have someone out in the afternoon and all the representatives were busy I spent ALLL DAY WAITING FOR THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY they could schedule NEXT WEEK. An absolute waste of time. Do NOT bother with this pathetic company.. absolute TRASH.

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
