Get your sewer line fixed without tearing up your yard, and by super friendly people. I'd gladly use their services again, although I hope I don't have to!

I had my hot water heater go out and Orr came out and scoped out the situation and determined the needed parts & labor. They returned the next day at the agreed to time and proceeded to do a good job installing the new hot water heater. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I was somewhat concerned about the age of all the connecting pipes, but it wasn't an issue, even though their technicians were able to determine that my bad heater dated back to 1986 (I'm only the second owner and I've owned the house since 1995). Under the circumstances I was very pleased with the timely response from Orr Plumbing. But this story is not quite finished, after cleaning up most of the water and associated damage, I determined there was still a leak and it was causing a riverlet across my basement floor. Upon further investigation, I was able to determine that the source of the leak was the main inside shut-off valve. I called Orr and ended up speaking with Mr. Orr. He gave me a quote for replacing the valve. When the technicians showed up, they determined they could rebuild the valve at a much lower price, so I had them do the work. They even sent a technician to my house a few days later to pick up a check as the check I left them was for the original amount, which they didn't take on the day they performed the work. A very nice piece of customer service in the eyes of this customer. Thanks Orr Plumbing for quick and good service, they were straight shooters to do business with. I will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of plumbing services.

Crafton did an excellent job. He and his assistant showed up on time and completed the job in only one day. New hot water heater, shut off valve, and copper pipes. His assistant discovered an active termite colony in the crawl space. He used to work for a pest control company so he was familiar with termites and their damage.
The large job came in under the quote because he didn't have to snake two drains. And it was done in one day versus the quoted two days.
I highly recommend Crafton plumbing.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

1 star for showing up. This company responds to every quote I request for plumbing and appliances in my area. Unfortunately, their technicians damage what you have, in order for a call back. 2 times. First time I used my home warranty company to service my HVAC system. The tech pulled out the air filter and it took me 3 months to realize he did not replace. He just left it sitting in the basement.
2nd visit - before looking at issue told me I needed a $709 toilet. He tried to insist I have to plunge it several times and it needed replacing I have only used a plunger 1 time about 9 months ago. That is an incident not an issue. He said he would make adjustments to stop the leak. He did and 15 minutes later $287.50.
Now everyday I have to use a plunger. Why would a tech think that by making my situation worse I would use his service again.

Our experience with Dan Smith was terrible. I made the mistake of not reading Yelp reviews. He is very unprofessional. We called him on a Tuesday to repair a leakage in the iron pipe going to the sewer. Said he would be by on Wednesday afternoon for the estimate. Did not come. When called, he said he would be by the 'first thing' next morning, and then came a few hours late. Said he would be back the next day (Friday) to fix it and did not come. Finally came on Saturday afternoon. Looked at it and said he now thought that it would require digging the concrete and would cost much more. He also said that the vanity would have to be removed and the way he told this was - You don't like this vanity right? I'm gonna have to take it down. Since it had to be done, I agreed and paid a third of the cost for the whole job in advance. He then cut the pipe above ground in two places and said that he does not have tools for the rest with him and would be back on Monday to finish the job. I also asked him if he could also remove a mini bar since he was going to remove vanity. He said he could and we agreed on the cost of the added work. He came on Monday and worked for around 1.5 hours (removed the mini bar and broke the vanity in the basement but did not do any other work on the pipes) and told me that he needed some supplies and would get them and come back. He did not show up. When I called at 6pm he said that his truck broke down and that he would come back later in the evening to finish the job or next morning (Tuesday). He did not come all-day and when I called at around 4pm, he told me that he had pulled a muscle in his back and would be by the next day. Again, he did not come on Wednesday. When I called him, he told me that he would come with a few extra men on Thursday first thing in the morning. He finally showed up on Thursday afternoon and dug up the concrete and replaced the pipe. In the process of repair, he cut the drain pipe going from the vanity sink so short that a coupler cannot be placed and would require more plumbing work. There was another pipe with extensive rust next to the pipe that was replaced and could have easily been replaced simultaneously (for an extra cost obviously) to reduce future problems. However but he did not bother to ask about that and I wasn't able to see this pipe (previously hidden behind drywall) till the work was completed. He also left most of the trash behind including broken down vanity and cut pipes. When asked about this, he reply was that he had taken waste concrete out and that was the limit of his cleanup. Overall, the job took 9 days from the initial call and lots of phone calls from me to complete. Needless to say, final price was also $500 more than what he had quoted for the two jobs (sewer pipe repair and mini bar removal).

If you have a serious root problem in your lateral line then find a plumbing pro. Mr. Rooter did not have the equipment to clean my line and I didn't find that out until I paid them $330.00. Never again Mr. Rooter!

O'Fallon Sewer's service is the worst. Not only did they lie and tell us they were coming out, they never showed and then charged us for services they never performed. When we called, they were rude and defensive. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I was purchasing my first house, and during the inspection process they found sub-standard plumbing repairs. I was referred to JE Redington Co by a friend and could not of been happier. They showed up on time and fixed the illegal work the right way. They even gave a quick inspection of the houses plumbing and told me problems to look out for in the future. Great value, and really put this first time home buyer at ease.

Answered at 7am, was at our house by 7:45am for a kitchen emergency, finished and out the door at 8:09am. Friendly and efficient, fantastic service. Solution oriented. We will call them again anytime we need a plumber.

This was probably the worst customer service experience I have had in a while. I woke up Thursday morning to discover my 4 year old furnace, which Anton's installed, quit working. I called and Technician #1 came out. He said theparts he needed to repair it were not available in town I would have to wait until Friday for repairs. Technician #2 came out Friday afternoon and repaired the furnace. I woke up Sunday with no heat. Technician #3 came out pretty quickly and said I had a drainage issue that he couldn't repair until the following day but he had rigged something up that would keep it going overnight. However about after an hour after he left the furnace quit working again.. It was a really cold night. They called me early on Monday and said someone would be out later that day-they couldn't give me a time estimate at all. Technician #2 back came at 4pm and said the issue was something totally different than what the Sunday technician had said. Since the warehouse closes as 4:30 he couldn't get parts until the next day. He THOUGHT he had fixed it well enough to last over night but he couldn't be sure. I was not happy that I was being told 2 totally different things by 2 different guys. I called the answering service and asked to speak to a supervisor. Technician #1 called me back and said it looked like Technician #3 was totally wrong and someone would be back to fix the problem that Technician #2 had diagnosed. Luckily the temporary repairs held and I wasn't cold that night. Again the next day they couldn't tell me a time someone would come. Technician #2 came back about 2:00 BUT HAD THE WRONG PARTS! He had to drive somewhere to pick them up and come back. I feel very uncomfortable that we were told different things by different people. I am just hoping these repairs hold. I would encourage you to find someone else to repair your furnace.

They sold me their warranty plan and are in breach of contract for not doing any maintenance besides the initial ac maintenance. The customer service rep laughed at me and hung up.

Checked out the BBB first and called a couple of companies. Rivers was the one that could come out today but in a couple of hours. If they were able to rescue me earlier than that, I'd give them a 5-Star rating.
The technician was very polite, explained things clearly, even gave me advice for fixing simple things myself. He ended up installing a new water shutoff valve in the front yard and did such a great job, you'd have to look for the new valve. I expected mud everywhere, the grass to be missing and what I actually found was a cover plate looking like it had been there for years.
Thanks Jeremy.. Definitely a referral from me!
