I had about Plumbing come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for about plumbingand they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend them to my family and my 5,000 + co-workers

What a fantastic experience!  This company, and Conor in particular, responded extreme quickly, we're beyond professional, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with.  We can't say enough about the work they did!  Finally, a company that delivers on their promises!   A neighbor gave us their name and we will always call Tony LaMartina plumbing!  5 stars!!!

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

He was able to help us out with our bathroom vent.  My husband got stuck & we needed someone that could repair & get the job done. It worked out perfect! Fair price & good quality work!

We had another sewer company come out in May 2022 and clear our main line but it backed up again in about 37 days falling outside the 30 day window. Ridiculous that they didn't cover it fully. I did get a bit of a discount.  They suggested we get our line jet cleaned, I called after they were supposed to set it up and they never called back. Never again with Gateway. It backed up again in April 2023. Sewer Solution Pro came out on a Sunday afternoon with no additional charge. Cleared the blockage and said that they couldn't diagnose the problem until it backs up again because he can't tell where it's blocked, hopefully it won't but it's a 75+ year old house and most likely there are issues with the iron pipes. Nice that he didn't want to diagnose the problem without all the facts as I believe he was looking out for the customer.

Sean completed the job same day.  He was thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced.  Definitely recommend him.

Scott is a master of his trade, knowledgeable and priority driven; makes himself available to his staff and customers. The technicians are incredibly polite, friendly, informative and skilled. They make sure to wear masks, booties and thoroughly clean up their work space before leaving. Upon presenting service invoice the services are reviewed and explained and if follow up services are suggested an estimate is sent to you. Just an all around wonderful customer experience.

Water heater problem. Gave a FREE estimate. Terry himself works with the crew. Polite, fast, trustworthy & professional. In and out under 3 hours. Fair on price. Doesn't bullshit you. Recommendable.

Anton's has now replaced three major appliances in our home and we couldn't be happier with the products, services and team members.  Most recently we had a seasonal check on our new furnace and Dan pointed out that our water heater was over 25 years old. We decided to replace our 25 year old water heater and the process was so easy. I didn't have to make one phone call, Dan and the staff made all the arrangements for us and within three days Dan was back to install our brand new water heater. Dan was very polite and super friendly to our dog, who is super needy, answered any and all questions we had, and worked so quickly. Our new water heater has been a game changer. Not only do we have excellent hot water, as we upgraded to a bigger option, but our water pressure has improved drastically. We have been so satisfied with the customer service of Anton's and will continue to turn to them for our in home needs.

The plumber seemed professional but there was some confusion. The office told me they don't do estimates for minor jobs, they charge me the $70.00 service call and the plumber comes to do the work. When he showed up, he said he was only here to do the estimate and doesn't have time to do the work. Why did I take off work for half a day? His estimate was $200 higher than I already had in hand so I didn't use them after all. Can't tell you about the quality of their work.

Where do I even begin. Dan has helped us at our house in South County multiple times since moving in here in 2020.

You will not find a more responsive, genuine, and customer-service oriented company that working with Dan and DNS.

On Sunday, we noticed some water in our basement storage room. I called Dan, and he answered right away. We were scheduled to have him come out on Monday around 12pm. When we woke up on Monday morning the water continued and I sent him a message with pictures. He ended up getting here before 8am.

Dan diagnosed the problem immediately, was able to shut off the water leaking issue and then let us know what was going on.

Unfortunately we had to replace both of our water heaters due to various issues. Never something you want to hear, but Dan was very open and transparent with his pricing and the ETA on everything.

That afternoon the old water heaters were taken away, and the new ones installed.

He's even answered a few questions for us after the fact.

10/10 would recommend Dan & DNS for every important reason when it comes to hiring a plumber.

They showed up on time and completed the work at a reasonable price. Hard to beat that for a plumbing company. The technician was well dressed, courteous and professional. I already plan on using them again for another project.

My basement utility sink backed up so I was afraid of a huge issue. The Redington plumber came promptly, assessed the problem and finished before I knew it. Very good work.

Sewer line was backing up in my basement. AA Quick was close and has good ratings, so gave them a call around 10 am. Was told arrival would be later that day, but no specifics. Called back about 3 pm, asked for ETA, was told it would be late, around 7 pm. Still no-show by 8 pm. Called first thing next morning and asked for new ETA. Was told within 2 hours. Crew arrived almost two hours exactly and had problem resolved within 30-40 minutes. Quick and courteous.
Some might have given an even lower rating, but as frustrating as it was, losing two days of pay and using up two vacation days, I understand issues arise, temporary staffing problems, jobs taking longer than expected, etc. However, their customer service needs some improvement. Calling the customer when your agents can't meet the timeframe and updating the ETA or rescheduling would prevent customer anger from building and would go a long way in helping customer satisfaction.

I do recommend them for the actual service, just be aware the office support might be lacking a bit.

We really appreciated the kindness of the men and women we interacted with at Tiger, and we were thankful for their initial quick response. But speed and kindness don't always equal competence, which is where we got caught. Our house is on a septic system, and on a Monday afternoon we started having sewage back-up into our bathtub. We called Tiger immediately and they sent someone right over. He spoke with my wife (since I wasn't at home) and told her that we could try a cheaper option of a few hundred dollars that included snaking the pipes to try to unclog the blockage. However, he thought the blockage was most likely connected to corrosion and/or blockage in the original cast iron pipes that we still had from the house wall to the septic tank. He also explained a $3300 option, which he specifically said included replacing the old pipe running from the home foundation wall to the outside/septic area. As part of this option a septic clean-out would be installed on the way to the septic tank (which we didn't currently have). He also told her that the current pipe fixing on our cast iron pipes was not up to code. Based on this information, we decided to bite the bullet and chose the more expensive option. However, when they came the next day to do the work, they didn't do the work he had told us, they didn't replace the entire pipe he said they would, and when we started checking into it, they said that our cast iron pipe fixing was fine and wouldn't be a problem with house-codes when we want to sell. When challenged, they offered us a $500 refund, but this was unacceptable because the only work they ended up doing was digging out and replacing about 3 feet of old PVC pipe and adding a sewer clean-out. Ultimately, all we had was a clog at the end of the pipe that led into the septic which was discovered when a septic company cleaned out the tank, and after a long letter and some pushing, we finally talked them down to only $2000 for a job that wasn't what we originally agreed to. I don't believe their initial representative lied to us, but he was incompetent at best and they would not stand by what he told us. And because of this, we are paying more for the work they did do than we feel is reasonable based on other estimates and the miscommunication. We would NOT have chosen the more expensive (and as it happens, ultimately unnecessary) job had it not been for the misinformation we were given. And we should not have been charged the same price for a job that only included a portion of what they said it would include. It felt like a shady deal all around and we're sorry we chose Tiger and will definitely not do so again.
