Best Backflow Services in Saint Louis MO
Nothing but good things to say about our experiences with LaMartina Plumbing. After having a less-than-stellar experience with another plumber, we called LaMartina. We had one leaky toilet and one with a broken bowl. On the toilet with the broken bowl, they were able to save us money by only replacing the bowl and reusing the tank. They changed out all the parts in two of our tanks. Now our toilets are working properly. Very efficient and friendly. Fair pricing. Highly recommended!

This company did all of our plumbing in our new build. We thought we had a water leak so we called the water company to come and check into it. The water company said that they couldn't get a good gauge on it because the meter was way too low and filled with sludge. They told us to get it fixed. I have been trying for almost 9 months to get that fixed. We also have a sewage smell coming from one of our sinks in our master bath. It has smelt like that off and on since we moved in. I have called and left countless voicemails and sent messages. No one will call or message back and unfortunately our builder is of no help. I would avoid using this company.

J.E. Redington Plumbing, is the BEST! Unknowingly he brought his crew over to repair my water meter, but on his first visit he saw that I had a problem with my gate and Jeff Redington and Tim Moore got busy with his drill and screws and repaired it for me the gate while his crew was in the basement repairing the water meter. Jeff said on his first visit he did not know whether to stay or leave because of my dog's, but he stayed!!! Thank you! Tim Moore asked me if I was Paula, I told him that Paula was my baby sister and they would be at Saints Skating ring. Before they left I asked the man in the beige pants his name and he told me Jeff Redington, I said you're the owner! I asked if I can pay them for the repair and he refused!!!!! They both said that my smile is enough! After they left I went in my basement and only Andy was their. I loudly said they all left without getting paid. Andy said their are still a few good people here! Thank you Jehovah! I asked Andy could I pay him, he refused also. I cried and prayed and I Andy Jehovah used him to help bless me with J.E. REDINGTON PLUMBING!

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Gosh, I wish I had read reviews before hiring them.
So, first things first, the guys they send out as well as their customer service representatives are very polite.
Having said that, this company does not seem to be in the business of maintenance, they are more of a you want to buy a new system type of company.
Their maintenance (and those are big quotes) service is cheaper than going with a certified dealer for your particular furnace/ac.
As a new homeowner I needed to have some maintenance done no my furnace as I have no idea where that thing has been, the guy that came out immediately gasped at the sight of it, turns out, the line of furnace that I have had fame for giving people carbon monoxide poisoning, I ask him about my carbon monoxide detectors and he tells me would not trust my life in a 40 dollars detector.
I start asking questions, he starts finding defects in a 60 year old house where people lived there basically their whole life with no issues. He tells me the ducts are too small, the unit is too big and basically that I need an entire overhaul of the system. He also applies some good old fearmongering when I start questioning him about the furnace and basically leaves me with the impression that the thing is a death trap but I can do with that information what I want.
Without me asking first, he starts building a quote for a new system, this was also done after only a visual inspection of the unit, no service or maintenance was done, when I setup the appointment they told me the service included a filter, he did not even replaced that (I also washed my electronic filter by myself).
So he leaves, I stand in awe. Did I actually bought a death trap?
Fortunately, there is a whole world of information out there. Turns out the furnace that I have was indeed from a line that had an active recall on them IF THEY WERE PURCHASED 5 YEARS BEFORE MINE, so he failed to mention that the death trap was actually an older model. There is also an actual service that can be performed to them, however the
I go and get some Carbon Monoxide detectors, sitting pretty at 0 blasting the heat all the way up to 80.
Final thoughts, the guy that came out, seemed to be willing to help (he even mentioned the carbon monoxide monitors instead of just an alarm), however, he lacked the complete information about the furnace that I have, neglected to replace the filters or really perform any maintenance other than a visual inspection. The feeling that I had is that he was actually been directed to try and push new systems.
Also, if you are going to replace your furnace, shop around, their maintenance plan is cheap, but their furnaces and installation services are actually outrageously high.

After reading my enclosed letter with my check for payment, a very nice lady, Connie, called to discuss my concerns. She then contacted the owner and got part of my payment returned to me with an apology. I appreciate the effort put forth to address my complaint.

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, immediate response to my request for a quote for a plugged garbage disposal. Received an email confirming the plumber's visit along with his picture. Eric called before arriving within the promised 2 hour window. Unclogged the stoppage and cleaned up when done, taking less than an hour. A job well done.

Great Work, but the fix didn't resolve the issue. Kirkwood Plumbing did a sewer job on my property, where the sewer backed up in my basement. It looks fantastic! Really professional looking. The unfortunate thing is that didn't correct the problem I was having. So 14k later, I still have water backup in my basement. To top it off, according to what I was told, they can't even perform the actual fix! Thank you Kirkwood plumbing!

They answer quickly, send out techs fast, and are honest. I worked with Angelo and he was fantastic at giving options, being fast about it, and giving a great price. Guys like that will have me coming back for all of my hearing and cooling issues.

Our kitchen sink had a minor leak/drip. The service person came to assess. He replaced a small part and charged us $175. It seems overpriced compared to what was fixed. Overall experience was not great. Will go with another plumber next time...

I can't give 5 stars as the price is high ($264 for the service call and drain clean, this is the flat rate - found a coupon on here and saved $50 so it came out to $214 for an hour of work) but when it's a Sunday and you have a backed up mainline and can't flush or shower and nothing you have tried yourself works, then call Roto Rooter. I had called around to various companies to see if I could get some one out today to fix the clog in the pipe and was either told no, too busy, would have to come out Monday or possibly in a few hours or later in the evening (no guarantees or even a decent timeframe) or like one unnamed local company who offers a $75 service but was completely rude and actually hung up on me, I was getting to my wits end. I didn't want to just hire some random person, I wanted a reputable company in case anything went wrong. I've only lived in my older 40's built home for about 2 months and this happens. I had yuck backing up into my basement and really couldn't afford to wait. Finally I just called Roto Rooter knowing that they would likely be the most expensive but for this particular problem, the speed of service, helpfulness and nice technician made up for the cost. I called at 11:30am, was told sometime between 12-3:30pm, received a call back about 8 mins later, was told technician would be there in 30-40mins and he arrived at 12:45pm. Gave me the overview and spiel plus price quote and I just said, go for it. I needed it clear. He snaked the pipes from the road through the house, it took awhile (it was pretty backed up) but he cleared it out so the water was running again, cleared a couple small roots and gave some suggestions (water seems to be running slow so it could likely use a high pressure flush but it would have to be another service call as he did not have the machine for that on his truck) He had me run the water, flush the toilets, etc and everything seems to be working fine now. Technician was named Steve #3152 and he was pleasant, answered the questions I had and explained where/how the pipes run, what he would be doing, in and out in just a little over an hour and while he offered suggestions and additional services, he in no way pressured me or made it seem like those services were desperately needed. I'll just keep an eye on the lines and if I have to have it flushed or snaked again, I will likely call Roto Rooter. Quick and personable service, even the two people I spoke to in their office/call center were pleasant to deal with unlike all the other companies I called!
