A. Smith Plumbing gave very professional and quality services when I used them on multiple occasions. The prices are very competitive and and I was very pleased with the outcome. I had some issues with my dishwasher and they were able to easily diagnose the problem, and fix it with no hassle. They also explained to me what the issue was and how I could mitigate it in the future.  They also installed my washer and dryer. Everytime I need ANY type of plumbing services, I go to A.Smith plumbing.

Today, Peter completed the work needed, but all of the technicians at Tony LaMartina are talented, professional and friendly. We have always had prompt, effective service and wouldn't work with any other company. I strongly recommend.

Larry came out to inspect the water pressure in our home. He was very nice and helpful. He told us exactly what he believed the problem was and didn't pressure us into using them to fix it.

I've used A&J two or three times now, all with excellent service. One time, it was a holiday, freezing cold, and dark; they showed up as champs, and were polite and professional under clearly challenging conditions.  

Recently we had Sean come out to trouble-shoot, and ended up with a video camera DVD of a drain line from the gutter to the street, which pinpointed our troubles.  Plus some ideas for low cost fixes; all for a reasonable fee, and in good time.  Very professional all the way through, from service to technology to paperwork.

Here's your Pro-Tip from Sean: remember to rout out your lines before the holidays, as a matter of routine maintenance.  Otherwise, when the house is suddenly full of twenty relatives - whoops! What might have been a small problem turns into a big problem at a bad time. Thanks, Sean!

If your home's aging and root-infested pipes are causing problems, and if cabling and jetting are reaching the point of no more positive return, then you'll probably be getting yourself some estimates for replacing your sewer main. And if you're fortunate to have a house situated in such a way that equipment easy negotiates the terrain, and there's a clear digging path from the house's cast iron to the municipal sewer connection, and you don't mind losing all your landscaping in between, then perhaps a standard trenching solution is right for you.  However, if equipment entry is awkward, and/or your piping travels underneath a house addition or patio, and/or you don't want to lose all the landscaping you've invested in, then THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.  Nu-flow TRENCHLESS, CURED-IN-PLACE, PIPE RE-LINING.  

For me, Nu-Flow worked because it a.) did not require a trench that would tear up my backyard or possibly affect my sunroom piers, b.) seemed a reliable solution backed by a ten-year warranty, and c.) edged out the trenching bids with a better price. David, Kevin, and the other staff members were friendly and efficient, and I was out of my house only one night.  Thanks, Nu-Flow, for the house artery angioplasty.  Everything is flowing just fine.

So happy with the multitude of fixtures that Jason installed for us. We hit him with a laundry list of fixtures to install, and we are so impressed with his work! Kemper was able to get us on the schedule quickly and Jason was friendly, prompt, and took it with grace when my two big dogs wanted to be friends with him.

We had a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and it was after 5:00pm.  I checked the web and found Reed's Plumbing with two favorable reviews.  The owner, Chris, was at a job digging a trench but was at our home within the hour as promised.  He apologized continuously for the uniform as mud is not normally part of it.  While he usually carries the part on the truck (a cartridge), he had to go to a store to get one.  His price after seeing the problem, was extremely reasonable!!!!  We were so grateful for his promptness; knowledge - he is a master plumber; work ethic and professionalism.  We received a follow-up call the next day!  THANK YOU CHRIS!!

Todd showed up right on time, listened to the problems I was experiencing with my water heater and 2 toilets.  He promptly replaced 2 broken flanges and seals on the toilet and thoroughly flushed my water heater instead of just replacing parts.  
I highly recommend you give them a try.

Reasonable price and amazing work.

I had hot water heater installed from Lowes and they sent TRIO to do the installation. The guy was an expert !!

He knew exactly what to do and the place was clean after the work was complete. I would surely call them first with any of my future plumbing needs.

These guys are great! Have used several times for a variety of small plumbing tasks including unclogging drains to install faucets. Small, local shop, used to be Dad and son and some other workers but I have always dealt with the son. Straight up honest guy just trying to make an honest living. Never felt scammed or overcharged.

Castle tv media (remodeling dept.) was hired to remodel my shower.  They replaced an old fiberglass shower with a tile one.  It took months longer than stated in the contract because first try leaked.  They asked to have another chance to correct problem.  They had not sealed concrete board or corners.  Had to purchase new tile.  They tried again.  It leaked worse.  I had a plumbing company came to tell me why it leaked.  A nail had been placed in pvc pipe.  The contractor would not make it right.  He said they were only hired to replace tile not work with plumbing.  Contract described exactly what was to be done.  The contract stated mediation was to be followed if problems arose.  The date for the mediation pushed the chance for credit card assistance toward the problem past their closure date.  This company besides being incompetent, did not show up for work or return phone calls.  DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is the company that was dispatched to us when i filed a claim with my home warranty. I was a little concerned initally by the prior reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. The guy that came out to our home was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained to us what steps he was going to take to get our basement to stop backing up. He was able to remove the blockage and double checked to make sure that it would not back up again. He also explained what the next step would be if we had issues again in the future.
Overall i am satisfied with the service i received. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely the laziest, most unhelpful people I have ever been around! I have rehabbed, sold, and or rented more than 600 homes in the last 17 years, so this is not my first time dealing with this poor excuse for a business. I can not believe that Kohler continues to deal with this outfit. The showroom looks nice, but the service is so embarrassing poor, I can not ever consider stepping foot in there again.
