Mr. Lee is such a good-hearted guy. He has come to our house to fix leaks before during holidays, and late in the evening. Price is reasonable too. He came by after work last night to patch up our broken faucet hose until our new parts arrive. What dedication. Didn't charge us for visiting us twice yesterday either. He won't charge anything unless he gets the job done right. Fast and professional service.

We called Daniel's the first time an emergency came up in our new home. That was fourteen years ago, and we've never had reason to call anybody else. They respond unbelievably fast -- I don't think we've ever had to wait more than four hours -- and they do whatever needs doing swiftly and effectively. We love this firm!

St Charles Contractors installed new light fixtures and added 4 recessed lights in our home.  Excellent work,  sat down with us and detailed the costs of each room, worked all day until the job was complete.   Sam cleaned up which I didn't expect.  They aim to do a perfect job.

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

Called Talented Tools for an estimate on installing some GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathroom . He came out , gave a very reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner.  Good work . 5 stars !

Honest, experienced and convenient!  Jim showed up on schedule, provided an explanation of what the service will require and the cost.  He had all the materials needed on his truck and how long it would take.  He did a great job!  I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

We have had a great experience yesterday with Dan, our favorite plumber. Friendly, skilled, efficient, knowledgeable about plumbing. Our flange was broken and the commode seemed to rock. He repaired that and replaced the ring. He wore a mask  and did not have to be asked. We

Excellent work on what's turned into a huge job!.  The guys were awesome and quite hilarious!

Last night, my dishwasher was a disgusting foul-smelling cesspool.  This morning I called O'Fallon Sewer Service, and by this afternoon, everything is back to normal.  (My sink and dishwasher could have been normal even sooner if I hadn't had commitments in the morning).  The person who came was friendly and professional.  He explained what he was doing to solve the problem and gave me tips for avoiding the problem in the future.  The price predicted by the individual on the phone was exactly what the job cost.  Very relieved that my kitchen is functioning again.

Kirkwood Plumbing did an excellent job with our water heater!  We needed a new water heater and scheduled to have an install done with them.  They confirmed the job the day before and the guys were on-time for the job.

No issues on the day of install and the water heater works great! We had the inspection done a couple of days later and everything was done to code.  Although the job was quite pricey due to our choice of water heater and other upgrades, I think the work was well done and worth the money.

I would recommend these guys to those in the area looking for plumbing services.

A very nice fellow; he could not diagnose the squeak in the 2 yr. old faucet. Instead he cleaned out 2 aerators and charged us $175.00 plus a $49.00 service call.

Very very very expensive - I had read several reviews and really thought I had made a good choice.

My roommate had someone come out to determine the issue with our hot water heater. We were told it was broken and the cost of replacement would be $2,275 for parts and installation. Thankfully, we made sure to get multiple quotes before scheduling service with Roto-Rooter. It was $1,575 LESS on average. (We were able to get a new, high-quality water heater installed for about 700$). Being two women in their early 20s, it is difficult to deny that it feels like Roto-Rooter was taking advantage of our assumed ignorance.

If they had a lower rating to give they would get it it, charged $1100  to replace my master water shut off valve   and about 2 feet of pipein Feb of 22, put the cover panel back on wall, fast forward to Sept 2022, have and issue with the water company so I was told to go in and shut the house off so they could find any issues in their end to dispute my bill, guess what valve doesn't even shut off the house. The strange thing is when the guy was done he said, don't touch this valve they are junk , always turn off the valve at your meter... we'll guess what, you have to be able to turn it off, a for service call if the water company  comes out and in case of emergency if a pipe burst , you can't dunce around in the middle of the night if it's  dark outside to shut the water off looking for their water valve in the yard,  and then the tool ya need to shut it off! So at this point after I call them, the basically told me it's not covered, we will have to recharge for any work and service call on a valve that has never been touched since the day they left. My guess is it didn't work when installed, DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE!!! Terrible workmanship, even worse warranty, and terrible service after the sale!  To top it all off the basically called me an idiot and I was wrong.

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!

Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.

I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! ‍ From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.

Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! ‍ after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!

I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.

I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.

Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better!  Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!

Don't let these people into your home.  Items from my home went missing when I hired them to do a sewer repair.  No one else entered the home to do any other work.  Such dishonesty!
Do not risk it!

Budget was sent to me as part of my home warranty HSA (that is another story, run from HSA like the plague). We first had another company called by HSA, but they didn't cover unclogging drains. Since we had a clog and broken pipe, they canceled the first plumbers (who we waited three days for and then they could do nothing) and sent over budget.  

A young man arrived on time. I explained the problem and showed him the work order from the last plumbers. He kind exhaled and looked confused/worried and said, I'm paraphrasing, I'm going to have to start by pulling out your dishwasher (at a 175$ charge to you HSA would not cover), tearing up drywall, removing cabinets, cutting floor joists (all at an additional charge) and then you will be responsible to fix/pay for whatever is wreaked in your new kitchen and find contractors to fix it. He said I'm not sure where the leak is in this kind of house, so he would have to explore.

Also he said after everything is torn up and he identifies the leak he would have to contact HSA and get it approved. He said the approval process would take a week. Also he said I didn't hear anything about a clogged drain, so I don't have anything on my truck to unclog anything. Which was why HSA switched us to these guys in the first place. After that he would have to get approval to clear the clogged drain (another week) and then he could come back and do that. So I would be down a kitchen for a total of three weeks.

I don't know what kind of racket it this, maybe they just don't want to do HSA work, but that is crazy talk. I had a similar issue in a previous house and had my regular plumber fix it. When I told the budget plumber about that company he said Yeah those guys are really good. I said thanks but no thanks and just paid out of pocket with my regular. After all the destruction costs he advertised, it added it up to almost as much as the really good guys even with a warranty.

Maybe is they were hired outside of the warranty rules they would be good, but under HSA it was worse than the I.R.S. Their receptionists were pleasant and responsive, but the plumber it received just seemed like he was trying to scare me off.

I guess a long story short my treatment by the employees was good, but when it came down to the work, the plumber I received was apprehensive at best. Maybe it was because of the job or maybe it was because of the headache ahead due to the warranty.
