Requested a quote to have my toilet repaired, not only did he respond quickly to my request, but also scheduled an appointment for the next day to complete the repair, which was a Sunday. Upon arriving he was pleasant, professional and quick. And I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of with the price.  So far, so good and I definitely plan to use him for other future  household projects.

Our teenager broke the shower handle and we couldn't get the water turned off. The screws in the handle were stripped. It was a mess. I called Bruce around 4 PM and he was here within 30 minutes. Shut our water off and ended up fixing the problem for us. He was so nice and didn't charge me my first born. We will definitely call him again should we need him! And you should too!

Gloeckner-Melville installed 2 new gas water heaters for me. They provided quality workmanship and energy saving products at a competitive price. They took care of obtaining the necessary permits and helped me apply for rebates from the gas company.

Kitchen and Bathroom counter tops remodel both came out great!  Kitchen back splash and new door all installed in a timely manner and without incident!  I would most definitely recommend S. Edwards construction.

Got to my house quick and did an excellent job of clearing the sewer line at an affordable rate. It says the business is based in Pacific but didn't have an issues getting to me quickly in Brentwood. A good plumber is hard to find, call these guys!

The service I received was fantastic. They provided a call before arriving, the technician was knowledgeable, and they were able to come out quickly. Plus, the didn't scoff at me when I didn't know how to explain where the leak was coming from. Would definitely recommend them :)

In preparation for getting our house ready to sell last year in Fenton we bought a new bathroom countertop and two new faucets. J.E Redington Plumbing installed all of the new items quickly and with no issues. He showed up on time and left absolutely no trash behind. Our new fixtures and countertop looked great! I would highly recommend as it can be hard to find a reliable plumber.

Steve came by the house on July 7th & he was very nice. He came out to assess doing some plumbing work for us & told us we'd have an estimate in a couple days. Friday came & went, so I though we might hear something early the next week. We've called & left multiple voicemails & sent emails to no avail. This company has had a lot of good reviews, so I was really disappointed to not hear anything back.

I had two differing sewer inspections, I asked Cordia to review the inspections and be our 3rd to confirm the condition of the line. The were on time for the inspection but didn't look at the other videos, didn't focus on the problem area that was clearly marked with a flag, but had no problem billing us full price, $150 for doing the bare basic inspection, not doing what I asked, and they were wrong on the condition of the line. Avoid them.

Very friendly customer and the technician was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing problems. Very clean when working and explained his assessment of our drainage issues thoroughly and answered any questions I had while he was working on our drains. I would call them again in the future if we needed a plumber.

I love these guys. They show up on time. They are polite and efficient. I've used them often on both my rental property and my home in the last couple of years. I call them first.

Took advantage of a non plumbing person and told us we needed a new Water Heater. When I said we just replaced it 6 years ago, he said he did not what to say, but that's what we needed. $1600 dollars later we had a new Water Heater and the noise problem continued. When we had them back out, the different plumber said it was the pressure valve and was probably not the water heater. They did fix it for free, but had it been fixed right the first time it would have only cost 1/3 of what it cost me. And I went from a 50 gallon tank to a 40 gallon tank. Live and learn the hard way.

Had a plumber from Roto-Rooter come out to unblock a drain. Plumber identified mud in sand drain. Estimated a price of $4900 TO START and repair the drain and charged me $250 for service fee. He was kind enough to take off $125, SERIOUSLY! Called a local plumbing company out with a $50 service fee and received an estimate of $725 for the same work. Maybe next time Roto-Rooter! Maybe next time! SHAME ON YOU! SMH!!

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction.  I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service.  On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed.  Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately.  When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back.  I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.
