Cor Cal installed a dishwasher in my 100 year old house, where there has never been one before. My outstanding experience started with a prompt, accurate, affordable quote, which included all necessary components of the job. The installers arrived on time, wore masks, and were professional and conscientious. The job was finished under the estimated amount of time and they cleaned up, vacuuming and taking all trash with them. I could not be happier! They really went above and beyond! After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.

We had a leak in the main water line going to our house, buried in our front yard somewhere.  Plumbing Care fixed it for us and I am very happy with their workmanship and the overall experience!  I thought the advice we got from Plumbing Care was the most on the nose compared with others who consulted.  Also, their price was reasonable.  Previous plumbing work I've had done here in the East Bay has been extremely expensive so I was glad to be working with Plumbing Care this time.  I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done!   Keith, one of their Field Supervisors, was particularly good to work with.  Allan did the actual work and he did a great job.  Best of all - the leak is fixed!

We were leaving on vacation in two days and the water heater went out.  Mohammed was the only one who could come out and said he could replace if necessary.  He came almost when he said he would but called and let us know he would be ten min late. He  checked the water heater.  It was bad. He was efficient, measured everything, even was able to work around the awful venting the people who installed my heater did.  He is very exacting and when it was done it was clean and tidy as well as put in perfectly. The water heated up right away. It is always nice to watch someone who knows what they are doing and do it right. I felt he was straight forward and honest in his evaluation and cost.  I am going to have him again to fix another unit under my sink.  Great service!!

Best service experience I've had in midtown!  I called last night about my AC going out and the gentleman that was still in the office walked me through everything for 20 minutes (free of charge) trying to help me fix the problem myself.  However the problem was beyond what we discussed so I called back this morning and they were able to work me into the schedule for today... great communication and outstanding service!  Two professional technicians were sent to my house and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes!  I highly recommend this business.

I originally gave four star because it is considered good. However, Paul responded rudely telling me I never booked him and he never confirmed. He even lied I did not reply to his question. Sam is terrific!! We had a vanity and some vanity lights installed and Sam did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. Always willing to help and give tips to try to save. We also had some outside lights replaced by Nick who was also incredible. We will use them again and again!!!

I called Plumbing Pros today and spoke to Steve and wanted to give a huge shout out for the help I received over the phone!  

I thought I was going to have a massive issue with leaking pipes in the wall behind my bathtub on 2nd floor. But Steve listened to my story and was able to assess the problem right over the phone and said it was likely just a dry trap and air in pipes from lack of using the tub and/or sink. All I had to do was turn on the faucet and let water run for about 15 seconds. Voilà Issue solved!

I am very thankful for honest and knowledgeable people like Steve and will definitely be calling the Plumbing Pros for any future needs.

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Professional and responsive! I sent a Yelp quote request on a Friday night of a 3-day weekend, as I noticed a leak from my water heater. I knew it was time for a new one but of course the leak was noticed on Friday night - ugh. I figured I would have to deal with it all weekend. I received an almost immediate message back asking for pictures and some information; a phone call from them followed. Gary (I believe) was kind and informative. He told me he would try to have someone out Sat or, for sure, Sun/Mon. He called me back a few minutes later and said John would be there at 8am Sat morning. This was all after 10 pm on Friday!

John was on time (early, actually!) and explained the whole process. In less than 2-hours our new water heater was installed and good to go. I said a goodbye to my 1996 model and thanked John. He was professional and nice, which really just goes a long way nowadays. I truly appreciate a company that treats customers kindly and works hard for them.

Today was the first time I had called any plumber here in Rocklin. Whest Koast got me on the schedule same day and sent a very informed and capable plumber who fixed a complex problem quickly. Hopefully we never have another need, but if we do we are calling Whest Koast again!

Safi Electric did a great job in fixing our rush emergency electrical job. My elderly mother was extremely happy with his work, his attitude, and his professionalism. We will definitely use him again and keep his information. He also worked within our budget and did not overcharge us.
