Worst experience we've ever had appointment at 11 doesn't show up until 11 looks like he's been drinking stumbling before I even comes into the house already has an attitude and we asked him to explain something he just walks away saying I've been doing this for years and left. Tried to price gouges saying it's a $700 fix when it's just hooking up a water line what's up probably $10 part stay away from this guy he just seemed like a young punk yeah that kind of attitude

Just got yelp and needed a plumber.  These guys got good reviews.  Called Sunday afternoon about a blocked sink.  Again three hours later, giving same details all over again to the answering service.  24 hours later the company still hasn't called.  Not sure if this bad review applies to just Van Go (Van No Go?) or the rating system itself.

Excellent services!!! Response time was above excellent!! Called he answered came out exactly as he said on time Installed toilet and said if there is any problem he would come right back. This janky apartment I live in has terrible plumbing so there was a little leak he came right back fixed it no problem at all. He is a great communicator emailing me invoice and appointment reminders. If I owned this apartment I would've had him do all the things wrong with it.. It's rare to find someone so reliable these day. I highly recommend his services.... Thank you!

We've used JC Sewer and Drain 4 times since moving into our current house, which needs a lot of updating. Andrea and Jeff are the best! We've had quality service and reasonable bills every single time. They're very professional but still friendly, which we really like. Jeff is always on time when he comes out, and today is a Sunday, but he was able to get here and save us without a long wait. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service, reliability, and prices that don't  leave you panicking. Ten stars!

I hired Miracle Works to cap off my kitchen gas line. I did not wait long for an appointment. The tech arrived on time and was professional. He also answered several questions I had about other minor plumbing problems, and seemed quite knowledgeable. A positive experience - I would use them again.

We had an outdoor pipe break in the evening (soccer ball + pvc pipe hose spigot = serious school night headache) and after having our water off for a while, could not find anyone able to come out the next morning.  I found Draintech, and even though Kaelin was booked for the day, he was able to fit us in between appointments.  He was reasonable, fast and super helpful about how to fix it properly and protect the remaining poorly installed hose pipes.  Though I would have been grateful just to have him fix it and get our water turned back on, he was thorough and treated us as if we had had an appointment for weeks.  We were very appreciative and super impressed with the service!!

Woke up to toilet water one morning so I told my landlord and he told me to find a plumber to fix the issue. These guys were great! They were able to install a new toilet since mine was old and broken. They even recommended the most affordable options. Great service! Kyle was super friendly and professional.

Called Ted about 11am and he answered.   My new washing machine couldnt be hooked up because the water kept flowing from the hot water valve even when main water shut off.  Asked me a couple of questions and for a picture of my valves.  Explained the problem and the cost.   Showed up in under an hour.  Fixed it and hooked up my new washer and dryer.  Very pleasant person.  Very happy customer!

I had to double check when i saw so many 5 stars.  i thought maybe I was reviewing the wrong business.  Then I saw the name Herb and knew I was in the right place.
Short version: Herb came out and snaked our drain (I already had everything moved out of his way.  He needed me to provide a flashlight and a crescent wrench (seems like things a plumber might want to purchase at some point).
He spent a short amount of time snaking the drain, and was off.
A few days later, it backed up again.
My wife called in - the lady she spoke to said she would have management look into it.  My wife got a call from Herb (I'm not sure if he is management?), who said he would not redo it and that our pipes were sized too small.  Our house was built in the 1950s and the drain has worked fine.
Long story short, I wasted $150 for about 20 minutes of work and about 5 days of functioning drain.  I was very surprised that they didn't honer their work for at least a week.

Figs Plumbing is great.  They show up on time, and know what they are doing.  Plus the price is reasonable.   I will contact Daniel at Figs Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Great communication, on time, professional, and gave me guidance on what parts I could on my own prior to installing a new water heater.  I appreciated the attention to detail and you could tell they know what they were doing.

Colin came out to check my pool. He ran multiple tests to figure out where the leak was coming from. He figured out it was from my pool skimmer, so there was no need to cut into the concrete. They're a few good honest contractors out there an Colin is one of them. I highly recommend him

I called Boyd out to fix my backed-up front bathtub, because my usual vendor was not available for 4 days.  The technician came out the next day, even after a snafu with the time-window, which I missed (10-2 instead of what I was told, 12-4).  J. McClure was the Tech.  He still came out the same day and fixed the plumbing issue in my front bathtub within about 10 minutes! My Master Cleanout is buried in my front bushes, and so I was stressing whether he would need access to that or not.  He did not, it was a 'local' issue with the front bathtub, that he fixed most efficiently!  I would recommend Boyd Plumbing to anyone needing their services!

Main water line leaking without much warning. It was in late February. Ken, the owner, came on Saturday to check it out upon urgent request. Few companies would send people on weekends. Ken proposed to replace the whole line instead of testing and fixing leaking. By doing so, his company can guarantee the work for three years, which we prefer as nobody would warranty against future leaking by doing just repairing leaking spots. The cost is reasonable comparing to spending on testing, patching and yet no guaranty.
Ken stayed on top of the project and informed us every step to happen. His company has all the tools for the project without the need to break open the driveway for installing new line under it. He explained the excavation law to be followed. No other people would mention such law before digging.
His crew did a great job and did it right. We're very satisfied with this new copper line and would recommend Ken's company for similar jobs. It's really a better plumbing company!

I needed to remove the upper cabinets in my kitchen, remove the microwave range hood that broke down, and reposition a set of cabinets because the home builder installed it incorrectly.  Jason responded quickly to my Yelp request.  He and his helper arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour.  They were professional, courteous, and tried to clean up after themselves but I stopped them because I'm too picky with cleaning.  I'm very satisfied with his work and just called him back to do some kitchen wall tile work and install a new range hood.  Jason knows how to do everything and a real nice person to work with.

I will begin by saying that there is nothing better in winter than radiant heat, I mean the whole house is warm to the touch and no dry air blowing on you. So when my radiant heat boiler died last winter, we were very sad, so this summer I had three companies bid on the work to replace it. All three bids were competitive, but Innovative seemed to be the most complete, a great price, and we just liked Ramnar in general. He came right on time when scheduled and quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Now as it turns out, there was a leak in one of the pipes in the floor, so he recommended a specialist to find it. The specialist came out and put an 'X' on the floor like a treasure map. Ramnar came out the next Monday and jack-hammered to find and replace the leaky section of pipe. Again, he was fast, efficient, clean, and the fix worked perfectly. He patiently had me test the system and now it works as it should. I am waiting for winter to start and set it for 70 degrees and forget it until next spring. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative, as they are friendly when you call, fast to respond, and their work is really excellent. On a side note, they even installed a few sink fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen I had been meaning to do, and at a great price. For anything related to radiant heating, this should be your first and last call.

I had a leak with my kitchen faucet that had pex fittings.  I called a lot of plumbers that said they worked with pex before and when they came to my house they said they couldn't do it.  I called plumbing care and they sent a technician and he fixed my problem with ease.  I really appreciate them fixing my leaky and now stress free.  I will use plumbing care for now on with any of my plumbing need.  Thanks  plumbing care
