Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Sacramento CA

All I can say is WOW!  Very professional operation here.  Called them at 9am on a holiday weekend and they were here by Noon on the same day.  No plumber's crack on display from Evan and Angelo; they were straight up professionals.  They were clean and dressed in appropriate uniforms and ready to get to the problem.  They even insisted on wearing the cloth booties over their shoes upon entering our house.
    It seems someone in the house created a nasty clog in the kitchen sink.  It wasn't me (of course), but someone in the house was probably, carelessly, pouring bacon grease and potato peels in it...  Cauliflower or something, who knows.  It didn't take long to get it cleared though.  They ran a snake down the drain until the sink bubbled up and away went our problem in no time at all.  They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a working sink.  All is good again. 5 stars for a job and service well done!

This company did a great job repairing a leak and then changing out old pipes on my 97 year old Craftsman home.  Would totally recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I would recommend Trenchless for their workmanship.  The Inspector, Chris was professional and prompt.  Chris showed me the video tape and explained the work needed to correct the problem as my entire house was backed up and advised the Scheduling Department would call the next day to schedule the work.  The Technician, Jose was both professional and efficient.  He explained the work he would be doing, how long it would take, kept me informed along the way and did a great job.  We were elated that he saved the grass to replace after his work was completed so my lawn would not look too bad and protected the surrounding lawn with a tarp to hold the soil/roots dug up.  My Only Disappointment was with the Scheduling Office.   While the initial inspection was immediately upon our call, we did not receive a scheduling call the next day as advised.   We had to call them to schedule the work.  I did express my opinion to the scheduling office that I Did Not think it was well thought out to change the work appointment time from early morning 9:30 a.m. (called the morning of the appt) to 2:30 p.m on a Winter month as it gets dark early, especially given the appointment was made well in advance.  While our job was considered a small job, the invasive roots were still a challenge and better started early in the day.  I ok'd the time move back based on being told they had another job to do at the same time even though my job was scheduled well in advance.  In our neighborhood, generally all work stops by 4 p.m. even when it is quiet work.

I would definitely recommend Trenchless to my friends and family because the work was professional and efficient thanks to the great work of Jose.  Cheers!

Our sewer line backed up this morning and these guys arrived about 10 mins after I called, they used two different snakes, cut through tree roots and everything's working again.  Fast and professional, I'd call them again for sure!

Called Ted Saturday morning and told him my hot water heater was leaking. He was here within 2 hours, gave me a reasonable quote, and within an hour my leak was fixed. Excellent service, very appreciative! Thank you!

Our AC went out during the awful heat wave and Paul was able to come out the next morning to trouble shoot. The fee to come out was only $45 and although he was unable to replace the unit for us, he gave us a detailed summary of what the issues were and gave a recommendation for another company upon our request. We will definitely call Paul again for any future issues!

Hi everyone. Here to tell you about A Better Plumbing Company Inc. We had our main water pipe burst and man was it is mess! We texted the company and in no less than 15 minutes, Ken replied and set an appointment for the every next morning. By the way, I shut the water off so, next day was not an issue. By Friday all was done. New main water line, concrete and valve. He even fixed the sprinkler valve. Great work and completed the work as promised. His guys were professional as he was. I needed a cracked deck post and beam replaced that was not very easy to fix. They were the fastest to respond and came out the next day to repair it. Overall they did a great job.

It's about time we post a review about this company. Ramnar, the owner, installed our radiant heat almost 20 years ago before he even started his company. This is a wonderful cost efficient way to heat our large property (tile, wood and carpet floors) and it never failed us. We never have to think about it, the thermostats are set, there is no dust, no noise, it's just the best! We are thrilled that he now has his own company, he is the best we know, trustworthy and extremely skilled. We just make sure to service the system and water heater once a year this way we also get to see him and his crew and make sure everything keeps working properly. Absolute top notch, efficient, very nice and fair priced, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

Our main water shut off valve broke and I needed a new one. The guy on phone was really nice and send tech same day. The plumber that came was really efficient and now I have new valve. Thank you Plumbing Care team for fast and great service!

I had already received estimates on the cost to install a Ring flood light over my garage So, I did not ask about the cost because knew the going rate. In the middle of the job. The older worker turns to me and says This job is going to cost you $700. I was shocked because
this type of job would normally run between  $250 and $300.  I paid for it, however, I will not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone based on over-pricing a basic installation job. I forgot to mention that this price included my senior citizen discount.

Made an appointment for two small water leaks in the basement and install two main shutoff ball valves to the house that I purchased in Pollock Pines.  First appointment was not successful because (Ryan) the plumber was sick.  The company called me in advance to let me know he wasn't able to make the appointment.  That saved me a lot of time with my schedule.  Called weeks later to reschedule and he did the job as requested.  He installed 2 new ball valves, one outside off the main he replaced and the other under the basement.  While they were at it, he advised to replace the old pressure regulator and then he fixed the small water leaks.  Total time 4-5 hours.  He was efficient, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  Price was reasonable and he gave me good advice about pipes freezing up in the area.  He also informed me about the pressure release valve on the hot water heater that most forget to drain.  I'm new to the area at Pollock Pines and that made me feel welcomed that you can trust his company and honesty.  I'm glad he fixed those leaks (possibly from pipes freezing up), and especially the hot water advice.  I'd definitely recommend calling him for your plumbing needs.

Tom and his crew at Drain Time Plumbing were the only company out of several that we reached out to in our area for our homes emergency. They had a quick response time (under 45 min.) which was greatly needed as it was a major plumbing issue that we had. They solved it right away so my home would stop flooding. As a new home owner I can't say how much my family appreciated Tom's team promptness, skills and knowledge of his trade which I'm sure saved us in several ways from more costly damage. They are up front and very affordable for the quality and amount of work they do in a speedy time.
