After a failed attempt with another company to fix my plumbing concerns two weeks earlier, I contacted Better B Plumbing.  Brandon came out, explained specifically what the issue was and fixed it. This was seven months ago.

We contacted Better B again requesting service with Brandon on an unrelated issue. Again, Brandon came out in the timeframe in which I was advised he would, again explained thoroughly what the issue was, how to prevent it in the future and then fixed it.

We will always contact Better B Plumbing for our plumbing concerns. I highly recommend Brandon and Better B Plumbing!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff Debora from Miracle Works Plumbing & Drain. I had acquired an older duplex and soon realized that the plumbing system had some major issues. I called Miracle Works, and Jeff was able to come over immediately to assess the project and provide me with an estimate.

From the moment Jeff arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing. What impressed me the most about Jeff was his ability to provide useful suggestions and solutions to the issues we encountered. He was straightforward about the challenges we faced, but he always presented me with several options for moving forward, which I appreciated. The scope of work ultimately was to do a repipe of one of the units to fix the major issues.

Leo answered the phone on a Sunday morning and was at my house within 1.5 hours to clear a main line clog. Ted was responsive and on time. He fixed our leaking kitchen drain in about 20 minutes. He was personable and professional. Thanks Ted.

We were having problems with our kitchen sink backing up so Greer told us they needed to install a pump to ensure that the flow was able to get a little uphill to the sewer.

They charged us over $5k to install the pump and at first it seemed fine. However a few months later, it began filling up with huge amounts of grease which clogged it and made it stop working.

I asked them to fix it so it wouldn't do this and I was given a flip response of Well just stop pouring grease down your drain, nothing we can do

We have a normal household kitchen, we do not put much grease down our drain.

I found another plumber and they took a look and said this absolutely should not be a problem, the pump was just installed incorrectly.

If Greer had taken the problem seriously rather than blaming me for their poor installation, I would have felt they had some integrity. But they did not.

So then we had to spend another $2k to get the pump repaired by another plumber.

I will not be using Greer again.

Serg was very friendly, reliable and gave us fair pricing. We are actually going to use him again for further correction of our fence. I highly recommend Serg. Local fencing companies wouldn't help fix the fence, only to replace it, which was not necessary and very expensive.

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

If you're looking for the best plumber in Sacramento, look no further than Tony Plescia, the owner of AJ Pleascia Plumbing.  He left his wife and kids and came to our home at 5PM on Christmas Eve to unclog our kitchen drain.  He was so professional and competent, and he's been plumbing for 32 years, wow.  

Last week I noticed that our backyard was very wet, likely from a leaking galvanized pipe.  Tony came over and told me exactly what it was; we had a leak in our water main, which carries water to the house from the county water line at the back of our yard.  He told me to contact the county, that they would need to come and shut off the water to our home, and then Tony could fix the leak or replace the entire line.  When the leak was dug up and found, it was clear that the entire line needed to be replaced.  Tony replaced the 75 foot line and did an incredible job.  If you are looking for a professional plumber, Tony Plescia is the best.  You will not be disappointed.

Was greeted to a floor full of water and wastewater in our tub in our downstairs bathroom on a Sunday evening. We wanted to call someone local that would have some familiarity with the home builders in our area.  We put a call to Stilwell Plumbing and got an appointment the next day.  Joe arrived and had the problem diagnosed and solved within ten minutes.  He was fast, friendly and gave some good advice if future problems occurred, and was very affordable.  Would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Fig's Plumbing is a great find. Daniel, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable, before he started the work and then came in under budget by finding a less expensive solution to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

A large plumbing firm tried to snake the shower in a 70 yr home. Told us it didn't work and that repairs would be $6800 and take 2 days. Wanting to be careful, called Doug Friday about 9. No answer. He called me back 2 min later, agreed he could see the home at 3 that day. Snaked the line and cleared the blockage. Fabulous service and result. He's our go to plumber now.

Excellent service and very respectful during COVID. Work masks and was extremely responsive even while other work was going on in the home.  Will definitely use them again!

I called for a leaking toilet repair and a couple of other small fixes in a different bathroom. I was able to get an appointment the next day (Friday afternoon) and was happy about that. The small fixes, a flapper seal replacement & loose lav faucet, were completed and although I was told I was given a discount the $300 charge seemed high. The toilet leak was assessed but not fixed as it appeared to have stopped and I was told to call back if it reoccurred in which case the toilet would need to be pulled. Within 15 minutes of the technician leaving, the toilet started leaking again. I immediately called the company and left a message. Never got a call back. I called another plumber who came the next day and replaced the wax ring for a reasonable price.

Updating my review as later in the week I received a call from the service manager. He apologized for the company missing my second call and offered to make things right by reimbursing me for the other plumbers cost. A great customer service effort that made me a happy customer.

Ken was phenomenal to say the least.  He responded to my inquiry within minutes and then took the time to speak with me on the phone about the issue, just to get a feel of what was going on.  I had previously had two other companies come out to work on my clogged bathtub drain, the snakes were not successful and both companies told me I needed to replace my pipes and then left, leaving the drain still clogged. :-/ Ken was confident that he could fix the problem and if not, there would be no charge.  He contacted me at the promised time, he showed up as promised and proceeded to crawl under my house in 102 heat!  He spent over 2 hours working on the issue and sure enough, the tub now drains!!!  He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he resolved it.  He did not try to upsell me for other services, however when I inquired he stated that he would gladly be available for other plumbing needs at a later date.  He is quite friendly, knowledgeable and shoots from the hip.  So if you're in need of a plumber, this is the guy to call! As a new home owner I feel better knowing I now have a go-to plumber. Should rename his business The Best Plumbing Co! :)
