Best Faucet Installation in Sacramento CA

I don't have a review of the work done by this company so I'm leaving three stars as a middle-of-the-road rating. My review is constructive criticism for the marketing team. Maybe don't leave your business card tucked into the window of someone's car that's parked in their driveway.  My car isn't the nicest, but it's still not possible to mistake it for an overflowing toilet.

VanGo Rooter was very responsive and did a great job. Michael was friendly, called prior to arriving, and arrived with a mask on. He fixed the issues with our drains, and even cleaned up the floor afterward. I've had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers, but I will definitely call Michael if I have any future needs.

Tim was quick to respond and efficient. He recommended a door adjustment instead of a replacement, which saved me lots of money, and he performed the repair within an hour - including adding some caulking to the door frame which was an added bonus. I highly recommend his services, and I'm already planning to have him replace a toilet for me.

Very professional. I had a drain emergency and messaged him late night. He came in on time as promised. Explained what was going on and showed me thru his pipe camera all the roots blocking the drain. After he used the machines to clear the drain, he again showed the pipe camera this time with all the roots gone. Pipe is cleaner now. Thank you Daintech!

Our kitchen sink was totally clogged. Called in the morning and got an appointment the same day a couple of hours later. The work was excellent, Leo was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable. Great experience!

Called Ted about 11am and he answered.   My new washing machine couldnt be hooked up because the water kept flowing from the hot water valve even when main water shut off.  Asked me a couple of questions and for a picture of my valves.  Explained the problem and the cost.   Showed up in under an hour.  Fixed it and hooked up my new washer and dryer.  Very pleasant person.  Very happy customer!

Prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced--what more can I say?  These guys are the best!  I've used them twice and both times they got the work done quickly and did a great job.  I'm very grateful I found them by reading other reviews on this site.

Serg responded quickly, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Every time we hit a snag, Serg was clear and direct about the problem and if there would be an additional cost. He left my home clean and was considerate to not let my kitten outside when entering and exiting. I would absolutely recommend him and consider him for future projects!

I've relied on Erik several times over the years. He provides straight answers. His work for me has included irrigation systems (steel, pvc), isolation valves (brass, steel), and pool filler valves. He's replaced old frozen flared kitchen and bath fittings from the '60s with new hardware that somebody can actually turn.

There are no words!  Tony was a complete life saver.  He took my call while on another job after hours.  He then made his way to a not so nice part of town so that four of my tenants would have a hot bath, a warm meal and heat.  Something one other plumbing company had promised and not delivered.  I cannot be more grateful!  My hero!

We called Joe to fix a hot water valve on our shower. He doesn't do the email quotes here. Tried texting first; he never responded. So tried calling talked to him. He showed up around the specified time. He fixed issue we were having, and said it was a simple fix, just a screw needed to be replaced. One of the issues we were having it fixed (the hot water doesn't cut out abruptly) but shower still drips (he'd said the dripping would stop when the valve was fixed). Also the hot water continues to drop pressure, though it doesn't cut out all the way as before. So it's better but not sure it's totally fixed. He's competetant I'm sure but he came at the end of the day and seemed in a hurry to get done. He was here maybe 10 minutes. Cost was $120. Hasn't called us back about the dripping.

Daniel from Figs Plumbing came out today and tried to clear my mainline. After 3 attempts with the snakes and another attempt with the Hydro jetter the line would not clear. He determined that the pipe is defective, possibly collapsed or broken and will need to be dug out to get to the source of repair. I told Daniel I would have a family member help me dig it up and replace the pipe. I asked him how much of what he quoted me I owed him for his many hours of work and he said no charge and to put what I would have paid him towards getting it repaired. Honest man. I will call him for future plumbing needs. Thanks Daniel.

Doug came and cleaned up a plumbing job that was done completely wrong and was leaking everywhere. Same day as I called. Friendly, fast and professional work. Plus right here in West Sac. Highly recommend.

Oly was great and took care of the job. Fair priced and you can tell he's trustworthy and like I said fair. We will use him next time a problem comes up that I can't fix

I had Boyd come out before to do service for me. Unfortunately, the person who came out did not do as I had asked, and unfortunately it cost me more money than it should have been. The next day a representative called me to see how things had went. Once I told her the situation and how dissatisfied I was, she said she would relay the message to the Owner. He did call me and offered to make things right so I would be satisfied with company. Needless to say 8 months later I had a clogged toilet and called them to explain the previous situation and If they could come out and make things right this time. They came out within a few hrs and I was very satisfied with them keeping their word and providing excellent service. I would use them again!

Ken and Jessie were amazing! They arrived in a timely manner and worked tirelessly all day to repair our plumbing issues.

He explained the issues to me multiple times so that I had a clear understanding of the issues.
