We had an emergency... shower backing up and the bathroom was flooded. Thinking maybe it was a clog somewhere and seeing as how it was Saturday I called vango and they sent someone out Saturday night. Without trying to assess the problem first, he snaked the clean out. That didnt do anything so he snaked the shower drain. That didn't do anything so he stated we had to hydrojet it and he left. At least he didn't charge us. But it was a waste of time. And I have since talked to two more plumbers who were confused as to why he tried to fix it this way. He didn't send a camera in or try anything else. I don't recommend them at all.

Very  fast getting back to me with a quote to install four large sunshades. Happy with quality of work and was even early for the appt.
Professional and cleans up after job is completed. Will hire him back with some other jobs in the future

Yesterday I came across what every homeowner dreads....water on the garage floor from a leaking water heater.  I prefer to keep my business local so I did a internet search for a plumber in Roseville and came across Ted's Plumbing. Ted came out the next day and replaced the water heater. The workmanship was top notch and it was done at a very reasonable price. Ted is a personable and professional tradesman who takes pride in his work.. Ted's Plumbing has a new customer for life!

We had a garbage disposal replaced and they went the extra mile and even replaced an old pipe and added a pea trap. Would recommend and definitely call them again!

Bad customer service, no apology or acknowledgement on his part.  I confirmed the appointment on Thursday and texted Sunday to check in since I didn't provide my address and he didn't ask.  His response was I didn't confirm my appointment.  Not professional at all.  You can see in my photo the messages between us, I clearly confirmed the date and time worked for me.

I was looking forward to having him service my house with all the five star reviews on Yelp.  I'm disappointed that the exceptional services everyone received wasn't my experience.

We had our second under slab water leak in the last 10 years and decided to do a repipe to move the water lines into the walls and ceiling. Fernando from Boyd Plumbing came out to give us an estimate that was very competitive. We liked the fact that his bid included drywall repair as well as the plumbing. Brandi was very helpful answering our questions and getting us on the schedule when we decided to go with Boyd. Fernando and his helper Gilbert did a great job, especially dealing with the strange layout of our existing plumbing system. After the drywall was repaired, our home looks like nothing happened. Used Pocket Plumbing to replace my water heater. Once again I'm very satisfied with their service. Communication (often a problem with contractors as many of you have probably experienced) was good, the service tech showed up promptly and was responsive to questions, and the quality of work seems to have been solid.

Just bought a home and needed to remodel.  Not only did they give me a great price but they finished the job before schedule.  They have reliable service and immediately responded to any questions I had.  Very hard working and respectable crew. My home looks amazing thanks to them!

Best decision ever, hiring this crew to replace a couple ancient cast iron boilers. He worked very intelligently to tie in a modern mod/con boiler with my gorgeous old radiators. Everything is working perfectly. Very happy. I made a lengthy search of boiler/radiant companies, and they were all scared to take on my project, or they were overpriced, or they didn't seem very knowledgeable or patient. The shower in our only bathroom in a 1940s house was leaking. My husband was able to get it to stop but the whole valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. Chris was quick to respond and sent an accurate quote. Since it wasn't an emergency we scheduled him to come out a couple days later. He was on time and got right to work. The job included cutting the tile which he cleaned up and got the dust as well. He also quoted us a fair price for other plumbing work and was patient with all of our questions. He will be the only plumber we use from now on!

This is a long overdue review for Joedy and his team. He has helped us with numerous projects around our house, and as I sat down to get ready to call him this evening about another one... I realize I haven't done my due diligence in reviewing him!

We live in a Sacramento house that is over 100 years old. Joedy and his team came in and converted our nook into a nook + 1/2 bath (much needed in a 2/1), as well as updating some cabinets in our laundry room to give us some much needed pantry space. While he was here he even looked into a problem we were having with our roof, and took care of it for us.

His quotes were fair and always came in accurately. His timelines were spot on. He was communicative, responding to texts and patiently answering all of our questions, and most importantly - we trusted him in our home. Additionally, all of the projects he worked on he was very careful to consider the original charm of the home and ensure that it was still featured.

We recommend Joedy to any of our friends looking for a contractor, and if he can't fix the problem/project, he will refer you to someone who can.

They were on-site within a few hours of being called. Made quick work of a clogged drain and even checked a few other places around the house for problem areas. Super professional, fast and courteous!

I absolutely love comfort master! They always show up on time and really try to help out their customers out before having to charge at all. They also work really hard to find the cheapest and best solution for every time. They also thoroughly explain issues in a way that is easy for anyone yo understand.
We have used them twice in the last year, once to replace our A.C. (keep your dogs away from ground A.C. units), and another time to replace the motor on our furnace. Both times they did everything they could for us before having to replace anything and when it came to having to replace them they searched for the best prices. We  are very satisfied with all of their work and will not hesitate to call them again if needed, I hope we don't.

Paul is a very nice guy (which has value) but he came without his truck so he had to leave my old vanity in my garage. This would have been fine if he came back to finish when he said he would but he no showed and didn't call for our next appointment. I had arranged to be home from work so this was really frustrating.  It was only after I called him 2 hours past our appointment that he let me know he wasn't coming.  He sort of apologized and said his car was in the shop and he forgot to tell me. He offered to reschedule later that week but I decided to cancel due to the flakiness. I had that old vanity with nails sticking out in my garage for weeks.

Hired Sam back in March 2021 for a whole slew of projects before moving into my new home and several times afterwards. Projects included putting up light fixtures, installing plumbing fixtures, curtain rods/curtains for the whole house, blinds, assembling several pieces of furniture, putting up bird deterrent spikes, putting up a fireplace mantle, installing video doorbell. Sam and Nick have both been great. They are personable, prompt, trustworthy, diligent, and have integrity. They have stayed late to finish up work and even came in on a Saturday as they weren't able to finish up the work the day before. They even came out urgently when my movers left me in a pinch with hooking up the washer/dryer. They are always happy to explain the process and give advice. Prices are reasonable and work exceptional. Will definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family.
